Rental equipment price list

To the customer

〈 Release of Liability 〉1. I fully acknowledge that the snow sport I will participate in with rental equipment contains dangers and recognize the extensive risk of injuries involved in the activities.

2. In consideration of the rental equipment including selection, installation, maintenance, and adjustment by Winter First Ski Rental, I release and fully discharge the hotel, shop, owners, and employees from any liability resulting from any personal injuries and damages to a third party.

3. I understand that the skis/boot/binding system which I have rented will not release at all times or under all circumstances where a release may prevent injury, nor is it possible to predict every situation in which it will release. I therefore understand the system I have rented cannot guarantee my entire safety.

4. I agree to pay the deductible (corresponding to the actual value) in case of loss or intentional damage of the rental articles.

・ One day is counted based on the open hours of the ski resort (until the end of the night ski session).・ A full fee will be charged regardless of use or non-use of rental equipment during the rental period.・ Actual expenses will be charged for the loss or damage of any rental equipment.

〈 Rental Checklist 〉 ・ Please read the rental agreement before signing.

・ Please have basic understanding towards the functions of the equipment.・ Please check the release torque values when you rent the skis. Release torque values of rental skis are based on the standard of the SBB (ski-binding-boots system) ISO-NO 11088 and set to an average value. Please tell the clerk if you have any requests for release torque values.・ Rental ski and bindings ‒ Binding mounting area and all other test standards are extensively applied by all manufacturers.
