Registration steps خطوات التسجیل

Once the student is accepted, an email will be sent to parent to proceed and complete the following:

1- A non-refundable registration fee of QR3000 to be paid online through the parent dashboard 2- Complete required documents which are available on the Parent Dashboard--à check list item 3- Parents are required to pass by the admissions office to sign the Enrollment package upon receiving

the acceptance message.

Log in to the parent dashboard “Applicant & Family Login” From the admission home page https://qad.openapply.com/

اضغط عالرابط “Applicant & Family Login”

لتسجیل الدخول للصفحة الرئیسیة بك من خالل الرابط التالي

https://qad.openapply.com/

Enter the email address ( which was registered earlier) and password

إدخال عنوان البرید اإللكتروني ( التي تم تسجیلھا سابقا) و كلمة السر

Select the accepted students name to continue with the registration payment

إلكمال المقبولاسم الطالب إختر تسجیلال رسم دفع اجراءات

Click on “Confirm your enrolment”

“ Confirm yourاضغط على t”enrolmen

select “Yes” option next to the applicant name to complete the registration payment

اسم الطالب بجانب ”Yes“ اختر رسم دفع ستكمال اجراءات إل المقبول تسجیلھ

In case more than one student is accepted to complete the Registration payment

next “Yes”Select to each student’s name

في حالة ھناك اكثر من طفل مراد ألكثر ستكمال دفع رسوم التسجیل ال

یرجى الضغط على من طالب “Yes” بجانب األسماء المراد

Scroll down the page to the Payment section in order to complete to the Registration payment

Note: the total amount will be the sum of the registration fee for the selected students who

are already confirmed to enroll at the top of the page

A confirmation message will appear once the payment is successfully completed
