event. Reading and understanding the guide, as well as
respecting the here established deadlines, are paramount to
guarantee success and tranquility in the planning and in the
achievement of the event. This guide contains the event’s

guarantee an excellent participation.

Furthermore we suggest the responsible for that communication
hold a copy of every form sent to the event’s coordination.
In order to promote the company’s logo on the event’s advertising
digital pieces, we request JPG archives with a minimum size of 300
pixels and 72 DPI. In order to use printed pieces, is indispensable the
submission of vectorized archives in curves (EPS, Adobe Illustrator
or Corel Draw). The event’s organization will not be in charge of
image manipulation.
We place ourselves at your entire disposal to clear doubts and
contribute to the best development of your project.

The unawareness of the norms here established doesn’t exempt sponsor/exhibitor and
their staff (assemblers, decorators, outsourced workers and other people involved) from
penalties, fines, sanctions and liabilities as agreed. In case of fault, it must be assumed
by the sponsor/exhibitor and their representative, whatever the nature, in joint liability,
regardless of the level of designation. This guide provides sponsor/exhibitors, staff and
company with main information and required norms to the well-functioning on SENDI
2020. We kindly recommend that all norms that rule the event be communicated to

This Sponsors Guide is meant for companies participating on SENDI 2020. It
establishes sponsor/exhibitor and collaborators’ rights and duties before the
Event’s Organization, which consists in the joint efforts of Abradee
(execution), EDP (coordination) and Red Door Agency (organization). Red Door
offers the exhibitor a client service (CAEX), that will be at their disposal to
clear any doubts about this guide or about the participation in the event.
The exhibitor/sponsor will be able to consult CAEX about the value of
services such as: host, transportation, security, cleaning, decoration, furniture,
visual communication, electronics, data management, among other items.
Every request for hiring services and/or additional items may be done
through CAEX, by filling the Services Request Form, which will be available
from January/2020 onwards. For any doubts, form requests and budget
proposal, the exhibitor should contact:

In case the stand has a raised floor (such as a metallic or wooden one), it
must count with an obligatory accessibility ramp of 1m X 1m (0,33 ft X
0,33 ft) and beveled corners.

INSTALLATION RULES
General InformationThe exhibitor is totally responsible for assembling and disassembling the rented
space within the chronogram established in contract, except Aluminium Quota,
which stand will be sent and disassembled by the event organization. All the staff
involved on those tasks (exhibitors, employees or outsourced workers hired by the
exhibitor) should be properly identified with credentials under the exhibitor/spon-
sor’s responsibility.
Abradee Institut and Red Door Agency exempt themselves from any respon-
sibility or employment relationship with any service provider, employee or repre-
sentative hired by the Exhibitor/Sponsor.
The exhibitor/sponsor may hire the assembler of their choice, or one of the
official assemblers which will be recommended from January/2020 onwards. In
either case, they must follow the Sponsor’s Guide norms.

The pavilion energy will be distributed by the company hired by the organizators, and every exhibitor/sponsor will be in charge to the complementary installation and electricity distribution in their own space. The main circuit breaker and other electrical circuit protection devices must be placed in a room of non-flammable material, endowed with a door, located in a place of anytime free access to the organization maintenance staff, even out of the event’s functioning hours The amount of necessary KVA must be informed to the organizators, so a cable adequate to the needed charge may be available. In case the available electrical energy is not enough, the sponsor/exhibitor may request additional KVAs and outlets.
Due to NBR 5410 and NR 10 demands, the exhibitor/sponsor, by means of their assemblers, is obligated to ground the built stand on metallic structure, either iron or aluminium, connecting it with a ground wire, which is located next to the energy source, in order to avoid electrical shocks.
To acquire additional outlets and KVAs, it is mandatory to hire the event organization. The values will be publicized from January/2020 onwards.
The electrical current is 220VLamps and other equipment must be, mandatorily, 220VIn case the exhibitor/sponsor needs a 110V point, the electrical transformer is of their own responsibilityIt is forbidden the use of T-shaped outlet adapter or any kind of electrical extension cordThe electrical installation in the stands must integrally comply with the norms found in NBR 5410 (referring to low voltage electrical installations)The company responsible for the installation will perform an inspection to check the amount of KVA employed. In case the exhibitor exceeds the consumption, there will be billing at the event’s last day.

No stand or common area in the event will have a water
point or a draining point. It is not allowed the use of
heat generator devices, such as stoves, ovens or
microwave.
The organizators will keep an indemnity insurance contract, guaranteeing
cover to damage caused by third parties under their responsibility,
especially in the pavilion common areas. The sponsor/exhibitor’s stand
internal area will not be covered by personal or material damage.
Eventual incidents and occurrences are of sponsor/exhibitor’s direct
responsibility. Therefore, the organizator recommends the hiring of
personal insurance for each exhibitor/sponsor.
It is forbidden the use of any sound amplification device to announce
sales or promotion messages in a volume that surpass the internal
stand area and flows through the next stands or to the external area.

During assembly and disassembly phases, the organizator will
provide a simple ambulance for patient transfer. On the
event’s functioning days, besides the Medical Post, located
inside de pavilion, there will be an ICU mobile.
It is mandatory the use of fire extinguisher every 270 sf, according
to ABNT Technical Norms, by the State Decree number
38.069/1993.
Every exhibitor should keep in their stands a fire extinguisher, either
DCP (Dry Chemical Powder) or CO2 (carbonic gas), compatible with
the products and material used on the stand structure. The DCP
must have a minimum weight of 4 kg (8,8 lbs) and the CO2 one, 6
kg (13,2 lbs). The organization will provide fire extinguishers only
for the event’s common areas.
The accesses, emergency exits, hydrants, fire extinguishers and
emergency buttons must remain free and unimpeded from people
or material, according to rules from competent inspection bodies,
such as the fire corps.

The organizer will not be responsible for any equipmentor material stolen or misplaced during assembly, eventand disassembly. Responsibility for the safety of items andEach booth's belongings belong to the exhibitor himself.
During the event’s functioning days, a specialized company hired by the
organizators will maintain a permanent security staff in the pavilion. This
service has the goal of keeping the order and the safety in common areas.
This service doesn’t cover the exhibitor/sponsor’s stands internal areas. In
case the sponsor/exhibitor has valuable goods in the internal area of the
stand, the organizators recommend hiring exclusive security service.
No security professional may hold a firearm inside the pavilion area.
Attention: for hiring security service, it is mandatory to do it with the organizators. The values will be available from January/2020 onwards.

HYDRAULICSInstallation of water points or draining points in the stand will not be allowed.
INTERNETIn order to hire internet service for their stands, exhibitors/sponsors must
acquire it through CAEX (exhibitor/sponsor client service). The values will
be publicized from January/2020 onwards.
The organizator will deliver the sponsors/exhibitors a clean space before
the event. It is of sposors/exhibitors’ full responsibility to keep their stands
clean during the event functioning time. The heavy cleaning will not be
allowed during the event functioning hours. The cleaning staff should not
remain in the stand for all the period, so the cleaning in those areas must
be made periodically along the day. For the common and circulation areas,
the organizator will provide a full time cleaning service, therefore it is
obligatory a cleaning bill, which value will be informed further. In case of
need for an exclusive cleaning professional, the exhibitor must contract the
service.
Attention: for cleaning services, it is mandatory to hire it from the event’s organization. The values will be publicized from January/2020 onwards.

Only projects approved by organization may be built.
The project must always obey the rules as written in the exhibitor/sponsor’s guide, which
will be sent in its integrality from January/2020 onwards to every exhibitor/sponsor. The
organization reserves the right to require modifications in order to adequate the project
to the mentioned guide at any time. The exhibitor/sponsor is subject to the seizure of the
stand in case the required adjustments are not made.
It is important that a service contract between exhibitor and assembler is made, so both
agree with legal and labor obligations.
It is mandatory the use of personal safety equipment (EPI standard), adequate to the risks
of the work environment and the assembly and disassembly work, such as: helmets,
gloves, belts, masks and boots. The assembler which doesn’t execute the services using
the correct equipment will be notified and will have their stand installation paralyzed until
the proper adequacy.
The exhibitor should assemble and disassemble their stand within the chronogram
determined by the organization.
It will not be allowed the use of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) or any flammable gas, as
well as easily combustible material or explosives of any kind inside de pavilions.
No water points or draining points will be provided in the pavilion
Installation of air-conditioners will not be allowed. The pavilion is already refrigerated
during event days.

GENERAL REMARKS
Exhibitor/Sponsor’s obligations:
To demand from all the workers the use of personal safety equipment
according to their activities, following EPI (Equipamento de Proteção
Individual) standards
To demand proper work place uniforms, forbidding the presence of people
shirtless, wearing short pants, sandals, etc.
To forbid the deposit, temporally or not, of material, tools, products, cardboard
boxes, in the circulation areas and inside or behind the stands.
LABOR SAFETY

• To participate in the event, the exhibitor must be compliant with the
organization.
• If necessary, there will be readaptation and redistribution of sectors
and stands, respecting the dimensions and characteristics established
in the contract.
• The exhibitor will not be able to transfer, totally or partially, any right
or responsibility assumed with the event’s organization, neither
sublease or give the use of any part or the total of the rented area.
• The event’s organization will not be responsible for any damage or
loss caused to the pavilion, to the people or products during the event,
including thievery, sabotage, riot, deficiencies or interruption in the
supply of electrical energy or accidents of any kind.
