AVVERTENZA PRELIMINAREPer “Organizzatore” si intende la Società GL events ItaliaS.p.A. con sede in Bologna, I 40124, Palazzo Zambeccari PiazzaDe’ Calderini, 2/2 e per “BolognaFiere” si intende FiereInternazionali di Bologna S.p.A., con sede in Bologna, I 40127Viale della Fiera 20.

2. DISPOSIZIONI GENERALI

2.a. DATA DI SVOLGIMENTO, SEDE ED ORARIO DEL SALO-NE PER IL PUBBLICO - Il Motor Show ha luogo dal 6 al 14dicembre 2014 nel quartiere fieristico di Bologna con orario diapertura al pubblico:• giorni feriali dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 18.00;• festivi e prefestivi dalle ore 8.30 alle ore 18.00Gli Espositori potranno accedere agli stand a partire da 45 minu-ti prima dell’orario di apertura al pubblico.Gli stand saranno messi gratuitamente a disposizione degliEspositori nei giorni 29 novembre, 1, 2, 3, 4 dicembre edovranno essere completati entro giovedì 4 dicembre 2014. E’possibile usufruire di giornate anticipate aggiuntive di allesti-mento, a pagamento, previa richiesta scritta all’Organizzatore,secondo il calendario e le tariffe comunicate dall’Organizzatore.L’Espositore dovrà in ogni caso assicurarsi che l’allestitore pre-scelto si impegni al rispetto del suddetto termine, inserendo nelcontratto la clausola dei tempi di realizzazione.

2.c. ACCESSO AL QUARTIERE DURANTE IL PERIODO DIALLESTIMENTO DEGLI STAND - L’accesso al QuartiereFieristico di Bologna può avvenire solo previo accreditamento deidati anagrafici dell’Espositore nell’apposito sito www.gate.bolo-gnafiere.it.. Gli Espositori ed i propri allestitori/fornitori, che non siaccrediteranno a tale sito, e non provvederanno alla stampa deidocumenti di ingresso, non saranno autorizzati ad accedere alQuartiere Fieristico, nei periodi di allestimento e disallestimentodella manifestazione. A ciascun Espositore sarà inviata, all’indirizzo e-mail indicato nelmodulo di partecipazione alla manifestazione, un’apposita pas-sword per accedere alla propria area riservata, all’interno dellaquale dovrà inserire i dati riguardanti il personale ed i mezzi dellapropria azienda, per la stampa dei relativi documenti di ingresso.L’iter prevede infine che l’Espositore effettui la procedura diAssegnazione Incarico nei confronti delle proprie aziende allesti-trici e fornitrici; grazie all’Assegnazione Incarico sarà possibile tra-smettere, alle suddette aziende, una password che consentirà lorodi registrare i dipendenti ed i mezzi all’interno della propria perso-nale area riservata e stampare i relativi documenti di ingresso.I fornitori/trasportatori che accederanno al quartiere, per conferi-re materiale su incarico dell’Espositore, dovranno essere in pos-sesso anche di apposito Documento Di Trasporto (DDT) recante idati identificativi dell’Espositore di interesse, quali ragione socialedell’Espositore, padiglione, stand. Ai fornitori che si presenteran-no con Documento Di Trasporto sprovvisto di tali dati, sarà nega-to l’accesso al Quartiere Fieristico. Secondo quanto previsto dalla vigente normativa in materia disalute e sicurezza sul lavoro, è responsabilità dell’Espositore(committente) verificare, in relazione ai lavori da affidare, il pos-sesso dei requisiti tecnico-professionali delle aziende affidatarie, ditutte le imprese esecutrici e dei lavoratori autonomi che interver-ranno nel Quartiere Fieristico per conto dell’Espositore. Nel periodo di allestimento degli stand l’accesso delle persone edei veicoli al quartiere fieristico dovrà avvenire nel rispetto delseguente orario:

dalle ore 7.00 alle ore 20.00.è possibile usufruire di prolungamenti orari serali (dopo le ore20.00) a pagamento, previa richiesta scritta all’Organizzatore,secondo le tariffe comunicate dall’Organizzatore.L’orario limite per l’ingresso al quartiere fieristico da partedegli allestitori é in ogni caso fissato entro le ore 17.00.L’accesso degli automezzi da trasporto nei padiglioni é vietato:uniche eccezioni ammesse saranno i carrelli elevatori elettrici omuniti di marmitte catalitiche, nonché i mezzi esplicitamenteautorizzati dal personale di controllo dei padiglioni (in caso dioggettive impossibilità alternative per lo scarico di materiali parti-colarmente ingombranti e pesanti).La sosta nelle adiacenze dei padiglioni si dovrà limitare al tempo stret-tamente necessario alle operazioni di scarico e carico di merci ed attrez-zature: i veicoli non utilizzati per tali operazioni dovranno essere siste-mati nelle zone riservate al parcheggio. In particolare non sono consen-titi lo scarico e la sosta di contenitori o parti staccabili di veicoli non semo-venti.Si rende noto che l’ultimo giorno di allestimento (giovedì 4dicembre 2014) sarà tassativamente vietato comunque l’acces-so di automezzi all’interno di tutti i padiglioni, mentre si potrà con-tinuare ad operare anche tramite carrelli a mano, eventualmenteprenotati presso il fornitore di BolognaFiere, con recapito nel quar-tiere fieristico.BolognaFiere e l’Organizzatore potranno definire, anche ai finidella normativa sulla sicurezza del lavoro, particolari criteri diaccesso al quartiere fieristico durante i lavori di allestimento, non-ché limitare l’accesso dei mezzi e/o prevedere addebiti in caso di

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.a. DATES, VENUE AND OPENING TIMES OF THE EXHIBI-TION TO THE PUBLIC - The Motor Show is held from 6 to 14December 2014 at the Bologna Exhibition Centre. It is open tothe public during the following times:• week days from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm• week end and holidays 8.30 am to 6.00 pmExhibitors may go to their stands 45 minutes before the ope-ning of the exhibition to the public.

2.b. AVAILABILITY OF STANDS - HAND-OVER - The standswill be made available (free of charge) to Exhibitors on 29November, 1, 2, 3, 4 December. All stand constructions mustbe completely set up by Thursday 4th December 2014. It ispossible to work during additional construction days, by pay-ment, upon written request to the Organisers, at the rates andfollowing the calendar stated by the Organisers. Exhibitors shallensure that their stand setting up company undertakes to complywith the above-mentioned deadline by including a completionclause in the contract.

2.c. ACCESS TO THE TRADE FAIR DISTRICT DURING THESTAND CONSTRUCTION PERIOD - Exhibitors may enter theBologna Exhibition Centre only if their personal data has beenregistered on the website www.gate.bolognafiere.it. Exhibitorsand their fitters/suppliers who do not register on this site and donot print the entrance pass will not be authorised to enter theExhibition Centre during the exhibition set-up and knock-downperiods.Each Exhibitor will be sent (to the email address specified in theapplication form for the exhibition) a password to access his reser-ved area on the site, in which he must enter the informationregarding his company’s personnel and vehicles in order to printhis entrance passes. The process also requires the Exhibitor toperform the Work Assignment procedure with regard to his fittersand suppliers. The Work Assignment procedure will allow thesecompanies to receive a password so that they may register theiremployees and vehicles in their reserved area, and print theirentrance passes.Suppliers/carriers entering the Exhibition Centre to deliver mate-rials on behalf of Exhibitors must also be in possession of thePacking List bearing the identifying data of the Exhibitor receivingsuch materials (Exhibitor’s name, hall, stand). Suppliers who pre-sent a Packing List without such data will be denied entrance tothe Exhibition Centre.As required by current laws regarding health and safety at theworkplace, the Exhibitor (customer), in relation to the works to beassigned, is responsible for verifying possession of the technical-professional requisites of all main contractors, of all subcontrac-tors, and of all self-employed individuals that will work for theExhibitor in the Exhibition Centre.During the stand construction period, workers and vehicles mayenter the Exhibition Centre according to the following timetable: from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm It is possible to work during additional hours in the evening(after 8.00 pm) by payment, upon written request to theOrganisers, at the rates stated by the Organisers.Access to the exhibition centre will be allowed no later than5.00 pm.Automotive vehicles used for transport cannot have access insidehalls or exhibiting areas. The sole exceptions admitted are electricelevator trucks fitted with catalytic silencers, as well as explicitlyauthorized vehicles from halls control staff (when no alternativeway of unloading particularly heavy and bulky materials is objec-tively possible). Automotive vehicles used for transport can station close to hallsonly for the time strictly necessary for goods and equipment loa-ding and unloading operations. Vehicles that are not used for suchoperations have to station in reserved parking areas, up to exhau-stion of available parking spaces.Specifically, the unloading and parking of containers or detachableparts of non self-propelled vehicles is not permitted.On Thursday 4th December 2014 (the last stand construc-tion day) any access of automotive vehicles inside all halls isstrictly forbidden and any goods or equipment have to be carriedby using hand-operated trucks, which can be reserved by applica-tion to the authorized supplier of BolognaFiere at the office incharge at the Exhibition Centre.BolognaFiere and the Organiser will have the faculty to define,

permanenza dei mezzi fuori dagli spazi e/o dai tempi definitidall’Organizzatore.In particolare, qualora gli autoveicoli ed i mezzi in generale, per-mangano nel quartiere fieristico oltre le due ore, verrà addebitatoall’Espositore, attraverso la cui password è stato accreditato il vei-colo, l’importo di 200,00 euro + IVA.Per motivi connessi alla sicurezza, agli Espositori ed agli allestito-ri operanti per loro conto, è vietato utilizzare, all’interno delQuartiere Fieristico, carrelli elevatori, gru semoventi, piattaformeaeree, ecc., di loro proprietà; per tali esigenze dovranno ricorrereagli Spedizionieri Ufficiali di BolognaFiere, a garanzia della piùstretta osservanza delle norme di sicurezza. Le disposizioni di cuisopra non si applicano agli automezzi da trasporto dotati di brac-cio gru a bordo, che però, possono operare all’interno dei padi-glioni solo se dotati di tubazioni per lo smaltimento dei fumi di sca-rico dei motori all’esterno dei padiglioni stessi.In casi particolari possono essere richieste deroghe, motivandoleadeguatamente, alla Divisione Operations di BolognaFiere, previaconsegna della certificazione di idoneità dei mezzi che si intendeutilizzare e del Personale conducente. In caso di autorizzazione, airichiedenti verrà addebitato un importo come rimborso costiamministrativi e di controllo per la gestione di tali autorizzazioni(per ulteriori informazioni rivolgersi alla Divisione Operations).Per le condizioni si fa riferimento al modulo di “richiesta autoriz-zazione per utilizzo mezzi di sollevamento” da sottoscrivere almomento del rilascio dell’autorizzazione.In caso di introduzione ed utilizzo di mezzi di sollevamento senzapreventiva autorizzazione, BolognaFiere effettua il blocco imme-diato del mezzo e ne richiede l’allontanamento dal QuartiereFieristico.

2.d. ALLONTANAMENTO DEI CAMPIONARI E DEGLI ALLE-STIMENTI. RICONSEGNA DEGLI STAND - L’accesso al quartie-re fieristico per l’allontanamento dei campionari e degli allesti-menti sarà il seguente:dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 20.00 dal 15 al 18 dicembre 2014.L’orario limite per l’ingresso al quartiere fieristico da partedegli allestitori é fissato entro le ore 17.00.Per motivi di sicurezza, dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 9.00 del gior-no 15 dicembre 2014 non sarà consentita l’uscita di mate-riali dal quartiere fieristico.L’accesso degli automezzi nelle aree e nei padiglioni sarà regolamentatocome per i lavori di allestimento (vedi art. 2.c).Lo sgombero degli stand, ovunque ubicati, dovrà essere completa-to entro le ore 20.00 del giorno 18 dicembre 2014. In difetto, vi saràprovveduto d’ufficio, considerando quanto rimasto sullo stand come mate-riale di rifiuto da avviare alle discariche pubbliche e l’Espositore sarà tenutoal rimborso di tutte le spese dirette ed indirette sostenute per lo sgombero,oltre ad una penale di euro 200,00 e fatti salvi eventuali rimborsi per mag-giori danni.L’Espositore assume a proprio esclusivo carico ogni responsabilitàin ordine a danni o furti che dovessero verificarsi sia durante losvolgimento del Salone, che durante l’allestimento che successi-vamente.

2.e. MODALITà DI PAGAMENTO - Il pagamento dei corrispet-tivi dovuti per la partecipazione al Salone dovrà essere effettuatonei tempi e nei modi previsti dalla Domanda di Partecipazione.Il Buono d’Uscita, pur non potendo essere rilasciato agliEspositori che non abbiano provveduto al saldo di ogni propriaposizione debitoria diretta o indiretta, non costituirà quietanza dipagamento degli importi dovuti per la partecipazione al Salone, esarà valido per il solo veicolo indicato sullo stesso.

2.f. SORVEGLIANZA CONTRO I FURTI - RESPONSABILITàPER FURTI E DANNI. ASSICURAZIONI - Durante l’orario di aper-tura dei padiglioni l’Espositore dovrà vigilare il proprio stand diretta-mente o attraverso proprio personale. BolognaFiere, pur provveden-do per tutta la durata del Salone e per tutti i giorni previsti per l’allesti-mento e lo sgombero degli stand, ad un servizio generale di vigilanza diur-na e notturna all’interno del quartiere fieristico negli orari di chiusura alpubblico ed agli Espositori, è esonerato da ogni e qualsiasi responsabilitàin ordine a furti e/o danni che dovessero verificarsi a scapitodell’Espositore.L’Espositore sarà responsabile anche verso BolognaFiere ditutti i danni diretti ed indiretti che per qualsiasi causa sianoattribuibili a lui od a personale per suo conto operante (ivicompresi i danni provocati dagli allestimenti o dagli impianti ese-guiti in proprio o da terzi da lui incaricati, ancorché collaudati daBolognaFiere).Il risarcimento dei danni dipendenti da furti o danneggiamenti chedovessero verificarsi ne confronti dell’Espositore anche al di fuoridell’orario di apertura dei padiglioni (ivi compresi tutti i giorni pre-visti per l’allestimento e lo sgombero degli stand) avverrà esclusi-vamente attraverso adeguata copertura assicurativa chel’Espositore si obbliga a stipulare, assumendo a proprio caricole eventuali franchigie ed esclusioni di coperture assicurative pat-tuite con l’Assicuratore.L’Espositore si obbliga a stipulare adeguata copertura assicurati-va anche contro tutti gli altri rischi, compresi quelli di incendio,danni per infiltrazione di acqua piovana o condotta, nonché diresponsabilità civile verso terzi.Tutte le suddette coperture assicurati-ve dovranno essere stipulate con primaria compagnia d’assicurazio-ne a cura e spese dell’Espositore; dovranno operare per tutto ilperiodo di permanenza dell’Espositore o dei suoi beni nel quartie-

even according to the law in matter of safety at work, particularmeasures to access at the exhibition centres during the stand con-struction works, as well as to limit the vehicles access and/or allowcharges in case of vehicles staying outside the spaces and/or thetimes decided by the Organiser.In particular, in case the vehicles remain in the exhibition centrelonger than two hours, the amount of 200.00 euros + VAT will bedebited to the Exhibitor, through the password by means of whichthe vehicle access has been allowed.For safety reasons, Exhibitors and the fitters working on theirbehalf are prohibited from using their own lift trucks, mobile cra-nes, aerial platforms, etc. in the Exhibition Centre. For theseneeds, they must contact BolognaFiere’s Official Forwarders toensure strict compliance with safety regulations. The above rulesdo not apply to transport vehicles equipped with an on-boardcrane arm, which may be used in the Halls ONLY if they are fit withtubes to discharge motor exhaust outside the Halls.In special cases, exceptions (adequately grounded) may be reque-sted from the BolognaFiere Operations Division, subject to deli-very of the certificate of suitability for the vehicle to be used andof the Operator. In case of authorization, the requesting party willbe charged an amount to cover administrative and control costsfor management of such authorizations (for more information,please contact the Operations Division). For terms and conditions, see the form “Authorization request forthe use of lifting equipment,” to be signed when the authorizationis issued. If any lifting equipment is brought in and used without priorauthorization, BolognaFiere will immediately stop the equipmentand order it removed from the Exhibition Centre.

2.d. REMOVAL OF EXHIBITION MATERIALS AND STANDEQUIPMENT. HANDING BACK OF STANDS - Access to theExhibition Centre for removing sample collections, displayed itemsand disassembling stand setups is:from 8.00 am to 20.00 pm from 15th to 18th Decembre2014.Access to the exhibition centre will be allowed no later than5.00 pmNo material will be allowed to leave the Exhibition Centrefrom 8.00 am to 9.00 am on 15th December 2014.Vehicle access to the outdoor areas and halls will be governed bythe provisions regarding stand furnishing (art. 2.c).All stands, no matter where they are located, have to becleared up completely by 8.00 pm on 18th December 2014.Should the Exhibitor’s stand not be cleared by the specified dead-line, removal will be carried out by BolognaFiere and any rem-nants shall be treated as waste materials to dispose of through themunicipal dump and the Exhibitor shall have to bear all direct andindirect costs for clearing, besides a penalty of euro 200.00 and topay for further damages, if any.The Exhibitor shoulders solely and exclusively any liability for anydamages or thefts that might occur either during the Show orafterwards.

2.e. TERMS OF PAYMENT - Payment of the fees due for parti-cipation in the Exhibition shall be made within the times and in themanner set down on the application form. Although the ExitVoucher (i.e. exit bill of lading) may not be issued to Exhibitorswho have not settled all of their direct or indirect dues, it does notconstitute a receipt of payment of the sums due for participationin the Exhibition and shall be valid only for the vehicle specifiedthereon.

2.f. SURVEILLANCE AGAINST THEFT. LIABILITY FOR THEFTAND DAMAGES. INSURANCE - During the hall opening timesthe Exhibitor shall watch over his own stand either directlyor by means of his personnel. Although BolognaFiere providesa general day and night surveillance service inside the ExhibitionCentre when the Fairground is closed to the public and to theExhibitors for the entire duration of the Exhibition and also duringthe stand construction and removal periods, it is hereby releasedfrom any and all responsibility in respect of theft and/or damagethat may by sustained by the Exhibitor.The Exhibitor shall also be responsible to BolognaFiere forall direct or consequential damage which for any reason isattributable to him or to the staff working on his behalf(including damage caused by furnishings or by the systems set upeither by the Exhibitor or by third parties hired to do so, eventhough they have been inspected by BolognaFiere). Compensationfor damages deriving from such theft or damage as may be sustai-ned by the Exhibitor, even outside the hall opening hours (inclu-ding all the days set aside for stand construction and removal)shall be made solely by means of adequate insurance coverwhich the Exhibitor is required to take out, and he shall besolely responsible for any excess and exclusions from coveragreed with the Insurer. The Exhibitor also undertakes to pro-cure suitable insurance cover against all other risks, inclu-ding those of fire, damage caused by rainwater or mainsseepage and third party liability.All of the above-mentioned insurance policies shall be taken outwith a leading Insurance Company at the Exhibitor’s expense andthey shall be effective for the entire time that the Exhibitor or hisproperty remains in the Exhibition Centre. Moreover, the saidcover shall contain a clause under which the insurer waives all

re fieristico e dovranno contenere la rinuncia dell’Assicuratore ad ogniazione di regresso o di rivalsa verso gli eventuali terzi responsabili.L’Espositore, ove ne venga richiesto anche durante lo svolgimento delSalone, dovrà depositare una copia delle polizze presso gli uffici diBolognaFiere e dell’Organizzatore. La presente norma integra gli artt. 14e 15 delle Condizioni Generali di Partecipazione al Salone, redattedall’Organizzatore.

3. ALLESTIMENTI E DIVIETI

3.a. DEFINIZIONE DEL TIPO DI ALLESTIMENTO E PROCEDUREDI APPROVAZIONE - Gli allestimenti degli stand,indipendentemente dalla loro superficie, sono classificati in:

• allestimenti standard• allestimenti fuori standardSono considerati fuori standard gli allestimenti che presentinoanche una sola delle seguenti caratteristiche:• strutture metalliche tralicciate tipo “Americane” con luce

strutturale libera superiore a 8,00 m o sviluppo complessivosuperiore a 32,00 m

• strutture orizzontali metalliche o di materiale diverso con lucelibera superiore a 4,50 m.

• pedana accessibile al pubblico con altezza superiore a m 0,80;• locale delimitato da pareti con sedute superiori al numero di

100;• tribunette prefabbricate o in opera, a due o più gradoni, per il

pubblico; • impianto d’illuminazione integrativo dello stand, montato su

supporti autonomi;• soppalco con locali al primo livello, anche se interdetto al pub-

blico;• stand dotato di palco spettacoli o d’intrattenimento per il pub-

blico in generale;• stand dotato d’impianto amplifonico con emissione sonora

superiore ai 75 dBA;• stand realizzato all’aperto, a meno della semplice esposizione

statica di veicoli, con superficie superiore a 75 m2;• sistemi di ancoraggio a strutture di BolognaFiere.

3.a.1. DISPOSIZIONI GENERALI - Nella realizzazione di tuttigli stand sono da attuarsi le seguenti disposizioni:• gli allestimenti devono essere contenuti entro la superficie

assegnata dello stand;• le strutture costituenti l’allestimento dello stand devono esse-

re predisposte in modo tale da non privare di visibilità e diluce, nonché arrecare molestia o in ogni caso nuoceread altro Espositore adiacente o nelle vicinanze;

• gli allestimenti, anche se limitati ad un solo modulo espositi-vo, devono avere caratteristiche di decoro e di arredoconformi allo standard qualitativo elevato del Salone.L’Organizzatore si riserva pertanto il diritto di preten-dere l’adeguamento, ove non lo ritenga rispettato;

• gli allestimenti ed i relativi impianti devono essere costrui-ti a perfetta regola d’arte, nel rispetto delle normeantinfortunistiche e di quelle per la prevenzione incendi;

• l’Espositore deve compilare e consegnare, ai destinatari indi-cati, tutte le documentazioni e le dichiarazioni previstenel presente Fascicolo Moduli Vari per le responsabilitànei campi degli allestimenti, degli impianti elettrici ed in par-ticolare per la prevenzione incendi; la mancata consegna neitempi e nei modi riportati sui moduli, attribuiràall’Organizzatore ed a BolognaFiere, operanti anche disgiun-tamente, la possibilità di chiudere lo stand e di adottare iprovvedimenti più opportuni per assicurare le condizioni disicurezza, ferma restando ogni responsabilità civile e penaledell’Espositore;

• l’Espositore prende atto che il quartiere fieristico é assimilatoai locali di pubblico spettacolo e s’impegna a rispettare larelativa normativa ed a sottostare a tutte le prescrizioni e for-malità previste per tali locali;

• sarà facoltà dell’Organizzatore o di BolognaFiere richiederel’intervento della Commissione Provinciale di Vigilanza suiLocali di Pubblico Spettacolo, per il nulla osta allo svolgimen-to del Salone;

• l’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere, anche disgiuntamente, siriservano il diritto di far modificare o rinnovare gli alle-stimenti e gli impianti che non rientrino nelle previsio-ni e prescrizioni sopra indicate;

• ogni responsabilità in ordine alla statica e alla conformità deimateriali di allestimento alla normativa antincendio attual-mente in vigore, agli allestimenti, all’esecuzione e conduzionedegli impianti ed agli eventuali danni che dovessero subirepersone o cose di proprietà dell’Organizzatore, diBolognaFiere o di terzi é a carico esclusivamentedell’Espositore, il quale esonera espressamentel’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere per i danni che potrebberoderivare a causa di difetti di progettazione e di costruzione.

3.a.2. DISPOSIZIONI PARTICOLARI - Si richiamano le dispo-sizioni generali valide per gli allestimenti fuori standard.Premesso che il quartiere fieristico ha ottenuto l’agibilità deglispazi espositivi secondo uno schema base di allestimento tradizio-nale, ovvero con i parametri definiti standard, é fatto obbligo,all’Espositore che intendesse proporre un allestimento,avente anche una sola delle caratteristiche elencate nel

The present rule is comple-ment to arts. 14 and 15 of the General Regulations forParticipation in the Exhibition, drawn up by the Organisers.

3. STAND CONSTRUCTION RULES AND PROHIBITIONS

3.a. DEFINITION OF FURNISHINGS - Regardless of their sur-face, the stand furnishings are classified as follows:

• standard furnishings• non-standard furnishingsThe non-standard furnishings are those that include even onlyone of the following feature• Latticed metal (“American”) structures with clear structural

span exceeding 8.00 metres or with total length exceeding32.00 metres.

• Horizontal metal or non-metal structures with clear spanexceeding 4.50 metres

• height of one or more internal or boundary walls in excess of2,50 m.;

• floorboard for the public which exceeds 0.70 m. in height;• a place delimited by walls with a seating capacity of more

than 100 seats;• prefabricated or installed bleachers, with one or more steps,

for the public; • a supplemental lighting system in the stand, fit on self-con-

tained supports;• intermediate floor with places on the upper floor, even if

prohibited to the public;• a stand fit with a show or entertainment stage for the public

in general;• a stand fit with a sound amplifying system with a power rating

in excess of 75 dBA;• an outdoor stand used other than the simple static display of

vehicles with surface area exceeding 75 smq.;• hanging points-anchorages at BolognaFiere structures.

3.a.1. GENERAL PROVISIONS - The Exhibitor shall complywith the following provisions, valid for all furnishings, when con-structing its exhibition stand:• furnishings must be contained within the area of the stand;• structures making up the furnishing of the stand are to be

setup so as not to obstruct visibility and light or causeinconvenience or damage to other adjacent or nearbyExhibitors;

• even if furnishings are limited to a one unit stand only, theymust have decorative and aesthetic characteristicsconforming to the high-quality standards of theExhibition. As such the Organisers reserve the right todemand the aforesaid furnishings be adapted when notcomplied with;

• furnishings and utility installations must be constructed in aworkmanlike manner in compliance with accident andfire prevention provisions and standards;

• the Exhibitor must complete and deliver, to the proper reci-pient office, all the documents and declarations requiredunder the “Technical Regulations for Exhibiting and VariousForms Booklet” in respect of responsibility for furnishings,electrical installations and especially fire prevention. In theevent of failure to deliver the aforesaid documentation anddeclarations within the deadlines and conforming to themodalities reported on the Forms, both the Organisers andBolognaFiere (acting jointly or even if operating separately)will be entitled to close the stand and to take such measuresas are deemed most appropriate in order to ensure safetyconditions, without prejudice to all civil and criminal liabilityon the part of the Exhibitor;

• the Exhibitor expressly aknowledges that the ExhibitionCentre is identified with places of public entertainment and heundertakes to observe the relevant provisions and to abide byall the rules and procedures envisaged for such venues;

• the Organisers or BolognaFiere will be entitled to call on theProvincial Safety Supervision Commission for Places of PublicEntertainment in order to secure authorisation for the stagingof the event;

• the Organisers and BolognaFiere (acting jointly or even if ope-rating separately) reserve the right to order modifica-tions or replacements to be made to furnishings andinstallations that do not comply with the aforesaid pro-visions and rules;

• the Exhibitor shall bear sole responsibility for the stability andcompliance of furnishing materials in constructiong the standwith the fire-prevention regulations currently in force, and itexpressly relieves the Organisers and BolognaFiere of all lia-bility for any damage that may result from design andcostruction defects, including the dimensioning as inferredfrom the detailed drawings of the areas occupied, and thatmay be sustained by persons or property belonging to theOrganisers, to BolognaFiere or to third parties.

3.a.2. SPECIAL PROVISIONS - We recall the general regula-tions regarding the “non-standard” furnishings.Because the Exhibition Centre has obtained authorisation for use

punto 3.a.1. precedente, trasmettere tramite fax o posta elet-tronica certificata all’Organizzatore ed a BolognaFiere, entro 20giorni (lavorativi) prima dell’inizio dell’allestimento ufficiale per l’e-ventuale approvazione, il progetto dell’allestimento fuori standardtimbrato e firmato da tecnico abilitato. Per gli allestimenti fuori standard è obbligatorio il collaudo staticoche verrà eseguito esclusivamente a cura di BolognaFiere. A fron-te di ciò all’Espositore verrà addebitato l’importo corrispondentealla tipologia dell’allestimento, indicato nell’apposito modulo delFascicolo Moduli Vari.La realizzazione di strutture metalliche tralicciate (tipo“Americane”) di particolare complessità (sviluppo complessivosuperiore a 32,00 m, computando sia le strutture verticali cheorizzontali, e/o luce strutturale libera superiore a 8,00 m), o distrutture orizzontali metalliche o di materiale diverso con lucelibera superiore a 4,50 m, nonché dei soppalchi, è comunquesubordinata alla trasmissione (tramite fax o posta certificata) aBolognaFiere, del progetto della struttura, a firma di tecnico abili-tato, corredato da relazione di calcolo comprendete le condizionidi carico che si avranno nelle fasi di montaggio e smontaggio, inbase alla metodologia di costruzione prevista, nonché di certifica-to di corretto montaggio, a fine lavori, a firma di tecnico abilitato.Nel caso in cui l’Espositore non sia in possesso di progetto di alle-stimento fuori standard firmato da tecnico abilitato, è possibilerichiederne preventiva verifica a BolognaFiere tramite appositomodulo del Fascicolo Moduli Vari.Per le strutture fuori standard, nel caso in cui non venga trasmes-so a Bolognafiere il relativo progetto timbrato e firmato, si proce-derà d’ufficio con la verifica e la validazione, con un addebitoall’Espositore pari al doppio della tariffa prevista per il servizio,indicata nei moduli sopracitati.BolognaFiere si riserva, in ogni caso, il diritto di non consentire ilmontaggio degli allestimenti fuori standard che non siano statipreventivamente approvati.In ogni caso, BolognaFiere ha sempre la facoltà di esaminare i pro-getti degli stand che per importanza, dimensioni e pericolositàrisultino al di fuori degli standard degli allestimenti tradizionali;l’Espositore ha l’obbligo di fornire gli elaborati tecnici ed i nomina-tivi dei tecnici responsabili per la parte strutturale e per la parteallestimenti, per gli aspetti riguardanti salute e sicurezza sul lavo-ro nonché per gli impianti. Identico obbligo sussiste per gli standeseguiti sulle aree esterne. Sarà facoltà di BolognaFiere richiederel’intervento della Commissione di Vigilanza per i locali di pubblicospettacolo.• è fatto obbligo a tutti gli Espositori, indipendentemente dalla

tipologia di allestimento di stand che intendono proporre, diinviare all Direzione Tecnica dell’Organizzatore in preventivavisione, il progetto di allestimento, completo di quote indi-canti dimensioni e altezze, al fine di ottenere approvazio-ne. In particolare è fatto obbligo all’Espositore che inten-de proporre un allestimento sia esso “standard” o“fuori standard” (avente anche una sola delle caratte-ristiche elencate al precedente art. 3.a), di seguire leseguenti procedure al fine di ottenere il preventivobenestare per la sua esecuzione: presentare il progettodell’allestimento, in triplice copia, alla DirezioneTecnica dell’Organizzatore, non oltre il 28 ottobre2014, comprendente la planimetria dettagliata e quotata del-l’allestimento (una per ogni livello nel caso di soppalchi),sezioni con evidenziate le strutture (illuminazione compresa)che superino l’altezza consentita, due viste tridimensionalipossibilmente colorate, una distinta delle caratteristiche este-tiche dei principali materiali impiegati, una breve relazionedescrittiva in lingua italiana o inglese ed il nominativo delReferente al quale rivolgersi nel caso di chiarimenti. LaDirezione Tecnica dell’Organizzazione riconsegneràall’Espositore, entro 15 gg. dal ricevimento, una copia del pro-getto ricevuto, con il visto di approvazione e con le eventualiprescrizioni, esclusivamente di natura estetica e funzionale, aifini della verifica delle interferenze con gli altri Espositori adia-centi e della sicurezza complessiva; la Direzione Tecnicadell’Organizzazione consegnerà analoga copia a BolognaFiereche effettuerà la raccolta della documentazione di cui al suc-cessivo punto 3.e. e l’eventuale ulteriore verifica dell’allesti-mento, in merito agli altri aspetti progettuali e statici, alla cer-tificazione dei materiali impiegati, alla corretta esecuzionedegli impianti elettrici, ai collaudi ecc. in conformità alledisposizioni contenute nel presente Regolamento Tecnico diManifestazione e Fascicolo Moduli Vari.

A tale scopo, dopo aver ricevuto il benestare sul progetto dell’al-lestimento, l’Espositore dovrà consegnare un progetto esecutivo,completo di relazione di calcolo e distinta materiali a BolognaFiere,al fine di consentire quanto precedentemente richiamato, cosìcome riportato nei successivi punti 3.e e 3.f.

3.a.3. RESPONSABILITà E SANZIONI - In virtù del contrattodi partecipazione sottoscritto, l’Espositore è l’unico referenteresponsabile nei confronti dell’Organizzatore e di conseguenzaanche nei confronti di BolognaFiere, poichè proprietario dei locali.L’inosservanza delle norme di sicurezza può comportare la denun-cia dell’Espositore all’Autorità Giudiziaria.

of the exhibition spaces based on a traditional set-up scheme,i.e., with parameters defined as STANDARD, an Exhibitor whoproposes a set-up with even one of the above-mentionedcharacteristics must, at least 20 (working) days prior to the startof the official set-up period, transmit (by fax or certified email)the design for the off-standard set-up, with signature and seal ofa qualif ied engineer/architect, to the Organiser and toBolognaFiere for approval. As for the “non-standard” furnishings the static test, which will besolely executed by BolognaFiere, is compulsory. Against that, theamount corresponding at the “non-standard” furnishing will becharged to the exhibitor, as indicated in the corresponding formof the Various Form Booklet.In all cases, the construction of complex latticed metal(“American”) structures (total length exceeding 32 metres, calcu-lating both vertical and horizontal structures, and/or with clearstructural span exceeding 8 metres) or horizontal metal or non-metal structures with clear span exceeding 4.50 metres, as wellas intermediate floors, is subject to the transmission (by fax orcertified email) to BolognaFiere of the structure’s design, signedby the qualified engineer/architect, inclusive of a calculationreport specifying load conditions during assembly and disassem-bly based on the construction method involved, as well as a certi-ficate of correct assembly (at the end of work) signed by the qua-lified engineer/architect.If the Exhibitor is not in possession of the design for the off-stan-dard set-up signed by a qualified engineer/architect, the Exhibitormay, using the appropriate form in the Miscellaneous Forms,request BolognaFiere to conduct an advance check of the design. If the signed and sealed design for the off-standard structure(s) isnot transmitted to BolognaFiere, an inspection and validation willautomatically be conducted and the Exhibitor will be charged twicethe regular cost for such service specified on the above-mentio-ned forms. Under all circumstances, BolognaFiere reserves always the right toprohibit the assembly of off-standard set-ups that have not beenapproved in advance.BolognaFiere has the faculty of inspecting the furnishing projects,that as for importance, dimensions and danger result away fromtraditional booth construction; the Exhibitor is obliged to providethe technical documents and the names of the technicians respon-sible for the structural and assembling aspects, as well for theplants, for aspects regarding health and safety at the workplace.The same obligation subsists for the booths on external areas.BolognaFiere has the faculty of requesting the intervention of theVigilance Committee for public show locations.• Any Exhibitor, regardeless of the furnishing project they

intend to present, is required to send in prevision to theOrganisers’ Technical Department the stand design withdimentional plans, in order to obtain approval for itsstand. In particular any Exhibitor intending to submit astand furnishing, whether “standard” or “non-standard” project (with just one of the characteristicslisted in art. 3.a above), is required to abide by thefollowing procedures in order to obtain prior approvalfor its construction: submission of the stand design,in triplicate, to the Organisers’ Technical Department,28 October 2014, including: detailed dimensional plans ofthe stand (one for each level where intermediate floors areenvisaged), cross-sections showing the structures (includinglighting) that exceed the permitted height, two three-dimensional views (coloured if possible), a list of thephysical characteristics of the main materials used, a shortdescription in Italian or English, and the name of the Personto contact for clarification. The Organisers' Technical Department will return to theExhibitor, within 15 days following receipt, a copy of thedesign or project endorsed for approval together with anyinstructions, solely of an aesthetic and functional nature,with regard to interferences with the other adjacentExhibitors and the overall safety features. A copy will also bedelivered to BolognaFiere which is in charge for collecting thedocumentation listed in section 3.e. and for the subsequent,overall further verification of the furnishings with regard tothe other aspects of design and stability, the certification ofthe materials used, the correct execution of the electricalinstallations, the inspections, etc. in accordance with theprovisions outlined in this “Technical Regulations forExhibiting and Various Forms Booklet”.

For this purpose, upon having received the furnishing designapproval, the Exhibitor is required to deliver an executive design,complete with the calculation report and breakdown of the materials, to BolognaFiere, so as to implement the aforesaid asreported in steps 3.e. and 3.f. below.

3.a.3. LIABILITY AND SANCTIONS - By virtue of the undersi-gned participation contract, the Exhibitor is the sole party liablevis-à-vis the Organisers and consequently vis-à-vis BolognaFiere,as owner of the premises. Failure to comply with these regulationsand the provisions relating to this matter as laid down in theGeneral Regulations for Participation shall entitle BolognaFiere totake precautionary measures against the Exhibitor defaulting onthe fire-prevention requirements. Failure of the Exhibitor to com-ply with the safety regulations may carry prosecution in a court oflaw.

3.b. REGOLAMENTO DI PROGETTAZIONE DELLO STAND3.b.1. RIFERIMENTI NORMATIVI - La normativa di riferimen-to è esclusivamente quella vigente, all’atto del Salone, nellaRepubblica Italiana, qualsiasi riferimento a normative stranieredeve essere verificato preventivamente dall’Espositore cui compe-te il controllo della compatibilità con le analoghe norme valide inItalia, la documentazione tecnica prodotta in lingua straniera,deve essere autenticata da tecnico abilitato che ne certifichi lavalidità normativa anche per lo Stato Italiano.Il quartiere fieristico, per questa Manifestazione, è assimilato alocale di pubblico spettacolo, pertanto sono da applicarsi tuttele norme che a tale destinazione si riferiscono, sia per l’allesti-mento ed uso dei padiglioni che delle aree esterne.

3.b.2. CARATTERISTICHE DEI PADIGLIONI ESPOSITIVI - Ilquartiere fieristico è costituito da padiglioni espositivi e da areeesterne con caratteristiche costruttive e dimensionali sensibilmen-te diverse tra loro.L’Espositore deve richiedere a BolognaFiere o all’Organizzatore glielaborati tecnici del padiglione o dell’area esterna di sua pertinen-za, dove sono riportate tutte le caratteristiche dei locali, la relati-va impiantistica disponibile sia per la fase d’allestimento che d’e-sercizio dello stand.Si riportano brevemente le caratteristiche salienti dei singoli padi-glioni, con la precisazione che l’altezza indicata è relativa allaquota degli impianti esistenti, per cui l’altezza utile varidotta di cm. 30 almeno:Padiglione 14• struttura in acciaio con travi reticolari affiancate e pilastri ad

3.b. STAND DESIGN REGULATIONS3.b.1. REFERENCE PROVISIONS - When the exhibition is held,the provisions referred to are exclusively the ones prevailing in theRepublic of Italy. Any reference to foreign provisions should bechecked beforehand by the Exhibitor who is required to personal-ly check for their compatibility with the like regulations prevailingin Italy. The technical documentation issued in a foreign languageshould be authenticated by a qualified expert who shall certify thevalidity of such foreign regulations for Italy as well. The Exhibition Centre, for this event, is identified as "a place ofpublic entertainment". As such all the regulations applicable tothis type of destination are to be complied with, for the use of thestand furnishing, the exhibition halls and the outdoor areas.

3.b.2. EXHIBITION HALLS DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICS - TheExhibition Centre is composed of exhibition halls and outdoorareas whose constructive and dimensional characteristics are verydifferent.The Exhibitor is required to request the technical drawings of theallocated exhibition hall or outdoor area to BolognaFiere or to theOrganisers, which report all the characteristics of the areas, thecorresponding installations available for both the stand construc-tion and the display periods.Below are briefly outlined the main features for the individualhalls. Please take note that the indicated height is correspon-ding to the dimension of the existing installations. 3.b.3. ELEMENTI E MATERIALI DA COSTRUZIONE PER LOSTAND - Caratteristica comune a tutti gli allestimenti è l’impos-sibilità, sia all’interno dei padiglioni sia nelle aree esterne dispo-nibili, di fissare al suolo gli allestimenti e che pertanto devo-no essere concepiti e dimensionati come strutture autoportanti,semplicemente appoggiate a terra ed idonee autonomamente asopportare le sollecitazioni conseguenti alla loro destinazioned’uso, ed anche agli agenti atmosferici, nel caso di allestimentiall’aperto, con sollecitazioni al suolo compatibili con i sovraccarichiammissibili nei vari padiglioni.I materiali principali impiegati nella realizzazione degli stand,devono avere, in particolare per la classe di reazione al fuoco, lecaratteristiche riportate nel modulo D2 - Dichiarazione di cor-retta posa in opera materiali allestitivi - mentre gli impiantidevono essere eseguiti in conformità alle disposizioni del punto 5del presente regolamento.

3.b.4. ALTEZZA DELLE PARETI - L’altezza massima ammessadelle pareti perimetrali dello stand è di m 2,5; per tenere contodegli spessori dovuti a pavimentazioni rialzate, corpi illuminanti,supporti dei corpi illuminanti anche a traliccio, sarà ammesso unulteriore margine di cm 50 al limite dell’altezza sopra definita, por-tandola quindi ad un massimo di m 3,00 a condizione che le strut-ture i cui lati si affacciano sugli stand contigui siano perfettamen-te rifinite e verniciate in tinta unita con colore neutro.Qualora s’intenda derogare a tale prescrizione occorre tenereconto dei seguenti criteri affinchè il progetto presentatodall’Espositore all’Organizzatore possa essere approvato:• l’altezza di qualsiasi parete, asta, traliccio, pennone, stendar-

do, insegna, ecc. non può superare la massima altezza con-sentita nei singoli padiglioni di cui al punto 3.b.2, per noninterferire con l’impiantistica esistente;

• gli stand ad isola (a 4 lati liberi) all’interno dei padi-glioni devono garantire la reciproca piena visibilità percui non sono ammesse pareti perimetrali che la ostrui-scano; eventuali strutture pluripiano o di particolaredimensione devono essere localizzate al centro dellostand; nel caso di stand a penisola (a 3 lati liberi) leeventuali strutture pluripiano dovranno essere addos-sate al lato controparete o sulla parete adiacente allostand confinante;

• pareti adiacenti di stand diversi, possono essere rag-guagliate a pareti interne di un unico stand, qualora cisia il preventivo accordo dei due Espositori;

• si considera parete qualsiasi elemento oscurante lavista (pannello, telo, drappo, grigliato, ecc.) la cuisuperficie non trasparente sia superiore al 30% della

3.b.3. STAND ELEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALSA common feature of all stand furnishings is that they cannot beanchored to the ground, either inside the exhibition halls or out-doors at the available areas. As such they are to be designed and sizedas self-load bearing structures that simply bear onto the ground,suitable for individually supporting the stresses resulting both fromtheir type of use and atmospheric agents, in the case of outdoorstands, with ground stresses that are compatible with the admissibleoverloads inside the various exhibition halls. The main materials usedin constructing the stands should have, with special attention to thefire-prevention class, the characteristics outlined in form D2,“Declaration of correct fitting of materials”, whereas the installa-tions should be carried out conforming to the guidelines set forth instep 5 of these provisions.

3.b.4. HEIGHT OF THE WALLS - The maximum admissible hei-ght of the stand's walls is 2.5 m. In order to take account of anyadded thickness due to raised floors, lighting elements and lightsupports, including lattice structures, a maximum tolerance of afurther 50 cm. will be allowed, taking the above-specified limit to3 m., on condition that the structures whose sides face adjoiningstands are perfectly finished and painted in a neutral, solid colour.Should you decide to waive this rule, keep in mind the followingcriteria so that the application of the design made by the Exhibitorto the Organisers can be approved:• the height of any wall, pole, lattice, mast, banner, sign, etc.

cannot exceed the maximum admissible height inside theindividual halls mentioned in section 3.b.2, which would inter-fere with the existing installation;

• the island stands (with four clear sides) inside hallsmust ensure full mutual visibility and therefore wallsthat obstruct it are not allowed. Any multi-floors orparticularly large structures are to be located in themiddle of the stand. In the case of peninsula stands(with three clear sides) such structures are to be loca-ted on the side against a wall or on the wall adjacent tothe bordering stand;

• adjacent walls of different stands can be leveled withthe internal walls of an individual stand, provided thatthe two affected Exhibitors have made prior agree-ments on this matter;

• a wall is considered to be any type of element thatshuts off a view (panel, sheet, drape, screen, etc.) thenon-transparent surface of which is greater than 30%

3.b.5. ACCESSIBILITà AI PORTATORI DI HANDICAP - Lostand ultimato deve essere completamente agibile, per gli spazidestinati al pubblico, anche per i portatori di handicap, in partico-lare le eventuali pedane rialzate, che costituiscono il piano d’ap-poggio dei veicoli esposti avvicinabili dal pubblico, qualora superi-no i cm 2 stabiliti dalle norme di riferimento, devono essere dota-te di scivolo segnalato.

3.b.6. STAND A DUE PIANI - L’allestimento di stand su duepiani è consentito solo all’interno dei padiglioni con la quota degliimpianti esistenti superiore ai m 6,00, la cui altezza utile consen-te questo tipo di struttura, che deve rispettare comunque le dispo-sizioni tecniche riportate nel punto 3.b.4 precedente, al fine digarantire la visibilità degli stand adiacenti.Per gli allestimenti all’interno dei padiglioni 14-15-16-18-21-22-25-26-33-34, che hanno in dotazione l’impianto antincen-dio a pioggia a soffitto (Sprinkler), l’Espositore deve garanti-re, nella realizzazione della struttura del secondo piano, la per-meabilità dei soffitti e del piano di calpestio tramite l’impiego digrigliati (i controsoffitti sono pertanto ammessi solo se rea-lizzati con pannelli a griglia o forati) qualora, in caso d’incen-dio, entri in funzione detto impianto di spegnimento automatico(cfr. successivo art. 3.b.8).A completamento di tale prescrizione, il piano terreno della zona sop-palcata deve essere dotato di un adeguato numero di estintori.L’uso del piano soppalco dello stand è tassativamente vie-tato al pubblico, la destinazione di tali locali è pertanto limitataagli addetti ai lavori (uffici, ristoro del personale, ecc.) e tale limi-tazione deve essere garantita da una disposizione e gestione dellascala di accesso facilmente controllabile.

3.b.7. SCALE E BALCONATE - Tutte le scale, anche se interdet-te al pubblico ma destinate ai soli operatori ed Espositori, devonoavere i gradini con pedata di cm 30 ed alzata cm 17 ed ogni rampanon deve superare il numero massimo di 15 gradini, il materialedi rivestimento non deve essere scivoloso e devono essere dotatedi idoneo parapetto.Le protezioni anticaduta per i soppalchi, con altezza dal suolo supe-riore a cm 80, devono essere costituite da parapetto dell’altezzaminima di cm 110, con parapiede dell’altezza di cm 20, il tutto ido-neo a sostenere una spinta ortogonale in sommità conforme allevigenti disposizioni in funzione della presenza o meno del pubblico.Sono esclusi i boccascena dei palchi spettacolo fino ad un’altezzamassima di cm 110 da terra.

3.b.8. CIELINI E CONTROSOFFITTI - I soffitti completa-mente chiusi sugli stand espositivi non sono ammessi, sonoconsentite rare eccezioni nei seguenti casi:• porzioni di soffitti chiusi conseguenti alla particolare confor-

mazione e dislocazione degli oggetti esposti;• realizzazione di ambienti oscurati per proiezioni o particolari

esposizioni;• realizzazione di ambienti insonorizzati.Nei padiglioni 14-15-16-18-21-22-25-26-33-34 sonoammessi cielini o controsoffitti solo se realizzati con pan-nelli a griglia o forati che consentano il corretto uso del-l’impianto antincendio a pioggia (Sprinkler).

3.b.9. LOCALI PER CIBI E BEVANDE - Premesso che non èconsentita la somministrazione di cibi e bevande al pubbli-co all’interno degli stand, possono essere attrezzati deilocali per la detenzione e somministrazione di bevande eper un servizio di tavola fredda per gli addetti ai lavori, dettilocali devono rispettare comunque le caratteristiche igienico-sani-tarie richieste in merito alla pulizia dei pavimenti e rivestimenti,ventilazione ed illuminazione. Servizi di catering sono ammessi solo previo ottenimento dellerelative autorizzazioni igienico-sanitarie cui tali servizi sono sog-getti.

3.b.10. PALCO PER SPETTACOLI - La predisposizione di palchiper spettacoli d’intrattenimento o coinvolgimento del pubblico ininiziative promosse dall’Espositore all’interno dei padiglioni, deveessere preventivamente autorizzata e comunque si devono consi-derare spazi da destinare alla sosta del pubblico in modo tale chenon sia obbligato ad occupare le corsie di transito, ostruendo lalibera circolazione, o gli stand adiacenti.

3.b.11. LOCALI CON PIù DI 100 SEDUTE - Qualora l’Espositoreintenda ricavare un locale delimitato da pareti per ricevere, sedu-to o in piedi, un numero di persone superiore a 100, deve produr-re idonea documentazione attestante la verifica del sistema dellevie di uscita e le modalità di gestione del flusso del pubblico inentrata ed uscita dal locale, al fine di mantenere controllato ilnumero massimo ammissibile di persone presenti contempora-neamente.Nel caso di sedute valgono le disposizioni in merito al fissaggio

of the total surface.The aim of these guidelines is to favour the mutual visibi-lity of the stands inside the exhibition halls. As such the fol-lowing walls are not affected by the aforesaid criteria: those adja-cent to the outside main walls of the exhibition halls or those posi-tioned such that they do not conceal the neighboring stands (inwhole or in part) and the stands that occupy the entire hall.

3.b.5. ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE DISABLED - The areas of thefinished stand devoted to the public must be fully accessible, evenfor the disabled, especially as regards raised floorboards that con-stitute the support surface of the vehicles on display that can bereached by the public. Should they be higher than the 2 cm. laiddown in the reference provisions, they must be fit with a signaledramp.

3.b.6. TWO-FLOOR STANDS - Two-floor stands may be con-structed only inside exhibition halls with existing installations theheight of which is more than 6.00 m. Their useful height mustallow this type of structure which must however comply with thetechnical provisions reported in aforesaid section 3.b.4 for thepurpose of ensuring the visibility of the adjacent stands.In halls 14-15-16-18-21-22-25-26-33 and 34 double cei-lings are permitted only if they are made permeable, fromgrill type or perforated panels to allow proper use of theSprinkler fire-fighting systems equipped in these halls (seefollowing art.3.b.8).As a completion to this provision, the ground floor of the intermedia-te area should be fit with a suitable number of fire extinguishers.Use of the stand's intermediate floor is strictly prohibitedto the public, this area is limited to the workplace only (offices,refreshments for personnel, etc.) and this limit is to be ensured byan easily controllable access staircase.

3.b.7. STAIRS AND BALCONIES - The steps of all the stairs,even if prohibited to the public but that are to be used only bystaff personnel and Exhibitors, should have a 30 cm. tread-boardand a 17 cm. rise. Each flight should not have more than 15 stepsand the lining material should not be slippery. All stairs should befit with suitable handrails.The fall-proof protections for the intermediate floors, with a hei-ght from the ground of more than 80 cm. should be composed ofa handrail having a minimum height of 110 cm. and a 20 cm. highfoot-guard. All the aforesaid should be suitable for supporting anorthogonal thrust at the top conforming to the prevailing provi-sions whether or not the public is present.The prosceniums of the show stages up to a maximum height of110 cm. from the ground are not included in the aforesaid.

3.b.8. CEILINGS AND DOUBLE CEILINGS - It is prohibitedto close completely the stands with ceilings. The few excep-tions are as follows:• parts of ceilings that have been closed due to the special

shape and arrangement of the objects displayed;• dark rooms required for showing films or for special displays;• soundproof rooms.In halls 14-15-16-18-21-22-25-26-33 and 34 double cei-lings are permitted only if they are made permeable, fromgrill type or perforated panels to allow proper use of theSprinkler fire-fighting systems equipped in these halls.

3.b.9. ROOMS FOR FOOD AND DRINKS - Provided that it isnot allowed to offer food and drinks to the public inside thestands, some areas may be setup for storing and sellingdrinks with a buffet service for personnel. Such areas mustnonetheless comply with the required sanitary/hygiene standardsas far as floor cleaning, ventilation and lighting are concerned.Catering services are permitted only prior to having been grantedthe corresponding sanitary/hygiene authorizations to which theseservices are subjected.

3.b.10. ENTERTAINMENT STAGE - The setting up of stages forshows or for involving the public with initiatives sponsored by theExhibitor, inside the exhibition halls, require prior authorizationand in any case are to be considered as areas in which the publiccan linger so as not occupy the transit aisles and close them or theadjacent stands.

3.b.11. ROOMS WITH MORE THAN 100 SEATS - Should theExhibitor wish to setup a room delimited by walls to host morethan 100 persons, whether standing or sitting, it is required toprovide the appropriate documentation attesting that the exitsystem and the modalities for managing the ingoing and outgoingpublic flow has been approved for the purpose of keeping themaximum admissible number of persons present at the same timeunder control.As far as seatings are concerned, comply with the provisions thatcontemplate the fastening of the seats of not more than 10 perrow and 10 rows between the aisles.

3.b.12. GRANDSTANDS - When internal or external grand-stands are to be setup, the regulations relevant to the construc-tion of fixed sports installations are to be complied with. In parti-cular there cannot be more than 15 continuous seatingsbetween one sorting staircase and another, and there can-

3.b.12. TRIBUNE CON POSTI A SEDERE - Per la realizzazionedi tribune interne od esterne sono da applicarsi le normative rela-tive alla costruzione di impianti sportivi fissi, in particolare nonpossono essere previste più di 15 sedute continue prima diincontrare una scala di smistamento, e non possono supe-rarsi le 15 file di sedute senza la previsione di un corridoiodi smistamento.L’Espositore deve inoltre produrre idonea documentazione atte-stante la verifica del sistema delle vie di uscita e le modalità digestione del flusso del pubblico in entrata ed uscita dalle tribune,al fine di mantenere controllato il numero massimo ammissibile dipersone presenti contemporaneamente.

3.b.13. ILLUMINAZIONE INTEGRATIVA - Per l’installazione diun’illuminazione integrativa all’interno dello stand, devono essererispettate le seguenti condizioni:• le luci integrative non devono essere strutturalmente collega-

te allo stand, al soffitto od alle pareti del padiglione, ma devo-no essere sostenute da idonee strutture predisposte e sovra-stanti l’area dello stand, adeguatamente stabili e controven-tate;

• le luci devono essere progettate e successivamente montatein modo tale che nessuno, che si trovi al di fuori dell’area dellostand, possa essere disturbato dalla luce o dal calore prodot-to dalle stesse; la proiezione verticale delle luci deve cadereobbligatoriamente entro l’area dello stand;

• l’altezza minima consentita per l’installazione delle luci è di m2,50 al di sopra del livello del pavimento del padiglione;

• le luci aggiuntive devono essere installate con i dispositivi diprotezione e sicurezza anticaduta e sono soggette al collaudoa fine montaggio;

• a realizzazione di strutture tralicciate, tipo “americane”diparticolare complessità (per la quale si intende una strutturanella quale sia verificata almeno una delle seguenti condizio-ni: lunghezza complessiva superiore a m 32,00, luce struttu-rale libera superiore a m 8,00), è subordinata alla consegna aBolognaFiere del progetto della struttura, a firma di tecnicoabilitato, corredato da relazione di calcolo comprendente lecondizioni di carico che si avranno nelle fasi di montaggio esmontaggio, in base alla metodologia di costruzione prevista,nonchè di certificato di corretto montaggio, a fine lavori, afirma di tecnico abilitato;

• nella documentazione per la richiesta di approvazione del pro-getto dello stand e sul disegno del progetto stesso, devonoessere chiaramente indicate le quantità di luci, il loro posizio-namento ed il tipo di struttura di sostegno dell’illuminazioneintegrativa proposta, nonchè il consumo di energia medio(espresso in W) necessario per il funzionamento delle luci;

• la temperatura nell’area illuminata non deve superare i 50° C,per non influenzare il corretto funzionamento dei sistemiantincendio dei padiglioni;

• tutte le luci che appartengono all’illuminazione aggiuntivadevono poter essere accese e spente mediante uno o piùinterruttori differenziali magnetotermici.

3.b.14. GAS LIQUIDI - Sono assolutamente vietati l’installazio-ne e l’uso di contenitori pressurizzati contenenti gas liquido, siaall’interno dei padiglioni sia all’esterno del quartiere fieristico.Sono ammessi veicoli funzionanti a gas liquido con circolazione esosta solo nelle aree o parcheggi all’aperto del Quartiere.3.b.15. CONTENITORI A PRESSIONE - Sono assolutamentevietati l’installazione e l’uso di contenitori di liquidi o gas a pres-sione, sia all’interno dei padiglioni sia all’esterno del quartiere fie-ristico, con la sola esclusione dei contenitori di bevande per lasomministrazione tramite gli appositi erogatori a spina.

3.b.16. STAND ALL’APERTO - Gli stand realizzati all’aperto,nelle aree disponibili devono avere le medesime caratteristiche esottostare alle medesime procedure autorizzative degli stand rea-lizzati all’interno dei padiglioni.Devono inoltre rispettare i parametri di riferimento normativo peri sovraccarichi accidentali connessi alla neve ed al vento; struttu-re che non sono in grado di sostenere i sovraccarichi minimi dilegge, non possono essere autorizzate a ricevere il pubblico.

3.c. REGOLAMENTO DI COSTRUZIONE DELLO STAND

3.c.1. GENERALITà- L’Espositore deve realizzare lo stand inconformità al progetto approvato, nel rispetto delle norme del pre-sente regolamento e produrre la documentazione richiesta alpunto 3.e. L’Espositore dovrà contenere il proprio allestimentoentro la superficie assegnatagli, individuabile o mediante paretidivisorie, o righe a vernice, o nastri adesivi; sul frontone deglistand, ove non esistano altri elementi di riferimento, l’allestimen-to non dovrà superare il piano ideale passante per l’asse medianodelle piastre a base delle colonnette frontali che sostengono lepareti laterali degli stand.All’interno dei padiglioni gli stand non dovranno superare l’altezzastandard di m 2,50. Per tener conto degli spessori dovuti a pavi-mentazioni rialzate, corpi illuminanti, supporti dei corpi illuminan-ti anche a traliccio, sarà ammesso un ulteriore margine di m 0,50al limite dell’altezza sopra definita, portandola quindi ad un mas-

3.b.13. SUPPLEMENTAL LIGHTING - The following conditionsmust be met for installing the supplemental lighting system inside thestand:• The supplemental lights must not be structurally connected to

the stand, the ceiling or the walls of the exhibition hall. Theyare to be supported by suitable preset structures overhangingthe stand area, suitably steady and wind-braced.

• The lights are to be designed and fit so that nobody on theoutside of the stand area is bothered by the light or the heatproduced by such lights. The vertical beam of the lights mustbe directed within the stand area only.

• The minimum admissible height at which the lights can be instal-led is 2.50 m. above the floor level of the hall.

• The supplemental lights are to be installed with the foreseensafety devices and fall-proof safeties and are to be inspectedand tested upon the assembly being completed.

• Use of “american- type” lattice structures supportinglightings of particular complexity (by “particular complexity”is meant a structure in which at least one of the following con-ditions obtains: overall lenght in excess of 32 m., free struc-tural span of over 8 m.) is dependent upon the prior submis-sion to BolognaFiere of the plans of the structure, signed by aqualified engineer, accompanied by a calculation report, inclu-ding the load conditions that will be involved during standconstruction and disassembly, according to the costructionmethod adopted, as well as a certificate of correct assembly,on completion of the work, signed by a qualified engineer.

• The documentation to be provided for requesting the appro-val both of the stand design and the drawing of the designitself must clearly indicate the number of lights, their positio-ning and the type of support structure for the proposed sup-plemental lighting system as well as the average electricityconsumption (expressed in W) needed to operate the lights.

• The temperature inside the lighted area must not exceed 50°C, not to interfere with the working efficiency of the fire-figh-ting systems in the halls.

• All the lights belonging to the supplemental lighting systemmust be able to be turned on and off by means of one or moredifferential magnetothermal circuit breakers.

3.b.14. LIQUEFIED GASES - It is strictly prohibited to installand use pressurized cylinders of liquefied gas both inside the exhi-bition halls and in the outdoor fairground areas.Liquefied gas-operated vehicles are allowed to circulate and stoponly in the district's outdoor areas or parking spaces.

3.b.15. PRESSURE CYLINDERS - It is strictly prohibited toinstall and use cylinders of liquefied or pressurized gas, both insi-de the exhibition halls and outside the Exhibition Centre, the onlyexception being the soft drinks containers to be made available bymeans of the appropriate draught dispensers.

3.b.16. OUTDOOR STANDS - The stands constructed in theavailable outdoor areas must have like characteristics and aresubject to the same authorisation application procedures of thestands constructed inside the exhibition halls.They must also comply with the parameters of the reference pro-visions related to accidental overloads linked to snow and wind.Structures that are not capable of supporting the minimal over-loads laid down by law cannot be authorized to host the public.

3.c REGULATIONS FOR STAND CONSTRUCTION

3.c.1. GENERAL INFORMATION - The Exhibitor is required toconstruct the stand conforming to the approved design, complyingwith the rules of these Technical Regulations, and to provide thedocumentation outlined in section 3.e.The Exhibitor shall limit his display to the area allocated to him,as marked off by partition walls, painted lines or adhesive tape;on the front of the stands where there are no other reference ele-ments, the display area shall not exceed the theoretic plane pas-sing through the axis of the plates at the foot of the front pillarswhich support the side walls of the stands.Inside the halls the stands shall not exceed a standard height of 2.50m. In order to take account of thicknesses due to raised floors, ligh-ting elements and light supports, including lattice structures, a maxi-mum tolerance of a further 0.50 m. will be permitted, thereby takingthe above-specified limit to 3 m., on condition that the structureswhose sides face adjoining stands are properly finished and painted insolid colors with neutral color.the glass walls, which are in direct contact with the pubblic, mustconform to the actually guideline and UNI norm.The suspended loads and the related suspension systems, mustbe made in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Ministry ofthe Interior dated 01/04/2011, or providing, in addition to the

Per "carichisospesi" devono intendersi strutture americane (semplici o tipo"ring") o altre tipologie di travi/strutture e tutti i relativi carichi (atitolo non esaustivo ma esemplificativo: schermi, proiettori, casseaudio, fari, motori per il sollevamento di altre sotto-strutture, ecc)che siano vincolati a una struttura superiore o inferiore o tramiteun organo di sollevamento.Gli elementi di cui sopra devono essere in possesso di tutte ledocumentazioni di cui alla citata Lettera Circolare.è obbligatorio per ogni Espositore installare nel posteggio, in posi-zione ben visibile ed accessibile, ed adeguatamente segnalati,estintori a norma, in quantità adeguata alla superficie dello stand,pari ad uno ogni 50 m2 di superficie o frazione di essa. Gli estin-tori dovranno essere del tipo a polvere da kg 6, per classe diincendio 13A 89 B-C, omologati ai sensi del D.M. del 20 dicembre1982.L’Espositore può richiedere il noleggio degli estintori direttamentea BolognaFiere.In caso d’inadempienza, BolognaFiere potrà provvedere d’ufficioalla consegna, nel posteggio, degli estintori necessari, addebitan-do il relativo costo maggiorato

Nei padiglioni 14-15-16-18-21-22-25-26-33-34 sonoammessi controsoffitti solo se realizzati con pannelli a gri-glia o forati che consentano il corretto uso dell’impiantoantincendio a pioggia (Sprinkler).

Per l’accesso al padiglione 34 le dimensioni massime del mon-tacarichi sono le seguenti: lunghezza m 7,50 - larghezza m 3,00 -altezza m 4,00. La portata massima del montacarichi è di kg12.000.

Per l’accesso al padiglione 20 le dimensioni massime dei mon-tacarichi sono le seguenti: frontone nord lunghezza m. 8,50 – lar-ghezza m 2,90 – altezza m 4,00. Il montacarichi posto a est halunghezza m 4,20 – larghezza m 2,50 – altezza m 4,00. La porta-ta di tutti i montacarichi è di kg 12.000.

Per l’accesso al padiglione 18 le dimensioni massime dei mon-tacarichi sono le seguenti: lunghezza m 8,5 - larghezza m 2,9 -altezza m 4,00, portata massima kg 12.000.

Per l’accesso al padiglione 15 le dimensioni massime dei mon-tacarichi sono le seguenti: - nord/ovest: lunghezza m 8,5 - larghezza m 4,00 - altezza m

4,00 portata massima kg 21.500.- nord/est: lunghezza m 8,5 - larghezza m 2,9 - altezza m 4,00,

portata massima kg 16.000.- sud: lunghezza m 8,5 - larghezza m 2,9 - altezza m 4,00, por-

tata massima kg 16.000.Ogni responsabilità in ordine alla statica e alla conformità deimateriali di allestimento alla normativa antincendio attualmente invigore è esclusivamente a carico dell’Espositore, il quale esoneraespressamente l’Organizzatore per i danni che possano derivare acausa di difetti di progettazione e di costruzione, compresi anchei dimensionamenti desunti dai disegni particolareggiati dellesuperfici occupate.Qualsiasi lavoro che comporti varianti allo stato degli immobili edel materiale mobile di BolognaFiere (rinforzi, modifiche, scavi,perforazioni agli infissi, alle pareti, alle strutture, alle colonne, neipavimenti) può essere effettuato solo dietro preventiva autorizza-zione scritta di BolognaFiere, a cura e spese e sotto responsabilitàdell’Espositore. Tale responsabilità permane a caricodell’Espositore per tutto il periodo del Salone e fino alla riconse-gna dello stand a BolognaFiere. Prima dell’inizio dei lavoril’Espositore è tenuto a versare all’Organizzatore l’importo dellespese necessarie per la rimessa allo stato primitivo alla qualeprovvederà direttamente l’Organizzatore.è vietato ostruire con la fermata del proprio mezzo, le vie dedica-te alla circolazione d’emergenza, le vie di fuga o gli accessi ai padi-glioni.

3.c.2. GESTIONE RIFIUTIAllestimento e DisallestimentoI rifiuti ed i materiali residui ai lavori di allestimento dovrannoessere smaltiti a cura dell’Espositore e/o suoi incaricati, e i corri-doi dei padiglioni dovranno essere mantenuti liberi da qualsiasitipo di materiale di risulta o di ingombro.L’eliminazione dei rifiuti e dei residui di allestimento è a cura ed acarico dell’Espositore e/o suoi incaricati. In difetto, sarà provve-duto d'ufficio e l’Espositore sarà tenuto al rimborso di tutte lespese dirette ed indirette sostenute per lo sgombero, pari ad €300 + iva per ogni stand.E’ facoltà dell’Espositore e/o suoi incari-cati, assegnare alla società BolognaFiere l’incarico di raccogliere esmaltire i rifiuti prodotti.La verifica della corretta applicazione di quanto disposto, per la

main connection system (e.g., tie-rod, belt, rope, chain , auction),also a safety connection (par exemple tie-rod, belt, rope, chain,retractable fall arrest systems, etc.). For "suspended loads" shallbe construed American structures (simple type or "ring"), or othertypes of beams / facilities and all related loads (by way of exam-ple but not limited to: monitors, projectors, speakers, lights,motors for lifting of other sub-structures, etc.) that are bound toa structure top or bottom or via a lifting member.The above items must be in possession of all the documents con-tained in the said Circular Letter.Every Exhibitor is required to install at its stand, in a clearly visi-ble, accessible, and indicated position, approved fire extinguishersin a sufficient number based on the stand’s surface area (oneextinguisher for every 50 m2 of surface area or fraction thereof).The extinguishers must be 6 kg. powder type for fire class 13A 89B-C, approved for purposes of Italian Ministerial Decree of 20December 1982.The Exhibitor may lease such fire extinguishers directly fromBolognaFiere.In case of default, BolognaFiere may deliver the necessary extin-guishers directly to the stand and charge the appropriate highercost.

In halls 14-15-16-18-21-22-25-26-33 and 34 double cei-lings are permitted only if they are made from grill-typeor perforated panels to allow the proper use of theSprinkler fire-fighting system.

With regard to access to hall 34 the maximum dimensions ofthe goods lifts are as follows: length 7.50 m. - width 3 m. - hei-ght 4 m. The maximum capacity of the lift is kg 12,000 (12 tons).

With regard to access to hall 20 the maximum dimensions ofthe goods lifts are as follows: goods lift situated in the north sidelenght 8.50 m. – width 2.90 m. – height 4 m. The goods lift situa-ted in the east side of the hall has a lenght of 4.20 m., width of2.50 m. and height of 4 m. The maximum capacity of all lifts isKg.12,000.

With regard to access to hall 18 the maximum dimensions ofthe goods lifts are as follows: lenght 8.5 m. - width 2.9 m. - hei-ght 4 m., maximum capacity kg. 12,000.

With regard to access to hall 15 the maximum dimensions ofthe goods lifts are as follows: - nord/ouest: lenght 8.5 m. - width 4 m. - height 4 m., maximum

capacity kg. 21.500.- nord/east: lenght 8.5 m. - width 2.9 m. - height 4 m., maximum

capacity kg. 16,000.- south: lenght 8.5 m. - width 2.9 m. - height 4 m., maximum

capacity kg. 16,000.All liability for the stability of the furnishings and their compliancewith prevailing fire-prevention regulations shall be solely for theExhibitor’s account, who expressly relieves the Organisers inrespect of any damage that may result from design and construc-tion defects, including the dimensioning as inferred from thedetailed drawings of the areas occupied.Any job that entails changes in the actual state of BolognaFiere’sfixed and movable property (reinforcements, modifications, exca-vations, holes in fixtures, walls, structures, columns, floors) mayonly be carried out with the prior written authorisation ofBolognaFiere, and shall be done at the expense and under theresponsibility of the Exhibitor. This responsibility on the part of theExhibitor shall remain in effect for the entire duration of theExhibition until the stand is handed back to BolognaFiere. Prior tostarting any such jobs the Exhibitor is required to make over tothe Organisers an amount equal to the cost required to restore theproperty to its original state, which will be undertaken directly bythe Organisers. It is forbidden to block up with one’s own vehicle,the hard shoulders, the ways of escape and the hall entrances.

3.c.2 WASTE MANAGEMENTSet-up and DismantlingWaste and residue from set-up work must be disposed of by theExhibitor and/or its employees, and all hall aisles must be keptfree of all waste and rubbish.Waste and residue from set-up work is removed by and at theexpense of the Exhibitor and/or its employees. In default, this willbe done by BolognaFiere and the Exhibitor will be required toreimburse all direct and indirect costs incurred for removal (Euro300 + VAT for each stand).The Exhibitor and/or its employees may assign BolognaFiere thetask of collecting and disposing of waste produced.BolognaFiere personnel, present in every hall, will verify therespect of rules for the management of waste and residue. From ____ to ____ on ____ and from ____ to ____ on ____, atthe request of the Exhibitor and/or its employees, the above-men-tioned personnel will issue, based on their observations, the ticketattesting to correct management of set-up waste and residue.If the Exhibitor and/or its employees does not receive such ticket,the Exhibitor will be charged the cost of collection and disposal(Euro 300 + VAT for each stand).

ExhibitionWaste produced during the exhibition must be delivered to the

gestione dei rifiuti e materiali residui, verrà effettuata dal perso-nale di BolognaFiere presente in ogni padiglione.Dalle ore __ alle ore __ di ______ e dalle ore __ alle ore __di_____, gli addetti al controllo rilasceranno, a richiestadell’Espositore e/o suoi incaricati, a fronte di quanto riscontrato, ilticket di corretta gestione dei rifiuti e dei residui di allestimento.Il mancato ritiro del ticket da parte dell’Espositore e/o suoi incari-cati, comporterà l’addebito all’Espositore delle spese di raccolta edi smaltimento pari ad € 300 + iva per ogni stand.ManifestazioneI rifiuti prodotti nel corso della manifestazione dovranno essereconferiti nelle isole ecologiche presenti e segnalate nel QuartiereFieristico e differenziati secondo specifica tipologia (carta, vetro,metallo, plastica e indifferenziata).E’ facoltà dell’Espositore e/o suoi incaricati, assegnare alla societàBolognaFiere l’incarico di raccogliere e smaltire i rifiuti prodotti.

3.c.3. MODALITà OPERATIVE ALL’INTERNO DEL QUARTIE-RE FIERISTICO - PRESCRIZIONI PARTICOLARI E DIVIETIData la presenza contemporanea di più operatori nello stessoambiente di lavoro, ogni azienda dovrà avere cura di non effet-tuare lavorazioni che possano costituire pericolo per i propri lavo-ratori e/o per quelli di altre aziende presenti nello stesso stand oin quelli attigui. In particolare:• non bisogna occupare con le proprie lavorazioni aree

esterne al proprio stand, e qualora ciò fosse impossibile perprovate esigenze tecniche, vanno comunque sempregarantite le necessarie vie di fuga nelle corsie. In talcaso dovrà essere verificato, a cura dell’azienda che utilizza glispazi esterni a quelli del proprio stand, che ciò non costituiscapericolo per i lavoratori delle altre aziende;

• è fatto divieto di accumulare materiale di rifiuto com-bustibile delle lavorazioni; man mano che esso viene pro-dotto, sarà cura dell’azienda provvedere al suo allontanamento;

• le lavorazioni di ogni azienda non devono costituire pericoloper gli altri lavoratori.

3.c.4. ORGANI PREPOSTI AL CONTROLLO - L’Espositore èpassibile di controlli nella fase esecutiva dello stand da parte deiresponsabili della sicurezza sia dell’Organizzatore sia diBolognaFiere che hanno autorità impositiva qualora siano riscon-trate inosservanze al Regolamento o alla normativa vigente.L’Espositore inoltre può essere soggetto a controlli effettuati dafunzionari dell’amministrazione comunale, dell’ispettorato dellavoro, del comando provinciale dei vigili del fuoco, ecc. che,muniti dell’apposito tesserino di riconoscimento, qualora riscontri-no inosservanza alle norme di legge, possono elevare sanzioni overbalizzare denunce in conformità alle disposizioni normativevigenti.

3.d. DIVIETI - Agli Espositori è vietato, in particolare:• applicare carichi o appoggiare materiale alle strutture

dei padiglioni, alle pareti, alle palificazioni per illumina-zione, ecc.;

• attaccare o appendere alle suddette componenti: mani-festi, cavi, pannelli, stendardi, adesivi;

• per il fissaggio al pavimento di moquette o materiali similari èfatto assoluto divieto di utilizzare nastri biadesivi aforte aderenza e con supporto interno cartaceo o didebole consistenza;

• danneggiare le attrezzature di proprietà diBolognaFiere e le strutture dei padiglioni;

• utilizzare propri mezzi di sollevamento, fatte salveespresse deroghe concesse da BolognaFiere;

• abbandonare materiali di risulta e/o rifiuti di qualsiasinatura;

• svolgere ogni iniziativa spettacolare o di intrattenimen-to, di qualsiasi tipo, natura e caratteristiche, ancorchélimitata all’interno dello stand o finalizzata alla presen-tazione dei prodotti senza la preventiva autorizzazioneda parte dell’Organizzatore.

L’Espositore assume a suo esclusivo carico la responsabilità civilee penale per eventuali danni causati dalla inosservanza o dalla vio-lazione delle norme vigenti e di tutte le prescrizioni riportate nel presente Regolamento e nel Fascicolo Sicurezza, obbligandosi inoltre a tenere sollevato BolognaFiere da eventuali richieste risar-citorie avanzate da terzi. L’Espositore dovrà informare il proprio personale e le aziende per esso operante nel quartiere fieristico circa le prescrizioni e i divieti del presente Regolamento e nel Fascicolo Sicurezza circa le condizioni generali di partecipazione al Salone. L’inosservanza delle presenti norme e di quelle in materia riportate dalle condizioni generali di partecipazione dà diritto aBolognaFiere a prendere provvedimenti cautelativi nei confronti della ditta, ad esempio, con posizione antincendio irregolare, chepotranno comportare, nel caso venissero adottate delle misureintegrative delle condizioni globali di sicurezza, l’addebito dellecorrispondenti spese che preventivamente vengono valutate non inferiori a euro 300,00/modulo o alla ingiunzione di smobilitazio-ne parziale o totale dello stand e la dichiarazione di non agibilitàdello stand stesso.

3.e DOCUMENTAZIONE DA FORNIRE - Gli allestimenti deglistand definiti al punto 3.a. come fuori standard, dopo aver otte-nuto dall’Organizzatore la preventiva autorizzazione, necessitanodi una documentazione tecnica che deve essere consegnata induplice copia alla Direzione Tecnica di BolognaFiere, contestual-

3.c.3. PROVISIONS AND PROHIBITIONS INSIDE THETRADE FAIR DISTRICT - Given the likelihood that several ope-rators will be working in the same workplace at the same time,each firm shall take care to ensure that no work is undertakenwhich may pose a threat to the safety of other workers, alsoworking for other companies on the same stand or on the adja-cent ones. Specifically:• It is forbidden to take up room outside the stand when

carrying out tasks, and should it prove impossible not to doso for demonstrable technical reasons, the necessary escaperoutes along the corridors must nevertheless be kept freeat all times and the firm which uses the space outside the con-fines of its stand must check that the work being undertakenoutside the stand does not constitute a hazard to the workersfrom other firms.

• It is forbidden to accumulate combustible waste materialfrom jobs; as waste is produced, the firm concerned shall beresponsible for seeing to its removal.

• The jobs undertaken by any firm must not constitute a threat tothe other workers.

3.c.4. CONTROL ORGANISATIONS - The Exhibitor is liableto controls during the setting up of his exhibition space on behalfof the Organisers and BolognaFiere both of which are entrusted withthe established authority for verifying the fulfillment of the prevailing regu-lations or provisions. The Exhibitor might also be subject to controlscarried out by the Municipal Administration Clerks, the WorkInspectorate, the District Fire Brigade Command Post, etc. If suchpersonnel discover a breach of the law or a non-observance of theaforesaid regulations on behalf of the Exhibitor, they will showtheir respective identity badge and may fine or put on record acomplaint conforming to the prevailing provisions.

3.d. PROHIBITIONS - It is specifically prohibited for Exhibitorsto:• apply loads to or lead materials against the structures

of the halls, the walls, lighting pillars, etc.;• attach to or suspend from the above-mentioned ele-

ments posters, cables, panels, banners, stickers;• it is strictly forbidden to use highly adhesive double-

sided tape or tape with an inner paper or other weaksupport in order to secure carpets or similar materialsto the floor;

• damage the equipment belonging to BolognaFiere andthe structures of the halls;

• use its own lift equipments, unless stated dispensa-tions granted by BolognaFiere;

• it is strictly forbidden to abandon any sort of materialsor waste;

• perform any sort of show or entertainment activity,even if executed on the booth or solely directed to theproducts display, in the absence of the Organiser’sadvanced authorization.

The Exhibitor takes charge of civil and criminal liability for anydamage, caused by noncompliance or violation of in force law andof all rules of these Regulation and Safety File and relievesBolognaFiere of any third part compensation request.The Exhibitor must inform his staff and the companies, working for him inside the trade fair district, about the rules and prohibitions of these Regulation and Security File regarding general regu-lation for participating in the Exhibition.The noncompliance of these rules and of the ones stated in the general regulation gives BolognaFiere the right to take precautionary measures towards company, for example, in case of noncompliance of fire prevention rules, if additional measures of thegeneral security regulation result necessary, the correspondentexpenses, pre-emptively valued not less than 300.00 euro/unit will be debited to Exhibitor or he will be ordered to totally or partially dismantle the booth, which will be declared not usable.

3.e DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUPPLIED - Upon the furni-shings of the stands defined as non-standard in section 3.a.having obtained the required authorisation from the Organisers,they need to be integrated with a technical documentation thatmust be delivered in two copies to the Operations TechnicalDepartment of BolognaFiere, simultaneously with the initial con-struction work of the stand. The aforesaid documentation consistsof the following:1. The overall and working plan drawn up conforming to thedesign approved by the Organisers. The original copy must bethen duly signed and stamped by a certified Professional(Engineer or Architect).2. Calculation report of the load-bearing structures, with adetailed description of all the materials making up the installation;description and quantification of the relevant ballasting for ensu-ring the stability of the proposed structures. The overload for whichthe floors, the intermediate floors, the platforms, the bleachers andall the overhead structures devoted to walkways for the public aresized must not be less than 5.0 kN/sq.m. This report must be duly

Relazione di calcolo delle strutture portanti, con descrizionedettagliata di tutti i materiali componenti le opere, descrizione equantificazione della relativa zavorratura ai fini della stabilità dellestrutture proposte; il sovraccarico per il quale dovranno esseredimensionati i solai, i soppalchi, i palchi, le tribune e tutte lesuperfici sopraelevate destinate al passaggio del pubblico, nondeve essere inferiore a 5,0 kN/m2. Tale relazione deve essere fir-mata e timbrata in originale da tecnico abilitato.3. Certificati attestanti la classe di reazione al fuoco, omologa-zione e ignifugazione dei materiali messi in opera con allegata ladichiarazione di conformità rilasciata dal produttore o vendito-re di tali materiali. Per i materiali compositi, si richiede analogacertificazione specifica della composizione realizzata.4. Dichiarazione, in originale, dell’esecutore dell’ignifugazione inloco di materiali non certificati, con allegato il certificato di omo-logazione della vernice ignifugante impiegata e copia dellabolla attestante la data di acquisto.5. Nel caso in cui siano previste pareti vetrate poste a direttocontatto con il pubblico, senza protezione alcuna, deve essere pro-dotto il certificato attestante che si tratta di vetro stratificatodi sicurezza realizzato in conformità al dispositivo delle normeUNI 71/72 e la dichiarazione, in originale, dell’allestitore dell’av-venuto montaggio a regola d’arte.6. Nel caso di stand a due piani, dichiarazione dell’Espositoreattestante l’utilizzo dello spazio privato del primo piano, con l’e-sclusione dell’accesso per il pubblico, regolamentato dal persona-le presente nello stand, sottoscritta in originale.Il giorno precedente l’apertura del Salone alla Stampa,l’Espositore deve produrre la seguente documentazione:7. Certificato di collaudo statico, in originale, redatto da unprofessionista abilitato ai collaudi (almeno 10 anni di iscrizioneall’albo professionale), che non sia intervenuto in nessun modonella progettazione, direzione dei lavori ed esecuzione dell’operain cui, previo sopralluogo di verifica dell’opera strutturalmente ter-minata, attesti che è stata realizzata in conformità al progettoesecutivo statico, a regola d’arte e che pertanto è idonea all’usoalla presenza di pubblico.8. Dichiarazione di conformità degli impianti elettrici, redat-ta in originale dalla società esecutrice di tali impianti, corredatadalle documentazioni obbligatorie ai sensi della normativa vigen-te, al fine dell’attivazione degli impianti elettrici.

3.f. PROCEDURE DI APPROVAZIONE - Al fine di ottenere il nullaosta all’apertura dello stand al pubblico, si richiamano le procedure daseguire per la realizzazione dello stand in base alla sua classificazione,secondo quanto riportato al punto 3.a. del presente Regolamento.

3.f.1. ALLESTIMENTI STANDARD• Consegna del modulo B1: dichiarazione impianto elettri-

co ed allestimento;• consegna del modulo B3: dichiarazione di conformità

dell’impianto elettrico;• consegna del modulo B4: dichiarazione di corretta posa

in opera materiali allestitivi;• consegna del modulo R2: prenotazione rimozione detriti;• per Espositori di paesi extra CEE consegna del modulo L: notifica

di importazione;• consegna del modulo M: informativa prevenzione infor-

tuni sul lavoro.

3.f.2. ALLESTIMENTI FUORI STANDARD• Consegna entro il 28 ottobre 2014 del progetto dello stand

in triplice copia all’Organizzatore, per la preventiva approva-zione;

• consegna in duplice copia alla Direzione Operations diBolognaFiere, della documentazione indicata ai punti 1-2-3-4-5-6 del precedente punto 3.e., contestualmente all’inizio dellacostruzione dello stand;

• consegna entro l’ultimo giorno concesso per l’allestimentodello stand, della documentazione indicata ai punti 7 e 8 delpunto 3.e.;

• consegna di tutta la documentazione (moduli) indicata alprecedente punto 3.f.1.

Il mancato rispetto delle precedenti procedure non consen-tirà l’apertura dello stand al pubblico, in quanto dichiaratonon agibile.

3.g. REGOLAMENTO DI GESTIONE DELLO STAND

3.g.1. PARCHEGGI - All’Espositore munito di idoneo pass autorilasciato dall’Organizzatore, è garantito il parcheggio dell’au-to nell’area a nord del quartiere fieristico appositamente predi-sposta e raggiungibile tramite l’uscita n° 8 della tangenziale o daViale della Fiera, seguendo l’idonea segnalazione. Gli automezziprivi di tale pass, o parcheggiati all’interno del quartiere fieristicoin aree non autorizzate, saranno soggetti alla rimozione automa-tica, senza necessità di alcun preavviso.Al quartiere fieristico pertanto l’Espositore accede a piedi impie-gando le apposite corsie segnalate, esibendo al personale diBolognaFiere la tessera Espositore (gratuita o a pagamento) pre-disposta dall’Organizzatore, della quale risponde sia per eventuali

Certificates attesting the fire-prevention class, the homologa-tion and fire-proofing of the materials installed with the annexeddeclaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer or sellingcompany of such materials. As far as composite materials are con-cerned, the like specific certification of the composition is required.4. Declaration, in original copy, of the stand constructing firm,who carried out the fire-proofing of uncertified materials on site,with the enclosed homologation certificate for the fire-proofingvarnish used plus a copy of the bill attesting the purchase date.5. If unprotected glass walls in direct contact with the public areenvisaged, the following documents must be issued: the certifi-cate attesting that they are made of stratified safety glassmanufactured in accordance with UNI 71/72 specifications; thedeclaration, in original copy, of the furnisher attesting that theywere fit in workmanlike fashion.6. For two-floor stands, a declaration of the Exhibitor attesting theuse of the private space on the upper floor, forbidden to the public,controlled by the stand personnel, undersigned in original copy.The day before the Exhibition opens to the Press, the Exhibitor isrequired to provide the following documentation:7. Static test certificate, in original copy, written by aProfessional authorised to run these types of tests (duly registe-red for at least 10 years in the rolls) who never made any inter-vention to the design, in the running of the works and in the exe-cution of the installation. Such Professional, prior to carrying outthe inspection of the installation, completed from a structuralpoint of view, attests the conformity of the system to industrystandard, which is consequently suitable for being used in the pre-sence of the public.8. Statement of electrical plants conformity, written in origi-nal copy by the firm that carried out such installations, completewith the compulsory documents for activating electrical systemsas laid down in the prevailing rules.

3.f. APPROVAL PROCEDURES - In order for the permit to begranted for opening the stand to the public, below are recalled theprocedures to be followed for implementing the exhibition spacebased on its classification, conforming to the statements in section3.a. of these Regulations.

3.f.1. STANDARD FURNISHINGS• Submission of form B1: statement of electrical plant and

fittings;• submission of form B3: statement of electrical plant

conformity;• submission of form B4: statement of correct fitting of

materials• submission of form R2: waste removal reservation; • for exhibitors from non-EEC countries: submission of form L:

notification of import;• submission of form M: information sheet in industrial

accident prevention.

3.f.2. NON-STANDARD FURNISHINGS• Submission within the 28th October 2014 of the stand desi-

gn in three copies to the Organisers for the prior approval;• submission in two copies to the Operations Technical

Department of BolognaFiere, of the documentation listed atsteps 1-2-3-4-5-6 in section 3.e. simultaneously with the ini-tial construction work of the stand;

• submission, within the last day allowed for the furnishing ofthe stand, of the documentation listed at steps 7 and 8 in sec-tion 3.e.;

• submission of all the documents (forms) listed in theprevious section 3.f.1.

In the event of non-observance of the aforesaid procedu-res, the Exhibitor will not be permitted to open the stand tothe public since it will be declared non-practicable.

3.g. STAND MANAGEMENT RULES

3.g.1. PARKING SPACES - The car parking passes sold bythe Organisers to the Exhibitor entitles the holder to park his/hercar in the car-park located north of the Exhibition Centre whichhas been purposely prepared for all Exhibitors. It can be reachedeither by exiting at exit no. 8 of the bypass (tangenziale) or fromViale della Fiera, following the road signs.Cars/vehicles not provi-ded with the relevant pass, or parked inside the Exhibition Centrein unauthorised spaces, will be removed at once without priornotice. The Exhibitor accesses the Exhibition Centre on foot usingthe marked walkways, showing his personal entry pass issued(free or by payment) by the Organisers to the personnel ofBolognaFiere. The Exhibitor will be held responsible for any theftor loss of the passes since duplicates cannot be issued.

3.g.2. DISPLAYED GOODS - The tanks of the vehicles on displaymust be devoid of fuel except for a minimal quantity required forthe loading and unloading operations. They cannot be driven insi-de the exhibition halls and must be located so as not to exposethe public to any danger.

3.g.3. GOODS HANDLING - During the exhibition days, varioustypes of materials (catalogues, brochures, supplemental furniture,furniture to be replaced, food or drinks, etc.) can be procured to

3.g.2. MERCE ESPOSTA - I veicoli esposti devono essere privi dicarburante nei serbatoi, se non in una minima quantità occorren-te per le operazioni di carico e scarico; non possono essere azio-nati all’interno dei padiglioni e devono essere collocati in modo chenon costituiscano pericolo per il pubblico.

3.g.3. MOVIMENTAZIONE MERCIIl rifornimento dello stand con materiali vari (cataloghi, depliants,arredamento integrativo o sostitutivo, cibi o bevande, ecc.),durante il periodo della Manifestazione, deve avvenire esclusiva-mente previo ritiro, presso la Segreteria di Manifestazione, delpermesso all’ingresso temporaneo del vettore o del veicoloautorizzato a tali mansioni, unicamente negli orari comuni-cati dalla Segreteria stessa.

3.g.4. INIZIATIVE PARTICOLARIQualsiasi iniziativa promossa dall’Espositore che vada oltre l’esibi-zione statica della propria produzione o commercializzazione diprodotti deve essere preventivamente autorizzatadall’Organizzatore.

4. SERVIZI GENERALI

4.a. ASSISTENZA TECNICA AGLI ESPOSITORI - L’Organizzatoreattraverso la propria Segreteria di Manifestazione, è a disposizio-ne degli Espositori per fornire tutti i ragguagli tecnici sui servizigenerali predisposti nell’ambito del Quartiere.I servizi di seguito indicati potranno essere richiesti ai FornitoriUfficiali, i cui nominativi sono riportati nel Fascicolo Moduli Vari,nell’eventualità che gli Espositori non dispongano di proprieattrezzature o non intendano utilizzare il proprio personale:• agenzia viaggi• compagnia di assicurazione• impianti elettrici• impianti idrici• pulizia stand• ristorazione• spedizioniereSi precisa che:• i servizi di trasporto, carico e scarico merci e di facchinaggio

all’interno del Quartiere Fieristico, sono organizzati esclusiva-mente dallo Spedizioniere di BolognaFiere;

• per introduzione nel Quartiere di merci di provenienza esterada esporre quali campioni, gli Espositori dovranno rendereedotto BolognaFiere utilizzando l’apposito modulo;

• nel Quartiere Fieristico funzionano i seguenti servizi: ristoran-ti alla carta, self-service e, a richiesta, break cocktail e forni-ture di prodotti direttamente agli stand.

4.b. RESPONSABILITà DEI SERVIZI - BolognaFiere disciplinama non organizza i servizi di cui al capitolo 4.a. e, pertanto,declina ogni responsabilità personale in merito alla loroesecuzione. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere inoltrati periscritto direttamente alle Ditte prestatrici dei servizi e dovrannoessere comunicati, soltanto per conoscenza, a BolognaFiere.

5. SERVIZI TECNICI - Nei limiti degli impianti a propria disposi-zione BolognaFiere può provvedere all’erogazione ai singoli standdi energia elettrica, di acqua e di aria compressa, nonché al colle-gamento degli stand stessi alla rete telefonica.

CHE AFFINIsi specifica che il relativo servizio dovrà essere richiesto con l’im-piego dell’apposito modulo, nel quale sono indicate le condizionidel servizio stesso, le tariffe e le specifiche operative.L’allacciamento alla rete potrà essere effettuato solo da personaledelle ditte incaricate da BolognaFiere, che ne individuerà il puntodi fornitura a suo insindacabile giudizio.

6. SERVIZI SPECIALI

6.a. TESSERE INGRESSO ESPOSITORI E PASS AUTO -All’Espositore verranno rilasciate, gratuitamente, tessere diingresso nelle quantità sotto indicate:• n. 4 tessere per superfici fino a 20 m2;• n. 1 tessera per ogni 20 m2 aggiuntivi - fino a 500 m2;• n. 1 tessera per ogni 40 m2 aggiuntivi - per superfici di

metratura superiore ai 500 m2.Per esigenze superiori a quelle assegnate gratuitamentesono disponibili tessere di ingresso a pagamento comeindicato sul modulo B del presente Fascicolo.L’Espositore potrà inoltre usufruire di pass auto, validi per ilparcheggio Espositori dal 4 al 14 dicembre 2014, come indi-cato sul modulo B del presente Fascicolo.

3.g.4. SPECIAL INITIATIVES - These concern any initiativessponsored by the Exhibitor that go beyond the static exhibition ofhis own production or marketing of products without the priorauthorisation of the Organisers.

4. GENERAL SERVICES

4.a. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO EXHIBITORS - The Organisers,acting through their own Exhibition Office, is at Exhibitors’ dispo-sal for providing all technical information about the general servi-ces available at the Fairground.The services listed below may be requested from the OfficialSuppliers, whose names are given in the Various Forms Booklet(or Exhibitors’ manual), should Exhibitors not have their ownequipment or do not intend to use their own staff:• travel agency• insurance company• electrical installations• water supply• stand cleaning• catering, food & beverages• forwarding agentPlease note that:• should Exhibitors not make use of “their own equipment or

equipment hired solely for this purpose and their ownexclusive use”, the goods transport, loading and unloadingand portering services inside the Exhibition Centre are orga-nised exclusively by BolognaFiere’s Forwarding Agent;

• Exhibitors who intend to introduce goods of foreign origin intothe Exhibition Centre to be displayed as samples must informBolognaFiere of this intention by filling in the relevant form;

• the following services are available in the Exhibition Centre:à-la-carte and self-service restaurants and a catering servicethat can deliver cocktails, snacks and other products directlyto stands on request.

4.b. LIABILITY FOR SERVICES - BolognaFiere regulates butdoes not organise the services listed in section 4.a. above andcannot therefore accept any personal responsibility withregard to the performance thereof. Any complaints should beaddressed in writing directly to the service providers, whileBolognaFiere should be informed in copy for their informationonly. 5. TECHNICAL SERVICES AND UTILITIES - So far as the systemsat its disposal allow, BolognaFiere can arrange for the supply of electricity,water and compressed air, to the individual stands, as well as connection tothe telephone network.

5.a. TECHNICAL PLANTS - regarding following plants:- ELECTRICAL PLANTS- WATER PLANTS- COMPRESSED AIR PLANTS- TELEPHONE SERVICE AND INTERNET CONNECTION SERVICE - GAS WELDING, CUT AND SIMILAR METHOD PLANTSthe relative service has to be requested by means of the proper form,indicating the service conditions, the rates and the operating specifics. The net connection can be executed only by companies declaredin charge by BolognaFiere, which will locate the supply pointaccording to its own unquestionable choice.

6. SPECIAL SERVICES

6.a. EXHIBITORS ENTRY AND CAR PARKING PASSES -Exhibitors will be provided, free of charge, with entry passes inthe following quantities: • no. 4 passes for surfaces up to 20 sq.m.• no. 1 pass for each additional 20 sq.m. - up to 500 sq.m.• no. 1 pass for each additional 40 sq.m. - over 500 sq.m.For requirements in excess of the free pass allocation,exhibitor entry passes on sale can be purchased, as indica-ted on the form B.Car parking stickers, valid for the Exhibitor car-park, from 4thto 14th December 2014, will be available as indicated on theform B.

6.b. CATALOGUE - The catalogue will contain the informationgiven by the Exhibitors up to 45 days prior to the start of theExhibition and, with regard to the name and the product sector,the details provided by the Exhibitor will be considered valid.

6.c. SOUND BROADCASTS, COPYRIGHT PAYMENT -Exhibitors are generally not allowed to use music and soundreproduction equipment. Any exceptions may be authorised inwriting. Such authorisation may be withdrawn at any time withimmediate effect by means of written notice. Authorisation doesnot release exhibitors from the obligation to use the equipment insuch a way as not to disturb the other exhibitors and visi-tors, nor does it relieve them of the obligation to comply (maximlimit consented 85 dB - dcibel), at their own expense, with pre-

6.c. TRASMISSIONI SONORE, PAGAMENTO DEI DIRITTID’AUTORE - Agli Espositori non è di norma consentito l’uso diapparecchi per la riproduzione di musica e di suoni. Eventualieccezioni potranno essere autorizzate per iscritto. L’autorizzazionepotrà essere revocata con effetto immediato in qualsiasi tempo,tramite semplice avviso scritto. L’eventuale autorizzazione nonesime l’Espositore dal fare impiego degli apparecchi in modo taleda non arrecare disturbo agli altri Espositori e visitatori, conparticolare attenzione alle normative sull’inquinamento acustico(limite massimo consentito 85 dB - decibel) e non esime altresìdall’obbligo di adempiere, a propria cura e spese, a quantoprevisto dalle leggi vigenti in materia di diritti d’autore. Per l’espletamento delle pratiche necessarie, gli interessati potran-no rivolgersi direttamente alla S.I.A.E. - Via Orfeo, 33/a -40124 Bologna - tel. 051 4290311 - 051 346681.Allo scopo di agevolare gli Espositori verrà istituito nel QuartiereFieristico un Ufficio distaccato della S.I.A.E. presso il qualepotranno essere regolarizzate le singole posizioni.

7. DISPOSIZIONI PARTICOLARI

7.a. CONCORSI- Eventuali concorsi a premi organizzati dai sin-goli Espositori dovranno ottenere il preventivo consensodell’Organizzatore prima di iniziare le formalità per ottenere l’au-torizzazione dalle Autorità competenti. All’Organizzatore stessodovrà poi essere consegnata copia del Regolamento del concorsoe copia dell’autorizzazione rilasciata dall’Intendenza di Finanzacompetente ai fini della regolare applicazione dei tributi erariali.

7.b. ACCESSO CON BORSE O VALIGIE - BolognaFiere avràfacoltà di vietare l’ingresso al Quartiere Fieristico od ai singolipadiglioni con borse, valigie o altri contenitori, prescrivendone ildeposito in guardaroba.

7.c. ACCESSO CON CANI O ANIMALI - è vietato introdurre nelQuartiere Fieristico cani ed animali di qualsiasi tipo, eccezion fattaper i cani al servizio di persone disabili.

7.d. DIVIETO DI RIPRESE FOTOGRAFICHE E CINEMATOGRAFICHEE DI ACCESSO AL QUARTIERE FIERISTICO CON APPARECCHI DARIPRESA - è fatto divieto di accedere al Quartiere Fieristico conmacchine fotografiche, cineprese, videoregistratori e con ognialtro genere di apparecchi da ripresa senza la preventivaautorizzazione dell’Organizzatore, ed è fatto divieto di fotografaree di riprendere con qualsiasi mezzo gli interni del Quartiere, glistand ed i beni esposti, senza il preventivo consensodell’Organizzatore e del titolare dello stand.

7.e. APPARECCHIATURE RADIOELETTRICHE - Gli operatori cheintendano avvalersi di apparecchiature radioelettriche(ricetrasmettitori, radiomicrofoni, radiocamere, ecc.) hannol’obbligo di utilizzare apparati conformi alla normativa (direttiva99/05 CE - marchio CE) e di dotarsi della opportuna autorizzazione(Codice Comunicazioni Elettroniche art.107), qualora fossenecessaria, nonché operare nelle bande radio consentite.

8. POTERI DI VIGILANZA E FACOLTà DI INTERVENTO DIBOLOGNAFIERE - BolognaFiere vigila affinché vengano osserva-te le proprie disposizioni regolamentari e le condizioni generali deicontratti di partecipazione; è fatto obbligo a quanti accedano alQuartiere Fieristico di osservare le disposizioni e le prescrizioni cheBolognaFiere impartirà all’entrata ed all’interno dello stesso conapposita segnaletica, con avvisi scritti, con comunicati amplifoni-ci, nonché attraverso il personale di servizio o con qualsiasi altromezzo, con la precisazione che i comunicati amplifonici e le dispo-sizioni impartite dal personale di servizio prevalgono sugli altriavvisi. Si richiama all’attenzione dell’Espositore che l’inosservanzadelle norme o l’infrazione dei divieti può comportare l’immediatachiusura dello stand a mezzo di funzionari od agenti diBolognaFiere, ovvero il ritiro delle tessere di ingresso e dei passauto, il tutto senza diritto alcuno dell’Espositore a rimborsi disorta.

9. MODIFICHE AL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO - Ogni eventua-le disposizione legislativa o regolamentare che dovesse modifica-re la normativa del presente Regolamento, si intenderà automati-camente ed immediatamente applicabile ancorché il Regolamentonon sia stato modificato o variato su tali punti. è inoltre facoltà diBolognaFiere adottare in qualsiasi momento i provvedimenti chepiù riterrà opportuni e che l’Espositore dovrà immediatamenteapplicare, in tema di prevenzione incendi, salute e sicurezza dellavoro, prevenzione infortuni e danni, incolumità dei partecipantie dei visitatori. Questi ultimi provvedimenti potranno essere por-tati a conoscenza degli Espositori con qualsiasi mezzo e prevar-ranno sulle disposizioni generali in precedenza adottate.

7. SPECIAL PROVISIONS

7.a. COMPETITIONS - Exhibitors intending to stage competi-tions for prizes must obtain the prior consent of the Organisersbefore initiating the formalities to secure authorisation from thecompetent authorities.The Organisers must also be given a copy of the rules of the com-petition and a copy of the authorisation issued by the competentRevenue Office for the purpose of correct application of taxes andcharges.

7.b. ENTRY WITH BAGS OR SUITCASES - BolognaFiere hasthe right to deny admission to the Exhibition Centre and to theindividual halls of persons carrying bags, suitcases or other con-tainers and may require these to be deposited in the cloakroom.

7.c. ENTRY WITH DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS It is forbidden tobring into the Exhibition Centre dogs or animals of any kind,except for dogs for the disabled.

7.d. BAN ON PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING. ENTRY WITHCAMERAS AND FILMING EQUIPMENT - It is forbidden to enterthe Exhibition Centre with cameras, film cameras, video recordersor any other type of filming equipment without the prior authori-sation of the Organisers. It is forbidden to photograph and filmwith any equipment the interior of the Exhibition Centre, thestands and the goods on display, without the prior authorisation ofthe Organisers and the stand owner.

7.e. RADIO EQUIPMENTS - operators than intend to use radioequipment (two-way radios, radio microphones, radio videorecor-ders, etc.) are forced to to use equipments comply with the law(99/05 CE - mark CE), to obtain the necessary authorization(Codice Comunicazioni Elettroniche art.107 of the electronicalcommunication code), if necessary and to operate on the allowedradio bands.

8. BOLOGNAFIERE POWERS OF SUPERVISION AND RIGHTSOF INTERVENTION - BolognaFiere takes steps to ensure thatthe regulations and the general conditions for participation areobserved, and all those entering the Exhibition Centre are obligedto abide by the provisions and instructions that BolognaFiereissues on entry to and inside the Centre; these instructions maytake the form of signs, written notices and radio announcementsand may also be issued by the service personnel or by any othermeans, it being understood that radio announcements andinstructions given by the service staff shall take precedence overany other form of notification.Exhibitors are reminded that failure to observe the rules or theviolation of prohibitions may result in the immediate closure of thestand by officers or agents of BolognaFiere, or in the withdrawalof the entry passes and parking stickers, nor shall this entitle theExhibitor to any refund whatsoever.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE REGULATIONS - Any provi-sions of law or regulations that alter the terms of these ExhibitionRegulations will be immediately and automatically effective, eventhough the printed Exhibition Regulations have not been modifiedor changed to reflect the said amendments.In addition, BolognaFiere has the right to adopt at any time suchmeasures as are deemed appropriate, which the exhibitor shallimmediately apply, with regard to fire prevention, health andsafety work, accident and damage prevention, and the safety ofexhibitors and visitors.These latter provisions may be brought to the attention ofExhibitors by any means and they shall take precedence over thegeneral provisions in force up until that time.

GENERAL REGULATIONS FORPARTICIPATION IN THEEXHIBITION

N.B. In these Regulations the term “Organisers” signifies GLevents Italia S.p.A. - Bologna I 40124, Palazzo ZambeccariPiazza De’ Calderini, 2/2 and “BolognaFiere” stands for FiereInternazionali di Bologna S.p.A. - Viale della Fiera, 20 - I40127 Bologna.These Regulations have been provided in English for yourconvenience. In the event of dispute and anyinconsistencies between the meaning of terms in theEnglish version, the Italian version shall prevail.

Art. 1 - ORGANISERS - NAME OF THE EXHIBITION -ADMISSION TO THE EXHIBITION - In keeping with the aimslaid down in the company by-laws, GL events Italia S.p.A.(hereinafter referred to as “the Organisers”) organises theMOTOR SHOW International Automobile Exhibition(hereinafter referred to as “the Exhibition”) at the BolognaExhibition Centre from 6 to 14 December 2014.The following qualify for admission as Exhibitors:a) Italian or foreign firms displaying their own products or

services which fall within the product sectors featured at theExhibition. Should the manufacturing firms themselves notattend the Exhibition, their sole and general agents,representatives or dealers may be admitted in their place;

b) trade associations, public bodies and organisations which bystatute engage in promotional activity, studies and theprovision and dissemination of information in the sectorscovered by the Exhibition.

The Organisers reserve the right to prohibit the presentation ofthe same products, samples or services at more than one standin the same product sector.

Art. 2 - PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION - Thepresentation of the Application Form, no later than 1 June2014, constitutes an irrevocable commitment on the part of theApplicant and implies acceptance of these General Regulations,of the Technical Regulations for Exhibiting and Various FormsBooklet, of the Exhibition Centre Regulations and of any otherrules or provisions connected with the organisation and runningof the Exhibition and the Exhibition Centre. The Organisers reserve the right not to accept theApplication Form. With regard to participation, the Organisers of the eventshall decide entirely at their discretion and shall only berequired to specify the reasons for non-acceptance in respect ofapplications (received in time) from Exhibitors who have takenpart in the previous event and have made a formal request tothis effect.Sole and general agents, representatives and dealersmust enclose with their application a list of the firms andthe brands they represent and the firms whose productsor services they intend to display.The applicant is required to provide such additionaldocumentation as may be requested in order to decide onacceptance of the application and to establish - at any time -compliance with the requirements for participation in theExhibition. Should the Applicant send the Application Form after the dead-line of 1 June 2014, the Organisers will decide at their own com-plete discretion about the participation, without any requirementto specify the reasons for non-acceptance.

Art. 3 - GUARANTEE DEPOSIT - The applicant Exhibitorsshall enclose with the Application Form a Deposit of 50% ofthe total amount referred to stand rental as indicated onthe Application Form.Should the application not be accepted the guarantee depositpayment will be returned.The Organisers will invoice the grand total; its balance –deductet the amount deposited by the Exhibitor as deposit-downpayment – must be paid no later than 30 September 2014.In the event of stands with intermediate floors and firstlevel mezzanines, even if off limits to the public, theOrganisers will charge the Exhibitor 50% of the amountper square meter reported on the title front page of theApplication Form for each square meter of such additionalsurface. Invoice will be issued before the Exhibition’send.

Art. 4 - CLASSIFICATION OF FURNISHINGS - Standfurnishings, irrespective of their size, are classified as:“standard” and “non-standard”.In order to be classed as “standard”, furnishings must complywith the characteristics set out in art. 2 of the TechnicalRegulations for Exhibit ing and Various Forms Booklet;consequently, furnishings presenting just one of thefollowing characteristics are classed as “non-standard”:• metal lattice structures "American" type with lightstructural free than 8.00 m total length exceeding 32.00m;• horizontal structures of metal or other material withhigher light free than 4.50 m;• Anchor Systems BolognaFiere structures;• structures built in outdoor areas with a surface area greaterthan 75 m2• height of one or more internal or boundary walls in

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI PARTECIPAZIONE AL SALONE

N.B. Per “Organizzatore” si intende la Società GL events ItaliaS.p.A. con sede in Bologna, I 40124, Palazzo Zambeccari PiazzaDe’ Calderini, 2/2 e per “BolognaFiere” si intende FiereInternazionali di Bologna S.p.A., con sede in Bologna, I 40127Viale della Fiera 20.

Art. 1 - ORGANIZZATORI - DENOMINAZIONE - AMMISSIO-NE AL SALONE - In adempimento alle finalità previste dal propriostatuto, GL events Italia S.p.A. (che in seguito verrà indicata sem-plicemente come “Organizzatore”) organizza nel quartiere fieristi-co di Bologna dal 6 al 14 Dicembre 2014 il MOTOR SHOWSalone Internazionale dell’Automobile (di seguito indicatosemplicemente come “Salone”).Possono essere ammessi come Espositori:a) le aziende italiane od estere che espongano propri prodotti o

servizi rientranti nei settori merceologici compresi nel Salone.Qualora le aziende produttrici non intervengano al Salone,potranno essere ammessi i loro concessionari, agenti o rap-presentanti ufficiali e/o autorizzati;

b) le Associazioni di categoria, gli Enti Pubblici e gli Organismiche istituzionalmente svolgono azione di promozione, di stu-dio, d’informazione e di divulgazione nei settori interessati alSalone.

L’Organizzatore si riserva la facoltà di vietare la presentazionedegli stessi prodotti, campioni o servizi in piu’ stand dello stessosettore merceologico.

Art. 2 - PARTECIPAZIONE AL SALONE - La Domanda diPartecipazione dovrà essere inoltrata, a pena di irricevibilità, sul-l’apposito modulo debitamente compilato, sottoscritto e controfir-mato, entro il 1° giugno 2014, e costituirà proposta irrevocabi-le per il richiedente e comporterà l’accettazione da parte sua dellepresenti Condizioni Generali di Partecipazione al Salone, nonchédel Regolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione e Fascicolo Moduli Vari,del Regolamento di Quartiere e di ogni altra norma relativa all’or-ganizzazione ed al funzionamento del Salone e del QuartiereFieristico.L’Organizzatore si riserva la facoltà di non accettare laDomanda di Partecipazione. Sulla stessa deciderà l’Organizzatore con assoluta autono-mia e con il solo obbligo di indicare i motivi della mancata accet-tazione esclusivamente per le Domande pervenuteall’Organizzatore almeno 60 giorni prima della data di inaugura-zione del Salone, qualora l’Espositore ne faccia formale istanzaentro 30 giorni dalla chiusura del Salone.I concessionari, agenti o rappresentanti esclusivi e genera-li dovranno obbligatoriamente allegare alla loro Domandadi Partecipazione l’elenco delle Case e dei Marchi da essirappresentate ed i cui prodotti o servizi intendono esporre.Il richiedente è tenuto a fornire ogni altra documentazione chedovesse essergli richiesta per decidere sull’accoglimento dellaDomanda e per accertare - in qualsiasi momento - il rispetto delleCondizioni di Partecipazione al Salone. Qualora il richiedente provveda ad inviare la propria Domanda diPartecipazione dopo il termine del 1° giugno 2014,l’Organizzatore deciderà a suo insindacabile giudizio se accettarla,senza obbligo di fornire alcuna giustificazione al richiedente.

Art. 3 - ACCONTO - Con la Domanda di Partecipazione gliEspositori dovranno versare un Acconto corrispondente al50% dell’importo totale dell’area richiesta nella Domanda diPartecipazione.Qualora la Domanda di Partecipazione non venga accettata l’Acconto verrà restituito senza interessi.L’Organizzatore emetterà regolare fattura dell’importototale, il cui saldo – dedotta la somma versata dall’Espositore atitolo di Acconto - dovrà essere versato entro e non oltre il 30settembre 2014.In caso di stand con soppalchi, piani rialzati al primo livel-lo, anche se interdetti al pubblico, l’Organizzatore addebi-terà all’Espositore, per ogni m2 della superficie rialzata, il50% dell’importo al m2 indicato sul frontespizio dellaDomanda di Partecipazione ed emetterà relativa fatturaprima del termine della Manifestazione.

Art. 4 - CLASSIFICAZIONE DEGLI ALLESTIMENTI -Indipendentemente dalla loro superficie gli allestimenti degli standsono classificati in: “standard” e “fuori standard”.Per essere classificato “standard” un allestimento deve rispettarele caratteristiche riportate all’art. 2 del Regolamento Tecnico diManifestazione e Fascicolo Moduli Vari; di conseguenza sonoclassificati “fuori standard” gli allestimenti che hannoanche una sola delle seguenti caratteristiche:• strutture metalliche tralicciate tipo “Americane” con lucestrutturale libera superiore a 8,00 m o sviluppo complessi-vo superiore a 32,00 m;• strutture orizzontali metalliche o di materiale diverso conluce libera superiore a 4,50 m;• sistemi di ancoraggio a strutture di BolognaFiere;• strutture realizzate in aree esterne con superficie supe-riore a 75 m2

• altezza di una o più pareti, interne o perimetrali, superio-ri a m 2,50;• pedana accessibile al pubblico con altezza superiore a m0,80;• locale delimitato da pareti con sedute superiori al nume-ro di 100;

• tribunette prefabbricate o in opera, a due o più gradoni, per ilpubblico; • impianto d’illuminazione integrativo dello stand, monta-

to su supporti autonomi;

• soppalco con locali al primo livello, anche se interdetto alpubblico;

• stand dotato di palco spettacoli o d’intrattenimento per ilpubblico in generale;

• stand dotato d’impianto amplifonico con emissione sonora supe-riore ai 75 dBA;• stand realizzato all’aperto, a meno della semplice espo-sizione statica di

veicoli.

Art. 5 - ASSEGNAZIONE DEGLI STAND - L’assegnazionedegli stand è di esclusiva e autonoma competenzadell’Organizzatore.Eventuali indicazioni o richieste particolari formulatedall’Espositore si intendono puramente indicative, non possonovincolare o condizionare la Domanda di Partecipazione e quindi siconsiderano come non apposte.Inoltre l’Organizzatore avrà la facoltà di spostare, ridurrelo stand già assegnato, ovvero di trasferirlo in altra zonaespositiva senza alcun diritto del partecipante ad indenniz-zi od a risarcimenti di sorta. Sarà comunque tenuto a darnecomunicazione all’Espositore mediante comunicazionescritta.La vendita degli stand avviene per moduli espositivi disuperficie convenzionale di m 4x4, indipendentemente dallaeffettiva misura reale della maglia espositiva del padiglione; par-ticolari condizioni saranno specificate all’atto dell’assegnazionedefinitiva dello spazio espositivo.

Art. 6 - BANNER PUBBLICITARIO SUL SITO UFFICIALE DELSALONE - L’Espositore che abbia sottoscritto una Domanda diPartecipazione avrà il diritto all’inserimento di un banner pubblici-tario sul sito ufficiale. L’Espositore dovrà far pervenireall’Organizzatore, agli indirizzi che verranno comunicati, entro enon oltre il 28 Ottobre 2014: • file formato GIF, JPG o SWF, risoluzione 72 dpi fornire link di pun-tamento a parte

(anche per swf) dimensioni 245x75 pixel, non superiore a 60 kbLa collocazione dei banner è a totale discrezionedell’Organizzatore e comunque sempre subordinata all’impo-stazione grafica.Perderanno il diritto alla pubblicazione dei banner, senzaalcun indennizzo o risarcimento di sorta, gli Espositoriche non avranno fatto pervenire gli impianti entro il ter-mine sopracitato o che avranno fatto pervenire materialidiversi da quelli richiesti.L’Organizzatore si riserva comunque il diritto di vagliare i ban-ner, rifiutarli o chiedere all’Espositore di modificare testi ed illu-strazioni.L’Organizzatore non garantisce la buona riuscita grafica ove ilmateriale fornito dall’Espositore non sia idoneo o presenti difet-ti di realizzazione.L’Organizzatore precisa inoltre che per l’inserimento di bannerpubblicitari sul sito Motor Show, non sono riconosciuti even-tuali diritti d’agenzia.

Art. 7 - FACOLTà DI RECESSO - Il Partecipante che, per legit-tima comprovata impossibilità sopravvenuta non sia in grado diintervenire al Salone, potrà recedere dal contratto documentandotale impedimento e dandone comunicazione all’Organizzatore conlettera raccomandata A.R. almeno 60 giorni prima della datadi inizio del Salone, fatto salvo ogni suo ulteriore diritto al risar-cimento degli eventuali maggiori danni.Se viceversa detta comunicazione verrà data meno di 60 giorniprima della data di inizio del Salone, il Partecipante sarà tenu-to al pagamento dell’intera quota di partecipazione, salvo il dirit-to dell’Organizzatore per eventuali maggiori danni diretti ed indi-retti.L’Organizzatore potrà comunque disporre dello stand anche asse-gnandolo ad altri Espositori. Sulla valutazione delle cause cheimpediscono all’Espositore di partecipare, giudicheràl’Organizzatore.L’Organizzatore potrà recedere a propria discrezione dal contrattodi partecipazione sino a due settimane prima della data di apertu-ra del Salone, e - per motivi attinenti all’organizzazione della ras-segna ed al suo regolare svolgimento - sino al giorno di apertura.In tali ipotesi l’Organizzatore non sarà tenuto ad indennizzo orisarcimento di sorta, ma dovrà restituire la quota di partecipazio-ne eventualmente già incassate. Se la comunicazione di recesso non verrà addirittura data el’Espositore non appronterà il proprio stand, egli sarà consideratoinadempiente a tutti gli effetti e sarà tenuto, oltre che al paga-mento dell’intera quota di partecipazione, anche al rimborso deidanni diretti ed indiretti subiti dall’Organizzatore.Pure in questa ipotesi, l’Organizzatore potrà comunque disporredello stand anche assegnandolo ad altri Espositori.

Art. 8 - CONSEGNA DEGLI STAND - Gli stand verranno messi adisposizione degli Espositori nel termine indicato nel RegolamentoTecnico di Manifestazione e Fascicolo Moduli Vari. Il loro allesti-mento dovrà essere tassativamente completato entro enon oltre il 4 Dicembre 2014 ed in difetto di ciò il contratto potràessere risolto per inadempienza del partecipante con le stessemodalità e conseguenze di cui all’art. 7.L’accesso al Quartiere Fieristico di Bologna può avvenire solo pre-vio accreditamento dei dati nell’apposito sito www.gate.bologna-

public;• stand equipped with entertainment stage for thegeneral public;• stand equipped with sound amplification systememitting over 75 dBA;• stand set up in the open, other than the simple staticdisplay of

vehicles.

Art. 5 - ALLOCATION OF STANDS - Stand allocation fallsexclusively within the competence of the Organisers andis made at their discretion.Any special requests or indications put forward by the Exhibitorshall be regarded as purely indicative; they may not bind orcondition the Application and hence shall be considered as notappended.Furthermore, the Organisers will have the right to moveor reduce a stand already allocated or to transfer it toanother exhibition area, nor shall this entitle the Exhibitorto receive compensation or indemnity of any kind TheOrganisers will be only required to inform the Exhibitor ofany variation by written communication.The stands are sold according to exhibition unit-moduleswith a conventional surface of m.4x4, independent of actualsize of the exhibition specific modules each hall; any specialconditions will be indicated at the moment of the final allocationof the exhibition space.

Art. 6 - ADVERTISING BANNER IN THE OFFICIAL WEBSITEOF THE EXHIBITION - Upon subscribing to an ApplicationForm the Exhibitor acquires the right to have an advertisingbanner included in the Official website of the Motor Show,by the Organisers at the same time as the Exhibition.The Organiser must receive from the Exhibitor the followingmaterials no later than 28 October 2014:• GIF or JPG file, resolution 72

dpi. Please send even the pointing link. Dimension 245x75pixel, max 60 kb.The positioning of the banners in the website is made atthe Organisers’ sole discretion and shall neverthelessdepend on the layout of the publication.Exhibitors whose materials are not received by thedeadline indicated above or who send in materialdifferent from that requested will forfeit their right topublication of the banners, without any recompense orcompensation.The Organisers reserve the right to examine and even torefuse banners, or to ask the Exhibitor to alter copy orillustrations.The Organisers do not guarantee the results in those cases inwhich the material provided by the Exhibitor is eitherunsuitable or defective.The Organisers point out that no agency fees are paid withrespect to the banners.

Art. 7 - RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL - Any Exhibitor who,through proven and legitimate impossibility, is unable to takepart in the Exhibition, may request the cancellation of thecontract, documenting the reasons therefor and notifying theOrganisers to this effect by registered letter with advice ofreceipt at least 60 days prior to the exhibition openingdate, without prejudice to the Organisers to claim compensationfor such further damages as may be sustained. If the saidnotification of cancellation is given less than 60 days prior tothe start of the Exhibition, the Exhibitor will be required topay the full participation costs, without prejudice to theOrganisers’ right to claim compensation for further direct orconsequential damages.In this eventuality, the Organisers may still make use of thestand as they think fit, even allocating it to other Exhibitors.The Organisers will decide on the legitimacy of the causespreventing the firm from taking part. The Organisers may withdraw at their own discretion from theparticipation agreement up to two weeks prior to the opening ofthe Exhibition, and - for reasons connected with the organisationof the event and the regular performance thereof - up to the dayof opening itself. In this case the Organisers shall not berequired to pay any indemnity or compensation whatsovever, butshall refund the registration fee and any portion of theparticipation fee that has already been received.If the notice ofwithdrawal is not given and the Exhibitor does not prepare hisstand, he shall be held in default to all intents and purposes andshall be required to pay the whole of the participation fee, butalso the direct and consequential damages sustained by theOrganisers.In this eventuality too, the Organisers may allocate the stand toother exhibitors.

Tale passworddovrà essere utilizzata per inserire i nominativi del personale e deimezzi della propria azienda nonché delle aziende allestitrici e for-nitrici che accederanno, per suo conto, al quartiere fieristico.L’Espositore è responsabile del possesso dei requisiti tecnico-pro-fessionali delle aziende che, in suo nome, interverranno nel quar-tiere fieristico.

Art. 9 – ALLESTIMENTIArt. 9.1 – DISPOSIZIONI GENERALI – Si richiamano le dispo-sizioni contenute nel Regolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione eFascicolo Moduli Vari, valide per tutti gli allestimenti:• gli allestimenti devono essere contenuti entro la superficie dellostand;• le strutture costituenti l’allestimento dello stand devono esserepredisposte in

modo tale da non privare di visibilità e di luce, nonché arrecaremolestia o in ogni caso nuocere ad altro Espositore adiacente onelle vicinanze;

• gli allestimenti, anche se limitati ad un solo modulo espo-sitivo, devono

avere caratteristiche di decoro e di arredo conformi allostandard estetico-qualitativo elevato del Salone;l’Organizzatore si riserva pertanto il diritto di pretenderel’adeguamento, ove non rispettato;

• gli allestimenti ed i relativi impianti devono esserecostruiti a perfetta

regola d’arte, nel rispetto delle norme antinfortunistichee di quelle per la prevenzione incendi;

• l’Espositore deve compilare e consegnare, ai destinatari indicati,le documenta-

zioni e le dichiarazioni previste nel Fascicolo Moduli Vari per leresponsabilità nei campi degli allestimenti, degli impianti elettri-ci ed in particolare per la prevenzione incendi; la mancata con-segna nei tempi e nei modi riportati sui moduli, attribuiràall’Organizzatore ed a BolognaFiere, operanti anche disgiunta-mente, la possibilità di chiudere lo stand e di adottare i provve-dimenti più opportuni per assicurare le condizioni di sicurezza,ferma restando ogni responsabilità civile e penaledell’Espositore;

• l’Espositore prende atto che il Quartiere Fieristico è assimilato ailocali di pubbli-co spettacolo e s’impegna a rispettare la relativa normativa ed asottostare a tutte le prescrizioni e formalità previste per talilocali;

• è facoltà dell’Organizzatore o di BolognaFiere richiedere l’inter-vento della Com-

missione Provinciale di Vigilanza sui locali di Pubblico Spettacolo,per il nulla osta allo svolgimento del Salone;

• l’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere, anche disgiuntamente, si riser-vano il diritto difar modificare o rinnovare gli allestimenti e gli impianti non rien-tranti nelle previsioni e prescrizioni sopra indicate;

• ogni responsabilità in ordine alla statica degli allestimen-ti, all’esecuzio-ne e conduzione degli impianti ed agli eventuali danni chedovessero subire persone o cose di proprietàdell’Organizzatore, di BolognaFiere o di terzi, è a caricoesclusi va mente dell’Espositore.

BolognaFiere e l’Organizzatore potranno definire, anche al finedella normativa sulla sicurezza sul lavoro, particolari criteri diaccesso al Quartiere Fieristico durante i lavori di allestimento, non-ché limitare l’accesso dei mezzi e/o prevedere addebiti in caso dipermanenza dei mezzi fuori dagli spazi e/o dai tempi definitidall’Organizzatore.

Art. 9.2 – DISPOSIZIONI PARTICOLARI – Premesso che ilquartiere fieristico ha ottenuto l’agibilità degli spazi espositivi conallestimenti tradizionali con i parametri definiti “standard”, è fattoobbligo a tutti gli Espositori, indipendentemente dalla tipologiadi allestimento di stand che intendono proporre, di inviare allaDirezione Tecnica dell’Organizzatore in preventiva visione, il pro-getto di allestimento, completo di quote indicanti dimensionie altezze, al fine di ottenere approvazione. In particolare è fatto obbligo all’Espositore che intende pro-porre un allestimento sia esso “standard” o “fuori stan-dard” (avente anche una sola delle caratteristiche elencateal precedente Art. 4), di attenersi alle seguenti procedureal fine di ottenere il preventivo benestare per la sua esecu-zione: presentare via posta elettronica all’Organizzatore,alla Direzione Tecnica dell’Organizzatore e a BolognaFierein copia, il progetto dell’allestimento, non oltre il 28Ottobre 2014, comprendente: planimetria dettagliata e quo-tata dell’allestimento (una per ogni livello nel caso di soppal-chi), sezioni con evidenziate le strutture (illuminazione compre-sa) che superino l’altezza consentita, due viste tridimensionalia colori, distinta delle caratteristiche estetiche dei principalimateriali impiegati, breve relazione descrittiva in lingua italia-na o inglese ed il nominativo del Referente al quale rivolgersi nelcaso di chiarimenti. La Direzione Tecnica dell’Organizzatore invierà via posta elettroni-ca, entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento, il visto di approvazione e conle eventuali prescrizioni, esclusivamente di natura estetica e fun-zionale ai fini delle interferenze con gli altri Espositori adiacenti edella sicurezza complessiva; la Direzione Tecnicadell’Organizzatore la consegnerà a BolognaFiere, che potrà effet-tuare verifiche complessive e successive dell’allestimento in meri-to agli altri aspetti progettuali e statici, alla certificazione deimateriali impiegati, alla corretta esecuzione degli impianti elettri-ci, ai collaudi, ecc. in conformità alle disposizioni contenute nel

Art. 8 - HANDOVER OF STANDS - The stands will be madeavailable to the Exhibitors at the times specified in the TechnicalRegulations for Exhibiting and Various Forms Booklet. Standfurnishing must be completed no later than 4 December2014; in default of this deadline, the contract may be annulledon the grounds of non-fulfilment by the Exhibitor, with the sameprocedures and consequences as set down in art. 7 above.Access to the Bologna exhibition center should happen only afteraccreditation of data on the website www.gate.bolognafiere.itEach exhibitor will be sent a password to access the restrictedarea for accreditation. This password must be used to enter thenames of the staff and resources of your company as well as thefurnishing firms and suppliers who will have access, on its behalf,the exhibition center. The Exhibitor is responsible for meeting thetechnical and professional requirements of the companies that, inhis name, will take part in the exhibition center.

Art. 9 - FURNISHINGSArt. 9.1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS – Set out below are theprovisions contained in the Technical Regulations forExhibiting and Various Forms Booklet, valid for allfurnishings:• Furnishings must be confined to the area of the stand;• structures comprising the stand furnishing must be set up soas not to obstruct

visibility and light or cause annoyance or in any way harmother exhibitors adjacent or nearby;

• furnishings, even if limited to one single module, musthave decorative

and aesthetic characteristics consistent with the highquality standards of the exhibition; the Organizer therefore reserves the right to demandmodifications, where these standards are not met;

• stand furnishings and associated systems must be builtaccording to

the book, in accordance with the accident and fire pre-vention standards;

• the Exhibitor must complete and deliver to the recipientsindicated the docu-

mentation and declarations specified in the Various FormsBooklet with respect to responsibility for furnishings, electricalsystems and particularly fire prevention; failure to deliver saiddocumentation according to the terms set out on the forms willentitle the Organisers and BolognaFiere, operating jointly orseverally, to close the stand and take all appropriate steps toensure the requisite safety conditions, without prejudice to thecivil and criminal liability of the Exhibitor;

• the Exhibitor expressly acknowledges that the ExhibitionCentre is equivalent

to a place of public entertainment and undertakes to abide bythe relevant rules and regulations and to comply with all therequirements and formalities stipulated for such venues;

• the Organisers or BolognaFiere shall have the right to call inthe Provincial

Watchdog Committee for Places of Public Entertainment inorder to secure authorisation for the staging of the event;

• the Organisers and BolognaFiere, acting jointly or severally,reserve the right

to order the modification or renewal of furnishings andsystems that are not compliant with the provisions andrequirements as indicated above;

• All responsibility in respect of the stability of thefurnishings, the

construction and operation of the systems and anydamage that may be sustained by persons or property ofthe Organisers, BolognaFiere or third parties, shall restsolely with the Exhibitor.

BolognaFiere and the Organiser will be able to define, even to theend of the safety on the job, specific criteria for admission to theexhibition center during the set-up work, as well as restrict accessof vehicles and / or establish charges in the case of vehicles areparked outside the space and / or time limits defined by theOrganiser.

Art. 9.2 – SPECIAL PROVISIONS – Given that the exhibitioncentre has secured the fitness for use of the exhibition spaceswith traditional furnishings, the parameters of which are classedas “standard”, any Exhibitor, regardless of the furnishingproject they intend to present, is required to send in previsionto the Organisers’ Technical Department the stand design withdimentional plans, in order to obtain approval for its stand. Inparticular any Exhibitor intending to submit a standfurnishing, whether “standard” or “non-standard” project(with just one of the characteristics listed in Art. 4above), is required to abide by the following proceduresin order to obtain prior approval for its construction:submission by e-mail of the stand design to theOrganisers, the Organisers’ Technical Department and toBolognaFiere in copy no later than 28 October 2014,including: detailed dimensional plans of the stand (one foreach level where intermediate floors are envisaged), cross-sections showing the structures (including lighting) thatexceed the permitted height, two coloured three-dimensionalviews, a list of the physical characteristics of the mainmaterials used, a short description in Italian or English, and thename of the Person to contact for clarification.The Organisers’ Technical Department will return by e-mail,within 15 days following receipt, the approval and with anyinstructions, solely of an aesthetic and functional nature withregard to interference with other adjacent Exhibitors and overallsafety.

A tale scopo, dopo aver ricevuto il benestare sul progetto di alle-stimento, l’Espositore dovrà consegnare un progetto esecuti-vo, completo di relazione di calcolo e distinta materiali aBolognaFiere, al fine di consentire le verifiche precedentementerichiamate.In caso di stand con soppalchi, piani rialzati al primo livel-lo, anche se interdetti al pubblico, l’Organizzatore addebi-terà all’Espositore, per ogni m2 della superficie rialzata, il50% dell’importo al m2 indicato sul frontespizio dellaDomanda di Partecipazione ed emetterà relativa fatturaprima del termine del Salone.Per l’esame dei progetti di allestimento di stand “fuoristandard”, l’Organizzatore addebiterà all’Espositore Euro0,80/m2 per stand fino a m2 240 e Euro 0,60/m2 per standcon metrature superiori. Tale importo, nonché l’importodovuto per l’occupazione di piani rialzati, dovrà essere sal-dato dopo la verifica e l’avvenuta approvazione dei proget-ti di allestimento degli stand, a vista fattura, e comunqueprima dell’inizio dei lavori di allestimento.

Art. 9.3 - RESPONSABILITà E SANZIONI – L’Espositore è, invirtù del contratto di partecipazione sottoscritto, l’unico referenteresponsabile nei confronti dell’Organizzatore e di conseguenzaanche nei confronti di BolognaFiere poiché proprietario dei locali. L’inosservanza delle presenti norme e di quelle in materia riporta-te nel Regolamento di Partecipazione, dà diritto a BolognaFiere aprendere provvedimenti cautelativi nei confronti dell’Espositorecon posizione antincendio irregolare che potranno comportare, nelcaso fossero adottate misure integrative delle condizioni globali disicurezza, l’addebito delle spese corrispondenti, che preventiva-mente sono valutate non inferiori a Euro 300,00/modulo esposi-tivo od all’ingiunzione di smobilitazione parziale o totale dellostand e la dichiarazione di non agibilità dello stand stesso. L’inosservanza delle norme di sicurezza può comportare la denun-cia dell’Espositore all’Autorità Giudiziaria.

Art. 10 - RIPRODUZIONE MUSICA E SUONI - E’ vietatoall’Espositore riprodurre musica e suoni tali da arrecare disturboagli altri Espositori e visitatori, non essendo consentito il supera-mento del limite di 75dBA delle emissioni sonore. L’Organizzatoreattiverà durante lo svolgimento del Salone un monitoraggio stru-mentale acustico al fine di verificare immediatamente, ed in modoinequivocabile, quale Espositore non si attenga a questa disposi-zione e, a suo insindacabile giudizio, prenderà misure idonee pergarantirne il rispetto, quali la possibilita’ di proibire gli spettacolitroppo rumorosi e, in caso di disturbo persistente, di interrompe-re l’erogazione di energia elettrica.Nel caso di accertata violazione della norma o cheall’Organizzatore pervengano richieste di risarcimento da parte dialtri Espositori e/o visitatori per infrazioni alla presente disposizio-ne.

Art. 11 - RICONSEGNA DEGLI STAND - Al termine del Salonee non prima, gli Espositori dovranno procedere alla rimozione deiprodotti e materiali da essi installati e, previo ottenimento delbuono d’uscita da parte dell’Organizzatore, allontanarli dal quar-tiere fieristico; l’accesso dei veicoli atti al ritiro delle merci ed allosgombero degli stand potra’ avvenire unicamente dal lunedìmattina successivo al termine del salone, essendo espressa-mente vietato l’ingresso degli stessi la domenica sera dopola chiusura. Il buono d’uscita pur non potendo essere rilasciato agli Espositoriche non abbiano proceduto al saldo di ogni propria posizione debi-toria, diretta od indiretta, nei confronti dell’Organizzatore, noncostituirà quietanza di pagamento degli importi dovuti per la par-tecipazione al Salone, e sarà valido per il solo veicolo indicatosul buono stesso.Lo sgombero degli stand dovrà essere ultimato entro la data alriguardo indicata nel Regolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione eFascicolo Moduli Vari. Il partecipante espressamente autorizzaBolognaFiere a verificare che nei veicoli e nei bagaglidell’Espositore e/o dei suoi incaricati, in uscita dal quartiere fieri-stico, non si trovino prodotti e materiali diversi da quelli installatinello stand ed elencati nel buono di uscita autorizzandol’Organizzatore ad impedire l’uscita di prodotti e materiali nonelencati in detto buono. L’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere nonassumono alcuna responsabilità per le merci, i materiali equant’altro lasciato senza sorveglianza dagli Espositori nelquartiere fieristico.Si rammenta che è tassativamente vietato abbandonare inQuartiere Fieristico parte degli allestimenti degli stand,quali moquette, cocciami o residui di qualsiasi natura.Qualora lo sgombero dello stand non avvenga entro il termine dicui sopra, vi sarà provveduto d’ufficio considerando quanto rima-sto sullo stand come materiale di rifiuto da avviare alle discarichepubbliche e l’Espositore sarà tenuto al rimborso di tutte le spesedirette ed indirette sostenute per lo sgombero, oltre ad una pena-le di Euro 200,00 e fatti salvi eventuali rimborsi per maggioridanni.

Art. 12 - ACCESSO AL QUARTIERE - Il Salone è aperto ai visi-tatori, muniti del prescritto documento d’ingresso, ogni giornosecondo l’orario che l’Organizzatore si riserva di stabilire ed even-tualmente di modificare anche nel corso del Salone. Per consenti-re il libero ingresso degli Espositori e del loro personale al Salone,l’Organizzatore predisporrà apposite tessere la cui regola-mentazione è contemplata nel Regolamento Tecnico di

The Organisers’ Technical Department wil l del iver toBolognaFiere which is in charge for the subsequent, overallverification of the stand with respect to design and stability,certification of the materials used, correct installation of theelectrical systems, inspections, etc., in accordance with theprovisions set out in the “Technical Regulations for Exhibitingand Various Forms Booklet”. For this purpose, on receivingapproval for the stand furnishing project, the Exhibitor shalldeliver the working drawings, complete with calculationreport and bill of materials, to BolognaFiere, for thepurpose of the checks described above.In the event of stands with intermediate floors and firstlevel mezzanines, even if off limits to the public, theOrganisers will charge the Exhibitor 50% of the amountper square meter reported on the title front page of theApplication Form for each square meter of such additionalsurface. Invoice will be issued before the Exhibition’send.In respect of the examination of “non-standard” standdesigns, the Organisers will charge the Exhibitor the sumof Euro 0.80/sq.m. for stands up to 240 sqm and Euro0.60/sq.m. for larger stands. This amount, as well as theamount for the intermediate and first level floors, shall bepaid on receipt of invoice and, in any event, prior to thestart of the stand assembly works.

Art. 9.3 - LIABILITY AND PENALTIES – Under theparticipation contract signed, the Exhibitor is the sole party liablevis-à-vis the Organiser and, consequently, vis-à-vis BolognaFiereas owner of the premises. Failure to observe these rules andthose laid down in the Rules of Participation shall entitleBolognaFiere to take precautionary measures against anyExhibitor whose fire-prevention position is non-compliant; saidmeasures may entail, in the event that steps in addition to thegeneral safety conditions are adopted, charging to the defaultingExhibitor the corresponding expenses, which are estimated inadvance at not less than Euro 300.00 per each unit stand, orordering the partial or total disassembly of the standaccompanied by a declaration of unfitness for use of the standitself.Failure to comply with the safety rules and regulations may resultin prosecution.

Art. 10 - MUSIC AND SOUND REPRODUCTION - It isforbidden for Exhibitors to reproduce music or sound in such away as to cause disturbance to other Exhibitors and to visitors,as it is forbidden to exceed the noise limit of 75dBA. During thecourse of the Exhibition, the Organiser will monitor the standswith an acoustic equipment aimed at checking immediately - andin an unmistakable way - any Exhibitors who fail to comply withthis provision. The Organisers will take, at their own discretion, the adequatemeasures to enforce compliance therewith: the Organisersreserve the right to prohibit shows with a too high noise leveland, in case of persistent trouble, even to cut off the electricpower supply, and their judgement will be final.In the event of a proved infringement of this provision or shouldthe Organisers receive any claims for damages or demands forcompensation from other Exhibitors and/or Visitors forinfringements of this provision, the Organisers will take actionagainst the party responsible for causing the disturbance, makinggood the loss at the expense of who disturbed.Art. 11 - HANDING BACK OF STANDS - At the end of theExhibition and not before, Exhibitors shall dismantle theproducts and materials they have installed and, after obtainingan exit voucher (named “buono di uscita”) from theOrganisers, shall remove them from the exhibition centre.Access to all vehicles into the exhibition centre to remove goodsand materials from the stands is only allowed starting formmonday morning after the end of the Exhibiton: no vehicleswill be therefore allowed to come into the exhibition centre onsunday evening.Although the exit voucher may not be issued to Exhibitors whohave not settled all their outstanding dues, both direct andindirect, with the Organisers, it does not constitute receipt insettlement of the sums owed for participation in the Exhibitionand it will be valid only for the vehicle specified thereon.The dismantling of the stands must be completed by thedeadline specified in the Technical Regulations for Exhibiting andVarious Forms Booklet. The participant expressly authorisesBolognaFiere to check that the vehicles and luggage of theExhibitor and/or his personnel leaving the Exhibition Centre donot contain any products and materials other than thoseinstalled at the stand and listed on the exit voucher, and hefurther authorises the Organisers to prevent the removal ofproducts and materials not listed on the said exit voucher. TheOrganisers and BolognaFiere disclaim all responsibility forgoods, materials and any other belongings leftunattended by the Exhibitors inside the Exhibition Centre. It is strictly forbidden to leave in the exhibition centreany part of the stand furnishings, such as carpeting,fragments or glass or earthenware or residue of anynature. If the Exhibitor’s stand is not cleared by the specified deadline,removal will be carried out by the Organisers and the Exhibitorshall be required to refund all the expenses incurred for removaland to pay a fine of Euro 200.00 without prejudice to the right

All’interno del Quartiere Fieristico é fatto divieto assoluto a chiun-que di promuovere offerte od oblazioni per istituzioni riconosciute,questue, propaganda politica, religiosa o di parte e svolgere comun-que attività non attinenti alle finalità del Salone.

Art. 13 - SORVEGLIANZA CONTRO I FURTI -RESPONSABILITà PER FURTI E DANNI - ESONERO DIRESPONSABILITA’ DI BOLOGNAFIERE - Durante l’orario diapertura dei padiglioni l’Espositore dovrà vigilare il propriostand direttamente o attraverso proprio personale.L’Espositore è obbligato a presidiare, con proprio personale, lapostazione espositiva durante tutto il periodo di svolgimento dellamanifestazione (compreso il periodo di allestimento/disallestimen-to) di tutti i materiali, beni e arredi presenti nella postazione espo-sitiva. Quale custode della postazione espositiva l’Espositore siobbliga a manlevare, sostanzialmente e processualmenteBolognaFiere e a mantenerla indenne da ogni perdita, danno,responsabilità, costo o spesa, incluse le spese legali, derivanti dal-l’utilizzo dello stand e dello spazio espositivo assegnato. BolognaFiere, pur provvedendo per tutta la durata del Salone eper tutti i giorni previsti per l’allestimento e lo sgombero deglistand ad un servizio generale di vigilanza diurna e notturna all’in-terno del quartiere fieristico, è esonerato da ogni e qualsiasiresponsabilità in ordine a furti e/o danni che dovesseroverificarsi a scapito dell’Espositore.L’Espositore sarà responsabile anche verso BolognaFiere di tutti idanni diretti ed indiretti che per qualsiasi causa siano attribuibili alui od a personale per suo conto operante (ivi compresi i danniprovocati dagli allestimenti o dagli impianti eseguiti in proprio o daterzi da lui incaricati, ancorché collaudati da BolognaFiere).

Art. 14 - ASSICURAZIONI - L’Espositore beneficerà delleseguenti assicurazioni stipulate da BolognaFiere e concordate conl’Organizzatore: a) garanzia All Risks (inclusi incendio e furto) per danni materialie diretti ad arredamento, allestimento, attrezzature e merci nellostand, esclusi denaro, valori, preziosi e simili ed escluso il softwa-re installato su elaboratori elettronici ed esclusi i danni da manca-to uso dell’arredamento, dell’allestimento, delle attrezzature edelle merci durante il periodo di svolgimento del Salone: copertu-ra € 40.000,00 a primo rischio assoluto (inclusi incendio e furto),con franchigia assoluta di € 300,00 per ogni danno elevata ad €600,00 per i danni verificatisi dopo la chiusura della manifestazio-ne;b) garanzia per Responsabilità Civile Verso Terzi, comprendente idanni da incendio: massimale unico € 50.000.000,00;c) garanzia per la Responsabilità Civile verso prestatori di lavoro:massimale per sinistro € 3.000.000,00 con limite di €2.000.000,00 per persona;d) rinuncia da parte dell’Assicuratore ad ogni rivalsa verso tutti gliEspositori, l’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere Le coperture assicurative sopra indicate sono disciplinate dallecondizioni e limitazioni che l’Espositore potrà richiedere allaSegreteria Organizzativa della manifestazione, e che sarannoriportate nella documentazione relativa alla manifestazione stes-sa. Dette coperture non escludono la responsabilità dell’Espositoreper tutti i rischi che secondo l’autonoma valutazionedell’Espositore non fossero garantiti o che superassero i limiti dicopertura sopra riportati. L’Espositore stesso dovrà provvederealle opportune coperture integrative.In particolare, in funzione dell’esistenza di un sistema di videosor-veglianza, l’Espositore prende atto che, in caso di furto, la relati-va denuncia alla Pubblica Autorità deve pervenire all’Assicuratoreentro sette giorni dalla conclusione della manifestazione e che ilmancato rispetto del termine può comportare la perdita del dirittoall’indennizzo.L’Assicuratore curerà anche la gestione dei sinistri e le proceduredi liquidazione al termine della manifestazione.In ogni caso L’Espositore si obbliga ad inserire nelle coperture inte-grative la rinuncia dell’assicuratore ad ogni azione di rivalsa versogli Espositori, l’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere, ed in difetto dovràtenerli sollevati da ogni azione che dovesse essere svolta nei lororiguardi.Preso atto di quanto sopra, l’Espositore, comunque, (per sé e peri propri collaboratori od incaricati) espressamente esoneral’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere da ogni responsabilità per perditeod avarie che per qualsiasi ragione dovessero verificarsi nello spa-zio espositivo assegnatogli, durante lo svolgimento del Salone odurante l’allestimento e disallestimento dello stand, e di quanto ivisi trova, ed assume a proprio carico la responsabilità degli even-tuali danni causati anche a terzi dalla gestione dello spazio espo-sitivo o da quanto immesso nello stesso, e non coperti nei termi-ni e modi sopra indicati o attivati dall’Espositore stesso.L’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere declinano ogni responsabilità perdanni consequenziali, danni di immagine, perdite di fatturati ecc.Anche per i danni diretti l’Espositore accetta che l’Organizzatore eBolognaFiere limitino la propria responsabilità ai limiti e massima-li delle coperture assicurative sopra riportati. L’Espositore accettatali limitazioni di responsabilità.

Art. 15 - PROPRIETà INTELLETTUALE - Tanto i prodotti e lemerci esposte quanto gli stand che li ospitano non possono esse-re fotografati, disegnati o comunque riprodotti senza l’autorizza-zione dei rispettivi Espositori e dell’Organizzatore.

Art. 12 - ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION CENTRE. - TheExhibition is open to visitors in possession of the required entrypass every day at the times that the Organisers have the rightto establish and to change, even during the Exhibition itself. Inorder to allow Exhibitors and their staff to enter theExhibition freely, the Organisers will issue appropriatepasses as provided for in the Technical Regulations forExhibiting and Various Forms Booklet, the use of whichimplies acceptance of these General Regulations.The Exhibitor is nevertheless responsible in every respectfor the behaviour of those whom he provides with entrypasses, as well as for the conduct of his own employees,ancillary staff and assistants in the performance of theduties which they have been assigned. Inside the ExhibitionCentre it is strictly forbidden to promote offerings and donationsfor recognised institutions, to undertake alms-giving orcollecting, to make political or religious or party propaganda andto conduct any activity whatsoever not related to the aims of theExhibition.

Art. 13 - SURVEILLANCE AGAINST THEFT - LIABILITY FORTHEFT AND DAMAGE - RELEASE FROM LIABILITY FORBOLOGNAFIERE - During the exhibition hall opening hours,Exhibitors shall watch over their stands either in personor through their staff.Exhibitors are required to supervise their staff with the standduring the whole period of the event (including the period of con-struction / dismantling) of all materials, goods and furnishingspresent in the stand. As custodian of exhibition space, theExhibitor agrees to indemnify, and substantially BolognaFiere keepit indemnified against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense,including legal fees, arising out of the stand and the exhibitionspace assigned.Although BolognaFiere provides a day and night surveillanceservice inside the Exhibition Centre for the duration of the Showand on the days designated for stand furnishing and removal, itis released from any and every responsibility in respect oftheft and/or damage that may be sustained by theExhibitor.The Exhibitor shall also be accountable to BolognaFiere for alldirect and consequential damage which for any reason isattributable to him or to the staff working for him (includingdamage caused by the furnishings and installations set up eitherby the Exhibitor or by third parties engaged by him, even thoughthey have been inspected by BolognaFiere).

Art. 14 - INSURANCE - The exhibitor shall benefit from thefollowing insurance policies drawn up by the Organizer withBolognaFiere:a) All Risks guarantee (including fire and theft),for directphysical damage to furniture, fittings, equipment and goodson the stand, excluding cash, valuables and the like, thesoftware installed on computers electronic and damagesfor loss of use of the furniture, fittings, equipment and goodsduring the period of the Exhibition - over for first risk€ 40.000,00 (including fire and theft), with absolute deductibleof € 300,00 for each claim of damage, raised to€ 600,00 for damage incurred after the end of the exhibition;b) Third Party Liability coverage, including damage from fire:single limit € 50,000,000.00;c) Employees Liability coverage: single limit € 3,000,000.00,with limit of € 2,000,000.00 per person;d) Waiver by the Insurer of all recourse against all Exhibitors,the Organizer, and BolognaFiere.The above insurance cover is governed by specific conditions andlimits, which can be obtained by the exhibitor uponrequest from the event organizer’s office. Such conditions andlimits shall also be included in the documentation of theevent. Such coverage does not exempt the exhibitor fromliability against risks that according to his own evaluation arenotinsured or that exceed the coverage limits stated in the previousparagraph. The exhibitor shall make arrangements to providethe necessary additional coverage. In particular, in relation tothe presence of a video-surveillance system, theexhibitor acknowledges that, in case of theft, the relative reportto the Public Authorities must be received by the insurancecompany within seven days from the end of the event and thatnon-compliance with regard to such a term may lead tothe loss of the right to compensation. The Insurance Companywill also handle claims and clearance procedures at theend of the event. Any additional insurance coverage that theexhibitor may arrange shall include an insurer’s waiver againstclaims against Exhibitors, the Organizer, and BolognaFiere, and,in the event of the exhibitor failing to do so, said insuranceshall exempt them from all liability against any claims that maybe made against them. Given the above, (on behalf of himself,his employees, or hired workers) the exhibitor expresslyexempts the Organizer and BolognaFiere from any liability forloss or damage which for whatever reason may occur in theexhibition space assigned to him, during the course of theexhibition or during the setting up and dismantling the stand,and what is therein, and shall bear the liability for any damagecaused to third parties by the management of exhibition spaceor by anything introduced therein, and not covered in theterms and ways indicated above or activated by the exhibitor.The Organizer and BolognaFiere decline all l iabil ity forconsequential

L’Organizzatore e BolognaFiere si riservano tuttavia il diritto diriprendere, riprodurre, diffondere e autorizzare la ripresa, la ripro-duzione e la diffusione di vedute di insieme e di dettaglio interneed esterne, consentendone od effettuandone anche la vendita.

Art. 16 - TEMPORANEA IMPORTAZIONE - La temporaneaimportazione di merci o beni di provenienza estera per l’esposizio-ne quali campioni in occasione del Salone, dovrà avvenire - aspese dell’Espositore - tramite lo spedizioniere ufficiale diBolognaFiere, secondo le modalità previste nel Regolamento Tecnicodi Manifestazione e Fascicolo Moduli Vari, con esonero di ogni respon-sabilità per l’operato dello spedizioniere ufficiale anche nei riguardidell’Organizzatore e di BolognaFiere.

Art. 17 – DISCIPLINA DEI MACCHINARI ESPOSTI IN FUN-ZIONAMENTO – I macchinari esposti non possono essere azio-nati, salvo deroga rilasciata per iscritto dalla Divisione Operationsdi BolognaFiere, purché ciò non comporti pericolo o molestia. Intal caso i macchinari dovranno essere dotati dei dispositivi neces-sari per prevenire infortuni, rumori molesti, cattivi odori, nonchél’emissione di gas e di liquidi; non potranno essere azionati, all’in-terno dei padiglioni, da motori a scoppio funzionanti e non dovran-no comportare l’impiego di carburanti o di bombole a gas. In ogni caso essi dovranno essere conformi alle norme legislative,regolamentari e di buona tecnica, ed essere corredati dalla relati-va documentazione amministrativa delle Autorità competenti. L’Espositore assume a proprio esclusivo carico ogni responsabilitàcivile e penale per eventuali infortuni e/o danni che dovesseroderivare a terzi in conseguenza dell’inosservanza e violazione dellenorme e/o indicazioni in parola. E’ fatto salvo il diritto di interven-to diretto di BolognaFiere per disporre od effettuare l’allontana-mento dal Quartiere di eventuali strutture non rispondenti alledisposizioni di cui sopra.

Art. 18 - FORNITURE TECNICHE - SERVIZI - A richiesta degliEspositori e nel rispetto delle disposizioni contenute nelRegolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione e Fascicolo Moduli Vari,BolognaFiere fornirà agli Espositori energia elettrica sia per illu-minazione che per forza motrice, l’allacciamento alla rete idricanonché all’aria compressa. Inoltre BolognaFiere si riserva di atti-vare, ovvero di appaltare o di concedere esclusive per qualsiasiservizio che ritenga utile ai partecipanti, stabilendone le moda-lità di esercizio. In particolare:• i collegamenti tra l’impianto elettrico o l’impianto idrico

costruiti dagli Esposi-tori e, rispettivamente, la cassetta di derivazione e le prese diacqua, potranno essere effettuati esclusivamente dalle societàautorizzate da BolognaFiere, che accerteranno il rispetto dellenorme del Regolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione e FascicoloModuli Vari;

• il servizio di pulizia degli stand dovrà essere effettuato a curae spese dei ri-spettivi Espositori tramite proprio personale o avvalendosidella società all’uopo autorizzata da BolognaFiere;

• i collegamenti di apparecchi telefonici potranno essere effet-tuati solo dal for-

nitore autorizzato da BolognaFiere;• per tutte le operazioni di facchinaggio, trasporto, carico e sca-rico merci do-

vranno avvalersi esclusivamente dello Spedizioniere Ufficiale diBolognaFiere;

• è consentito l’accesso ai padiglioni ai soli mezzi dotati di siste-mi antinquina-mento.

L’Espositore prende atto che i “servizi” (sia gestiti direttamenteda BolognaFiere che appaltati, che concessi in esclusiva) assicu-rano regolari prestazioni nell’ambito di un normale impegno deiservizi stessi da parte dei singoli utenti, ed in ogni caso esone-ra l’Organizzatore, BolognaFiere, nonché gli appaltatori ed i con-cessionari dei servizi, da ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità pereventuali irregolarità di svolgimento dei servizi stessi.

Art. 19 - STAMPATI INFORMATIVI E PIANTE di ORIENTA-MENTO - L’Organizzatore si riserva di provvedere, senza alcunapropria responsabilità per eventuali omissioni od errori, alla diffu-sione di informazioni, contenute nella Domanda di Partecipazione,sugli Espositori e sui prodotti e/o servizi esposti, utilizzando imezzi e le tecniche di comunicazione (stampati, internet od altro)che riterrà più idonei. I dati riportati saranno riferiti alle adesioni pervenute ed accetta-te sino a 45 giorni prima della data di apertura del Salone. Tuttociò non pregiudica il diritto dell’Organizzatore di modificare l’asse-gnazione degli stand. Quanto sopra vale anche per il contenuto dialtri moduli informativi sottoscritti dall’Espositore o da un Suo incari-cato e messi a disposizione dell’Organizzatore anche via strumentiinformatici.

Art. 20 - FORME PUBBLICITARIE A PAGAMENTO -All’esterno dell’area espositiva assegnata, ogni forma di promo-zione e di visibilità deve essere effettuata esclusivamente pertramite dell’Organizzatore ed è soggetta al pagamento delcanone, stabilito dall’Organizzatore, nonche’ dei relativioneri fiscali.

Art. 21 - PARCHEGGIO ESPOSITORI - Potranno accedere aiparcheggi riservati agli Espositori - sino ad esaurimento deglispazi disponibili - esclusivamente gli autoveicoli muniti di appo-sito contrassegno. La loro sosta è consentita soltanto negliappositi spazi e durante l’orario di apertura del Quartiere.In caso di inosservanza di tali disposizioni l’Organizzatore eBolognaFiere potranno far trasportare il veicolo fuori dal parcheg-

damages, damage to image, lost sales, etc. With regard to directdamages as well, the Exhibitor agrees that theOrganizer and BolognaFiere limit their liability to the limits andmaximums of the insurance described above. The Exhibitorhereby accepts such limits of liability.

Art. 15 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - Neither the productsand goods on display nor the stands housing them may bephotographed, drawn or in any way reproduced without theauthorisation of the individual Exhibitors and the Organisers.The Organisers and BolognaFiere nevertheless reserve the rightto film, reproduce, disseminate and to authorise the filming,reproduction and dissemination of general and detailed outsideand inside views, and may permit their sale or even sell themdirectly.

Art. 16 - TEMPORARY IMPORTATION - The temporaryimportation of goods or merchandise from abroad for display assamples during the Exhibition shall be effected, at the Exhibitor’sexpense, through the BolognaFiere official Forwarding Agent,according to the procedures set out in the Technical Regulationsfor Exhibiting and Various Forms Booklet, and the officialForwarding Agent shall be released from all liability, even withregard to the Organisers and BolognaFiere.

Art. 17 – RULES GOVERNING MACHINERY SHOWN INOPERATION – The machinery on display may not be set inoperation unless special written permission has been granted bythe BolognaFiere Technical Department, and provided that thisdoes not cause danger or disturbance. Should permission begranted, the machinery must be fitted with devices designed toprevent accidents, noise disturbance, foul smells and theemission of gas or liquids; the said machinery may not bedriven, inside the exhibition halls, by internal combustionengines and may not require the use of fuels or gas cylinders. Inany case the said machinery must comply with legislativeprovisions, regulations and standards of good practice, and shallbe accompanied by the relevant administrative documentationissued by the competent authorities. The Exhibitor shall assumesole civil and criminal liability for any accidents and/or damagethat may be caused to third parties as a result of non-compliance with, or breach of, the said standards and/or verbalinstructions.BolognaFiere reserves the right to remove or arrange for theremoval from the Exhibition Centre of such structures as do notcomply with the provisions set out above.

Art. 18 - SUPPLY OF UTILITIES - SERVICES - At theExhibitors’ request, and in compliance with the provisions setout in the Technical Regulations for Exhibiting and Various FormsBooklet, BolognaFiere will provide Exhibitors with electricity bothfor lighting and motive power, as well as connection to the watermains and compressed air supply. Furthermore, BolognaFierereserves the right to let out on contract or grant exclusive rightsfor any service which it considers useful for the participants, andto determine the operational procedures thereof.Specifically:• the connections between the electrical or water installations

set up by the Exhibitors and the electrical junction box and mains take-offpoint respectively may only be made by the firms authorisedby BolognaFiere, which will verify compliance with theprovisions of the Technical Regulations for Exhibiting andVarious Forms Booklet;

• the stand cleaning service shall be performed by and at theexpense of the Exhibitors through their own personnel or by the firmspecifically authorised by BolognaFiere;

• telephone unit connections may only be made by the officialsupplier authorised by BolognaFiere;

• with respect to all goods porterage, transport, loading andunloading opera-

tions, Exhibitors must use the BolognaFiere official ForwardingAgent and no other, unless they use their own personnel andequipment to perform these operations.

• only vehicles fitted with anti-pollution systems may enter thehalls. The Exhibitor acknowledges that the “services” (whethermanaged direct by BolognaFiere or let out on contract orawarded under sole right terms) ensure regular performance inthe context of the normal engagement of such services by theindividual users, and in any case the Exhibitor releases theOrganisers, BolognaFiere and the providers of these servicesfrom all responsibility in respect of shortcomings in theperformance thereof.

Art. 19 - PRINTED INFORMATION AND LAYOUT MAPS -The Organisers, disclaiming all responsibility for omissions orerrors, reserve the right to disseminate the informationcontained in the Application Form concerning the Exhibitors andthe products and/or services displayed, using the communicationchannels and techniques (printed matter or otherwise) theydeem most suitable.The data published will be based on applications received up to45 days prior to the Exhibition opening date. This in no wayaffects the Organisers’ right to change the allocation of stands.

Art. 20 - CHARGED ADVERTISING - Any and every form ofadvertising and promotion outside the allocated exhibition areamay be made solely through the Organisers, and it is subjectto the payment of the advertising fee stated by the

gio Espositori, a rischio e spese dell’Espositore al quale è statorilasciato il contrassegno e del proprietario del veicolo stesso, ilquale rimarrà responsabile in solido con l’Espositore per le relativespese.Ciascuno degli occupanti dei veicoli dovrà essere munito di docu-mento valido per l’accesso al quartiere fieristico.Poiche’ i parcheggi non godono di custodia, l’Organizzatore eBolognaFiere sono esonerati da ogni responsabilità di custodia delveicolo e non saranno responsabili per danni e furti di ogni gene-re che il veicolo dovesse subire.

Art. 22 - DIVIETI PARTICOLARI - In particolare agliEspositori è vietata:• qualunque vendita con consegna immediata e sul posto della

merce all’acqui-rente, ad eccezione dei seguenti settori nei qualil’Organizzatore disponga che ciò sia possibile: accessori, com-ponenti e parti staccate per auto e moto, autovetture, motoci-cli e scooters, veicoli elettrici, kit di preparazione e personaliz-zazione per auto sportive, carburanti e lubrificanti, pneumaticiper auto e moto, caschi ed abbigliamento tecnico per moto,gadget, video preregistrati di auto e moto, editoria specializ-zata, car stereo, antifurti e satellitari per auto e moto;

• la cessione e lo scambio anche parziali dello stand;• la circolazione, a qualsiasi titolo, con mezzi meccanici quali ad

esempio patti-ni a rotelle, monopattini, biciclette, ecc.;

• qualsiasi forma di pubblicità al di fuori del proprio stande nel Quartiere Fieristico. La distribuzione del materialepubblicitario è ammessa solo nella propria area espositi-va ed il volantinaggio è espressa-mente vietato;• l’esposizione di prodotti di aziende che non siano state dichia-rate nella Domanda di Partecipazione e accettati ufficialmentedall’Organizzatore, così come l’esposizione di prodotti relativi asettori merceologici non specificati nella Domanda diPartecipazione. In particolare, ma non in via esaustiva, e’ vietata:

- l’esposizione di cartelli o campioni, anche semplice-mente indicativi,per conto di società non elencate nellaDomanda di Partecipazione e non rappresentate; - l’esposizione di prodotti (automobili, motocicli, ecc) la

cui casa produttrice o suoi concessionari, agenti o rap-presentanti esclusivi, non partecipi direttamente, conproprio spazio espositivo e propria Domanda diPartecipazione al Salone;

• ogni iniziativa spettacolare o di intrattenimento, di qualsiasi tipo,natura e caratteristiche ancorché limitata all’interno dello stando finalizzata alla presen-tazione dei prodotti senza la preventivaautorizzazione da parte dell’Organizzatore;• l’utilizzo all’interno del Quartiere Fieristico, di propri carrellielevatori e mezzidi sollevamento, salvo deroghe rilasciate dallaDivisione Operations di BolognaFiere come da procedura rego-larmentata nel Regolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione;• la possibilita’ di effettuare fotografie e/o riprese cinematogra-fiche o assimilabili sia all’interno del proprio stand (qualora ven-gano inquadrati prodotti e/o strutture di terzi) sia nei padiglioni,sia sulle aree esterne, senza la preventiva autorizzazione daparte dell’Organizzatore.I divieti di carattere tecnico emanati per motivi di sicurezza,igiene, inquinamento in generale, per le persone e per le cose,nonché al fine di impedire la manomissione dei beni mobili edimmobili del Quartiere Fieristico e le prescrizioni relative, conte-nuti nel Regolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione e FascicoloModuli Vari, si intendono facenti parte delle presenti CondizioniGenerali di contratto e l’Espositore si impegna ad osservarlistrettamente.Eventuali deroghe potranno essere rilasciate, esclusivamenteper iscritto, dalla Divisione Operations di BolognaFiere.In caso di inosservanza anche di uno soltanto dei divieti sopraindicati, e in caso di mancato pagamento, anche parziale, del-l’importo per m2, ovvero di quelli richiamati dal presente artico-lo, l’Organizzatore potrà applicare le sanzioni previste dalRegolamento Tecnico di Manifestazione e Fascicolo Moduli Varie/o risolvere il contratto di partecipazione al Salone senzanecessità di pronuncia del Giudice, ma semplicemente mediantequalsiasi comunicazione scritta all’Espositore presso il suostand. Ciò comporterà l’immediata chiusura dello stand ed il ritiro deidocumenti di accesso al Quartiere, senza pregiudizio per i corri-spettivi dovuti dall’Espositore, con l’immediata esclusione dalSalone in corso e/o la non ammissione ai Saloni successivi, adinsindacabile giudizio dell’Organizzatore.

Art. 23 - UTILIZZO DEL MARCHIO - L’Espositore potra’ utiliz-zare il marchio ufficiale del Salone nelle proprie comunicazioni esugli stampati, esclusivamente nella forma e lettering originali,solo dopo aver ottenuto dall’Organizzatore (anche per conto diBolognaFiere S.p.A.) espressa autorizzazione scritta all’utilizzodello stesso.

Art. 24 - RINVIO, RIDUZIONE O SOSPENSIONE DEL SALO-NE - E’ facoltà discrezionale ed insindacabile dell’Organizzatoreapportare modifiche alle date di svolgimento del Salone, senza cheper ciò l’Espositore possa recedere o comunque sciogliere il con-tratto e liberarsi degli impegni assunti. Inoltre l’Organizzatore potrà ridurre il Salone, ovvero sopprimerloin tutto od in alcuni suoi settori, senza con ciò essere tenuto allacorresponsione di indennizzi, penali o danni di sorta. In tali casi l’Organizzatore dovrà dare comunicazione delle modifi-che attuate mediante comunicazione scritta per lettera raccoman-data o telegramma, da inoltrarsi almeno 30 giorni prima della dataprevista per l’inizio del Salone.

Organisers.Art. 21 - EXHIBITORS’ CAR-PARK - The Exhibitor car-parkmay be used - subject to the availability of spaces - only by carsprovided with the relevant sticker. The cars must be parked inthe proper spaces and may only be left during the Exhibitionopening hours.In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, theOrganisers and BolognaFiere may have the vehicle removedfrom the exhibitor car park at the risk and expense of the ownerof said vehicle. each passenger of the vehicle must havethe required entry pass to the exhibition centre. The Organisers and BolognaFiere are hereby releasedfrom any and all responsibility regarding the safekeepingof the vehicle and accept no responsibility for theft ordamage of whatever kind.

Art. 22 - SPECIAL PROHIBITIONS - It is strictly forbidden forExhibitors to:• make any sale involving immediate and on-the-spot delivery of

goods to the buyer, except in those following sectors for which the Organisershave given permission for this to be done: car and motorcycleaccessories, components and spare parts, cars, motorcycles andscooters, electric vehicles, tuning kits, fuels and lubricants, carand motorcycles tyres, helmets and motorcycle technicalclothing and suits, gadgets, recorded videos about car andmotorcycle races, specialist press, car stereo, anti-theft andsatellite navigator devices for cars and motorcycles;• give up or exchange all or part of their stand with other

parties;• circulate for any reason using mechanical devices like, forexample, roller

skates, scooters, bicycles, etc.;• display any form of advertising outside the stand and inthe Exhibition

Centre. The distribution of advertising material ispermitted only within the stand area and thedistribution of advertising leaflets is expresslyprohibited;

• display in the stand products of companies notdeclared on the Application Form and not officially admitted by theOrganisers, as well as to display or deal with productsrelating to sectors not specified on the ApplicationForm; as an example, without any limitations, it isforbidden to:- display products that do not belong to the productdesignation of the

stand as specified on the Exhibitor’s Application Form;- display posters or samples, even those of a purelyindicative nature,

for companies not listed on the Application Form andnot

represented;- display products (automobiles, motorcycles, etc)pertaining to produ-

cers or dealers, agents or representatives notparticipating directly in the exhibition with their ownexhibition space and Application Form;

• to stage or engage in any form of show or entertainment ofwhatever kind,

nature and characteristics, even if said initiative is confined towhitin the area of the stand and connected with thepresentation of the products, without the prior consent of theOrganisers;

• the Exhibitor may use own lift trucks and means of lifting incmpliance with the

provisions out in the technical regulations for exhibiting, anyexceptions may be issued solely by the BolognaFiere TechnicalDepartment.

• to take photographs and/or to film in the stand, when productsor structures

belonging to third parties are framed, as well as in the hallsand in the external areas, without the prior consent of theOrganisers.

The prohibitions of a technical nature issued for reasons ofgeneral safety, hygiene and pollution in order to protect personsand things and also to prevent tampering with the fixed andmovable property of the Exhibition Centre, as well as therelevant provisions contained in the “Technical Regulations forExhibiting and Various Forms Booklet”, form part of theseRegulations and Exhibitors undertake to observe them strictly.Any exceptions may be issued solely in writ ing by theBolognaFiere Technical Department.In the event of fai lure to comply with even one of theprohibitions listed above, and in the event of non payment, be itpartial or total, of the sum due per sq.m. of the exhibition areaor those cited in this article, the Organisers may apply thesanctions as set out in the “Technical Regulations for Exhibitingand Various Forms Booklet” and/or may terminate the Exhibitionparticipation agreement without the need for a court order butsimply by any form of written notification tendered to theExhibitor at his stand. This will entail the immediate closure ofthe stand and the withdrawal of the Exhibition Centre admissiondocuments, without prejudice to any fees owed by the Exhibitor,with the immediate exclusion from the Exhibition underwayand/or the non-admission from any subsequent exhibitions, asper irrevocable decision of the Organisers.

Art. 23 - USE OF THE EXHIBITION LOGO - Exhibitors mayuse the Exhibition official logo in their communications and

Art. 25 - DISPOSIZIONI DI CARATTERE GENERALE - ELE-ZIONE DI DOMICILIO - NORME LEGISLATIVE APPLICABILI- GIURISDIZIONE ITALIANA E FORO TERRITORIALMENTECOMPETENTE - E’ fatto obbligo all’Espositore di attenersi alleprescrizioni che le Autorità di Pubblica Sicurezza e quelle prepostealla prevenzione incendio, alla prevenzione infortunistica ed allavigilanza sui locali aperti al pubblico dovessero emanare nei con-fronti di BolognaFiere.L’Espositore ed i terzi per suo conto operanti nel QuartiereFieristico debbono utilizzare personale con rapporto di lavoro,subordinato od autonomo, rispondente ai requisiti delle vigentileggi (in materia previdenziale, assicurativa, fiscale, ecc.).L’Espositore elegge il proprio domicilio, ad ogni effetto di legge,presso la sede dell’Organizzatore, ed accetta, in via esclusiva, lagiurisdizione italiana e la competenza del Foro di Bologna, conespressa esclusione di Fori alternativi.Il rapporto fra l’Organizzatore, BolognaFiere, l’Espositore e glieventuali terzi è regolamentato esclusivamente dalle leggi italia-ne.

Art. 26 - RAPPORTI CON BOLOGNAFIERE - L’Espositore pren-de atto che il Salone avrà svolgimento nel Quartiere Fieristico diBolognaFiere e si impegna ad osservare - ed a far osservare daipropri dipendenti e collaboratori - le disposizioni regolamentariemesse da BolognaFiere.Ogni diritto dell’Espositore farà carico soltanto ed esclusivamenteall’Organizzatore, mentre ogni e qualsiasi obbligo di comportamentoassunto dall’Espositore si intenderà esteso anche a favore diBolognaFiere che sarà quindi legittimato in caso di inosservanza di taliobblighi, di ogni propria disposizione regolamentare e di ogni norma dilegge, ad intervenire direttamente agendo anche con il proprio persona-le di servizio nel Quartiere.

Art. 27 - TRATTAMENTO DI DATI PERSONALI ai sensi del-l’art.13 D.Lgs. 196/2003 E PRESTAZIONE DEL CONSENSO -I dati personali da Voi messi a disposizione dell’Organizzatore (diseguito, per brevità, la “Società”) potranno essere utilizzati per:(1) l'instaurazione e lo svolgimento del rapporto contrattuale non-chè l’adempimento di tutte le prescrizioni normative, fiscali edamministrative strumentali, funzionali, correlate e/o comunqueutili ai fini dell'instaurazione e dello svolgimento del rapporto con-trattuale (ivi comprese le attività necessarie all’ordinaria gestionedella rassegna espositiva); (2) la elaborazione di studi e ricerchestatistiche e di mercato; (3) l'organizzazione e lo svolgimento dieventi e incontri anche di natura promozionale; (4) la pubblicazio-ne dei dati della Vostra azienda sul catalogo, sul sito, sulla piantaguida della Manifestazione, su eventuali comunicati stampa,comunicazioni a mezzo mail e promo mail relativi allaManifestazione (ivi incluso lo svolgimento delle attività necessariealla gestione della pubblicazione on line ed off line); (5) l'invio dicomunicazioni informative e commerciali, anche di natura promo-zionali, di materiale pubblicitario anche relativo alle edizioni deglianni successivi della Manifestazione, di offerte di beni e di servizia mezzo posta, Internet, telefono, e-mail, MMS, SMS dall'Italia odall'estero (anche da Paesi non appartenenti alla Comunità euro-pea) da parte della Società o di entità fisiche o giuridiche che col-laborino in attività commerciali della Società, da parte di societàspecializzate in telemarketing, da società controllanti, controllatee/o collegate, e in ogni caso da tutte le Società del GruppoBolognaFiere.

Art. 24 - POSTPONEMENT, REDUCTION OR CANCELLATIONOF THE EXHIBITION - It is the Organisers’ irrevocable anddiscretionary right to change the dates of the Exhibition, nor shallthis give the Exhibitor the right to withdraw or terminate thecontract and gain release from the obligations he hasundertaken.Furthermore, the Organisers may reduce the Exhibition or evencancel all or certain sectors of it, without being required to paycompensation, penalties or damages of any sort.In this eventuality the Organisers shall give written notification ofthe changes made by registered letter, telex or telegram, to besent no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled start of theexhibition.

Art. 25 - GENERAL PROVISIONS - CHOICE OF DOMICILE -APPLICABLE LAW - ITALIAN JURISDICTION ANDCOMPETENT COURT OF LAW - The Exhibitor is obliged to abideby such regulations as may be imposed on BolognaFiere by thePublic Safety Authorities and the authorities responsible for fireand accident prevention and for the supervision of places open tothe public. The Exhibitor and third parties working on his behalfinside the Exhibition Centre must engage staff under employer-employee or independent labour conditions that comply withprevailing laws (with respect to social security, insurance,taxation, etc.). The Exhibitor elects the organisers’ offices as hislegal domicile, to all intents and purposes of law. The Exhibitoralso accepts Italian jurisdiction and no other, and acknowledgesthe competence of the law court in Bologna, with the explicitexclusion of alternative venues.The Organisers’ toleration of behaviors breaching these GeneralRegulations shall not constitute a refrain from exercising therights ensuing from the violated provisions.Relations between the Organisers, BolognaFiere, the Exhibitorand any third parties are governed solely by Italian law.

Art. 26 - RELATIONS WITH BOLOGNAFIERE - The Exhibitoracknowledges that the Exhibition will be held in the Exhibition Centre ofBolognaFiere and he undertakes to observe and ensure observance by hisemployees and assistants of the provisions and rules issued byBolognaFiere.All the Exhibitor’s rights shall be exercised solely in relation to theOrganisers, while every obligation of conduct incumbent on the Exhibitorshall be extended to BolognaFiere, which shall therefore be entitled, in theevent of non-fulfilment of the said obligations, of any provision and of anylaw, to take direct action through its own Exhibition Centre personnel orby other means.

Art. 27 - HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA pursuant art.13of Legislative Decree 196/2003 AND INFORMED CONSENT- Personal data you forward to the Organizer (herebelow, for thesake of brevity the “Company”) may be used for: (1) establishingand developing the contractual relationship as well as thefulfillment of all the legal, tax and administrative regulations thatare instrumental, functional, related and/or nevertheless usefulto the establishment and developing of the contractualrelationship (including all activities required for the ordinarymanagement of the exhibition); (2) processing studies andstatistical and market research; (3) organizing and carrying outof events and meeting also of a promotional nature; (4)publishing company data in the catalog, on the website, on themap of the Exhibition, on any print release, communication bymail and promo mails related to the Exhibition (including theperformance of all activities required to menage the publicationon line and off line); (5) the forwarding of information andcommercial communications, also of a promotional nature, ofadvertising material also related to the editions of the yearsfollowing the Exhibition, of offers of asset and services by mail,Internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS, SMS from both Italy andabroad (also from Countries not belonging to the EuropeanCommunity) by the Company or physical or legal entities thatcooperate in the Company’s commercial activities, by companiesspecialized in telemarketing, by parent companies, subsidiariesand(or associates and by all of the Companies of theBolognaFiere Group.

REGOLAMENTODEL QUARTIERE FIERISTICO

1. ACCESSO AL QUARTIERE FIERISTICO

Il Quartiere Fieristico è aperto nei giorni e negli orari stabilitidall’Organizzatore: le relative indicazioni verranno poste a cono-scenza di Espositori e visitatori con i mezzi che l’Organizzatoreriterrà più idonei allo scopo.Giorni ed orari di apertura potranno comunque essere modificatiin qualsiasi momento, previa semplice comunicazione, anche amezzo impianti amplifonici, effettuata all’interno del QuartiereFieristico od ai suoi accessi.L’accesso al Quartiere Fieristico sarà consentito solo alle personelegittimamente munite del regolare documento di ingresso, docu-mento che dovrà essere conservato durante tutto il periodo di per-manenza nel Quartiere e che dovrà essere esibito ad ogni richie-sta del personale di servizio nel Quartiere.

2. OBBLIGHI E PRESCRIZIONI

è fatto obbligo a quanti accedano al Quartiere Fieristico dimantenere un contegno civile nel rispetto dei beni e delleattrezzature sia di BolognaFiere che dei terzi presenti all’internodel Quartiere Fieristico, e di osservare prontamente escrupolosamente le prescrizioni e le disposizioni impartite daBolognaFiere all’entrata ed all’interno del Quartiere con appositasegnaletica, con avvisi scritti, con comunicati diffusi attraversol’impianto amplifonico, nonché attraverso il personale di servizio econ qualsiasi altro mezzo, con la precisazione che i comunicatiamplifonici e le disposizioni impartite dal personale di servizioprevalgono sugli altri avvisi.

3. DIVIETI PARTICOLARI

• è fatto divieto a chiunque di svolgere azioni di promo-zione o di commercializzazione al di fuori degli stand esenza autorizzazione scritta dell’Organizzatore.

• è fatto divieto a chiunque di promuovere, all’interno delQuartiere Fieristico, offerte, questue ed oblazioni per isti-tuzioni di qualsiasi genere, di svolgere attività religio-sa, politica o sindacale, ed ogni e qualsiasi attività non atti-nente alle finalità del Salone in corso salvo espressa autoriz-zazione scritta dell’Organizzatore. In particolare è fatto espli-cito divieto di organizzare e partecipare a giochi di abi-lità e d’azzardo a qualsiasi fine promossi.

• è normalmente vietato l’accesso al Quartiere ai minori di anni14, anche se accompagnati: eventuali deroghe potrannoessere disposte dall’Organizzatore e comunicate al pubblicocon i mezzi ritenuti più idonei.

• è vietato introdurre nel Quartiere cani ed animali diqualsiasi genere, eccezion fatta per i cani a servizio dipersone disabili.

• è vietata la circolazione di chiunque in Quartiere conmezzi meccanici tipo pattini a rotelle, monopattini,biciclette o ciclomotori ad eccezione del personale di servi-zio di BolognaFiere o dell’Organizzatore.

• è fatto divieto di accedere al Quartiere con macchinefotografiche, cineprese, videoregistratori e con ognialtro genere di apparecchi da ripresa senza la preventivaautorizzazione di BolognaFiere e dell’Organizzatore, ed è fattodivieto di fotografare e di riprendere con qualsiasi mezzo gliinterni del Quartiere, gli stand ed i beni esposti senza il pre-ventivo consenso di BolognaFiere, dell’Organizzatore e deltitolare dello stand.

• BolognaFiere potrà vietare l’ingresso al Quartiere od ai singo-li padiglioni con borse, valigie o altri contenitori, prescriven-done il deposito in guardaroba.

I contravventori potranno essere allontanati dal Quartiere adopera del personale di servizio.

4. ACCESSO CON VEICOLI

L’accesso sarà consentito, attraverso i passi carrai abilitati, esclu-sivamente ai veicoli muniti di apposita autorizzazione ed alle per-sone che si trovino sugli stessi, purché munite del documento diingresso. La sosta dei veicoli all’interno del Quartiere sarà con-sentita soltanto negli appositi spazi (con esposizione del docu-mento d’accesso) e non oltre l’orario di chiusura del Quartiere. In particolare non sono consentiti lo scarico e la sosta di con-tenitori o parti staccabili di veicoli non semoventi. In caso di inosservanza delle predette disposizioni, BolognaFierepotrà allontanare il veicolo dal Quartiere a rischio e spesedel suo proprietario e del titolare dell’autorizzazione all’ac-cesso in Quartiere.BolognaFiere e l’Organizzatore sono esonerati da ogniresponsabilità di custodia del veicolo e non sarannoresponsabili per danni e furti di ogni genere.

5. FACOLTà DI INTEGRAZIONI E DI DEROGHE

BolognaFiere ha la facoltà di integrare, modificare ed annullare lepresenti disposizioni e di derogare alle stesse, dandone comuni-cazione nei modi ritenuti più idonei.

6. SANZIONI

L’inosservanza degli obblighi stabiliti nel presente regolamento,potrà comportare il ritiro dei documenti d’ingresso e l’immediatoallontanamento dal Quartiere delle persone responsabili, nonché -se trattasi di Espositori o loro collaboratori - la chiusura tempora-nea o definitiva dello stand.

TRADE FAIR DISTRICT REGULATIONS

1. ACCESS TO THE TRADE FAIR DISTRICT

The trade fair district will be open on the days and at the timesestablished by the Organisers; the relevant details will be madeknown to exhibitors and visitors by whatever means theOrganisers deems most suitable for the purpose.The days and times may be changed at any moment by means ofcommunications, also announcements made over the loudspeakersystem inside the trade fair district or at the entrances.Admittance to the trade fair district will only be granted to personslawfully in possession of a proper entrance document, which must bepreserved for their entire stay inside the trade fair district and whichmust be shown whenever requested by the service personnel.

2. OBLIGATIONS AND RULES

All those entering the trade fair district shall behave in a civil man-ner and show proper respect for the property and equipmentbelonging to BolognaFiere and third parties present inside thetrade fair district, and they shall also promptly and scrupulouslyobey all the rules and instructions issued by BolognaFiere at theentrances and inside the trade fair district by means of signs, writ-ten notices and loudspeaker announcements, as well as by theservice personnel or any other means. Please note that loud-speaker announcements and instructions given by the servicestaff shall take precedence over any other form of notification.

3. SPECIAL PROHIBITIONS

• Inside the trade fair district it is forbidden to circulate forany reason using mechanical devices like, for example,roller skates, scooters, bicycles, etc. excluding theBolognaFiere service staff and the Organisers.

• It is strictly forbidden to anyone to promote sales ormarketing activities outside the stands and without theprior written authorization by the Organisers.

• It is forbidden to promote collections or offerings forinstitutions of any type or to carry out religious, politi-cal or trade union activities or any other activity not direc-tly related to the aims of the exhibition, except where expresswritten authorisation has been granted by the Organisers. Inparticular, it is strictly forbidden to organise or participa-te in games of skill or luck for any purpose.

• Generally, admittance to the trade fair district is forbidden tochildren under 14 years of age, even if accompanied by anadult; possible exceptions to this rule may be made by theOrganisers for any single exhibition and communicated to thepublic by the means deemed most appropriate.

• It is forbidden to bring into the trade fair district dogsor any other kind of animal, except for dogs for thedisabled.

• It is forbidden to enter the trade fair district withcameras, film cameras, video recorders or any othertype of filming equipment without the prior authorisationof BolognaFiere and of the Organisers. It is forbidden to pho-tograph and film the interior of the trade fair district, thestands and the goods on display without the prior authorisa-tion of the Organisers, of BolognaFiere and of the standowner.

• BolognaFiere may deny entry to the trade fair district or to theindividual exhibition halls to persons with bags, suitcases orother containers, and may require these to be deposited inthe cloakroom.

Offenders may be removed from the Exhibition Centre by the ser-vice staff.

4. ACCESS WITH VEHICLES

Access will be granted, in the established driveways, solely tovehicles displaying the proper authorisation and to the personsriding in them, provided they possess the required entry passes.Parking inside the trade fair district will be permitted only in thedesignated parking spaces and upon display of the relevant entrydocument. Parking is not allowed in the trade fair district after clo-sing hours.In particular it is forbidden to unload and park containers ordetachable parts of non-self moving vehicles. In the event of failure to observe these provisions BolognaFieremay remove the vehicle from the trade fair district, at therisk and expense of the owner and the holder of entryauthorisation.BolognaFiere and the Organisers are released from allresponsibility regarding vehicle attendance and shall notbe liable for damage or theft of any kind.

5. RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THE REGULATIONS

BolognaFiere has the right to supplement, modify and annul theserules and regulations, and to make exceptions there to, giving noticethereof using the means deemed most ap propriate.

6. SANCTIONS

Failure to fulfil the obligations set out in these regulations may resultin the withdrawal of the entry documents and immediate removal fromthe trade fair district of those responsible and - if the defaulter is anexhibitor or one of his collaborators - in the temporary or definitive clo-sure of the stand.
