1. Remove the barrel from theapplicator by retracting theplunger and fit the chosennozzle.

2. The well-mixed material(detailed instructions for theperfect mix are provided withthe applicator) is simply pouredin and the barrel put back.

3. Operating the trigger extrudesthe material through the nozzle.The powerful trigger mechanismmeans that only a steadypressure is required.

4.Both mortars and grouts areabrasive materials but theplunger can be quickly and easilyadjusted to take up wear bytightening the centre nut.Replacement barrels are readilyavailable or can be cut fromstandard rainwater downpipe.

5. Washing the gun immediatelyafter use and applying a lightcoating of oil to the mechanismwill help to ensure a longworking life and reliable andefficient performance.
