The Village did not receive a pay application for thismeeting. C.T. Male approved a pay request in the amountof $ 133,539.60. All items for the agenda need to be in bythe Wednesday before the meeting per the Annual MeetingRules of Procedure.
Change Order # 14 - changes are reimbursable by EFC - $21,823.80.

Change Order # 15 & 16 - ALX is submitting amount of $31,986.41 and $ 92,385.38 - C.T. Male is reviewingcharges.
C.T. Male and the village are working with FEMA tosubmit paperwork for approximately $ 850,000.00 worth ofrepairs to the WWTP during the June 28, 2013 flood event.The repairs will return the plant to pre-disaster status. Thenext step is getting matching grants for approx. 12 Y2 - 25%of the total cost. Village will contact Congressman andSenators for assistance.
John Haughton Town of Manheim Supervisor camebefore the Board on the following:
John is requesting the Town of Manheim, Village ofDolgeville and Dolgeville Volunteer Fire Department tolook at a feasibility study regarding future fire contracts.John stated the fire department is doing an excellent joband has no complaints with the three recent incidents. Thevillage and towns insurance agent - Mang Agency - BillVanGorder will attend future workshop/meetings and assistin options moving forward. Topics to be discussed are truckreplacement, sub-station, ambulance svc., etc. The villageagreed to set up a workshop in the near future - earlyMarch for discussions.
D.P.W. Superintendent John Houle and Brad Ploss camebefore the Board on the following:
Trustee Puznowski is requesting a daily breakdown of workactivities on monthly report. D.P.W. employees are helpingwith equipment repairs. Sidewalk tractor is waiting forbelts.Trustee Puznowski asked if there is a problem with the salttruck - there are several areas of uneven distribution of salt.Sometimes the department only does intersection salting.There is a question about the sidewalks in front of villagehall- all chewed up. The village is purchasing the salt froma local vendor and it should be o.k. for the surface. TrusteePuznowski inquired about the awning over the pergola -John stated it was an oversight. The awning should befolded up and locked on the pergola. The canopyframework is destroyed. The village will have to replacethe track. Village will contact insurance company.Trustee Loucks asked if there was a reason the departmentwas not salting early. Donna heard from a few people

stating the department cannot go out until the VillageBoard tells them they can. John stated this is due to noovertime in the budget. Trustee Loucks reminded them it istheir responsibility to check the roads and not depend onthe police department. Come in to work and go home when8 hours are up. Officer Congdon stated an officer was nottold by FTO to call DPW when the roads are slippery.People can call 911 and they will dispatch DPW as neededto avoid future issues.

Property tax map number 108.36-1-16.1 is disputing thecharges for a new water line to village water system.Superintendent was lenient on making out the bill. VillageBoard agreed to leave the bill as is.

Looking at a 4-door cab truck at approximately $ 110,000for mutual aid responses.The department is continuing to match up to $ 5,000 ofvillage money to build a capital reserve fund and add to therecent amount received from the village of $ 11,000.00.The department/village could look at lease options.
The department suggested selling the old cascade system.Village will deem it not needed for public purpose,authorize the sale after getting appraisal. Robert Griffin toget equipment details to Clerk.

Trustee Puznowski inquired - whatabout eminent domain? The Supreme Court avenue costsless.
