largest completed hydroelectric power plant in India. It is a complex project with four dams including the largest dam on the Koyna River, Maharashtra.

• Structwel was hired to carry out Condition Assessment of Dam Foot Power House, Turbo Generator Foundation, Draft Tube Gate Structure, Intake Gate Structure near Penstock & Tail Race Tunnel.

INFRASTRUCTURE• The domestic airport of Mumbai has

two terminals namely terminal 1A & 1B.

• Terminal 1A is a multi-storey structure housing the Basement, Departure, Arrival & Terrace at different levels. It also accommodates a canteen and Kingfisher office. It was constructed in late 90’s.

• Terminal 1B is a G+2 storeys structure with part of it as G+3. It was constructed in two phases. The RCC structure was built in the period of 1964-67. The pre-engineering building (PEB) structure was built in the period of 2004-06.

Government of Karnataka situated at Raichur.

• Structwel was appointed to carry out Structural audit including Non-destructive testing of the Natural Draft Cooling Towers & Chimneys.

• The Cooling Tower is 130 m tall with diameter of 118 m at plinth level, 90 m at top level and 70 m at neck level.

• The chimney is 130 m tall with diameter of 9 m at bottom level and 4.5m at top level.

Mass Rapid transit rail network of India, was commissioned partly in October, 1984 and finally in February, 1995.

• The rail network from Dum Dum to Tollygunge is around 17 km with 17 stops.

BRIDGES• Turbhe Flyover is an important link on

Mumbai-Pune Highway.

• It was partially commissioned in 1994 and was fully commissioned in 1994.

• The flyover consists of 59 spans; out of which 4 obligatory spans over the railway line are PSC girders and the rest of the 55 spans are RCC box girders.

• Structwel carried out the Structural Audit including Non-destructive Testing of all the components of the super structure including the girders, deck slab with bituminous wearing coat, crash guard, expansion joints and bearings.

• Project Cost – Phase 1 – INR 4.5 Crores

twin villas at the water resort each villa is connected with a small jetty.

• These structures were hit by a great Tsunami in 2004 shattering them massively.

manufacturer of plastic components for Automotive sector, has one of its manufacturing units at Gurgaon in an area occupying around 43530.20 sq. ft.

• A major fire broke out in the unit in June 2015 charring the entire ground floor and the first floor of the factory; which were being used as raw material storage and godown.

• The fire also gutted the main production hall having a total height of around 20 m.

landmark heritage structures of Mumbai, with a rich history.

• The iconic hotel was subjected to the brutal terrorist attack on the 26/11/2008.

• Structwel did entire heritage conservation and structural retrofitting of the structure damaged due to fire and bomb blast.

was constructed in 1956-58 with large entrance foyer, Auditorium in the middle and conference rooms of varying capacities at the back on a total area of around 20,000 sq. m.

• This famous structure accidently caught fire in February 1990 consuming the first few clusters of seating and the asbestos roofing.

• Structwel assumed the responsibility of the structural retrofitting of the auditorium to resurrect it back glory.

located on the southernmost tip of Malabar hill and is enclosed by Arabian sea from three sides.

• The bunker below the lawns of Rajbhavan is an unique example of urban archeology. This 200 meter long underground tunnel was built in British Era which remained uncovered for nearly 6 decades. It was discovered in August 2016.
