FIRST DAY OF CLASS: An announcement will be made informing children of their class location. LAB FEE: Must be paid at the time of class registration by check, cash or credit card.

Lab fee is separate from class fee.

PICK UP: Children need to be picked up immediately after class. Failure to pick up your child on time

could result in dismissal from the program without a refund and A $1.00 per minute late fee will be charged.

ABSENCES: Please notify Borchard Center at 805-381-2791 if your child will be absent. Attendance is

taken in each class and absences are verified.

RAINY DAYS: Rain or bad weather does not cancel programs. Programs will be moved to an

indoor area. ***No class on days of no school***

Refunds and Cancellations by the Participant

A full refund will be granted if we are notified 24 hours prior to first class. Refunds will not be granted day of class or once a class has begun.

Students may not “try out” a class.

Refunds for medical reasons will be granted on a pro-rate basis, written verification by a physician is

required. Cancellations by Conejo Recreation & Park District

* A full refund will be made if a class is cancelled by the district prior to the starting date.

* Children may be dismissed from the program without a refund due to behavior problems.

PRIMER DÍA DE CLASE: Los niños se reúnen con su maestro en el patio por el asta de la bandera después de

la escuela el primer día de clases. Los estudiantes se reúnen en el lugar asignado después del primer día.

RECOGIDA: Los niños deben ser recogidos inmediatamente después de clase. La falta de recoger a su hijo a

tiempo podría resultar en el despido del programa sin un reembolso y un cargo de $ 1.00 por minuto se co-

brará.

CUOTA DE LABORATORIO: Se pagará en el momento del registro de la clase. La cuota de laboratorio es inde-

pendiente de la tarifa de la clase.

AUSENCIAS: Por favor notifique al Centro Borchard al 805-381-2791 si su hijo / a estará ausente.

La asistencia se toma en cada clase y las ausencias se verifican.

DÍAS LLUVIOSOS: La lluvia o el mal tiempo no cancela los programas. Los programas se moverán a un área

interior. *** No hay clase el día de ninguna escuela ***

Reembolsos y Cancelaciones por parte del participante

Se concederá un reembolso completo si se nos notifica 24 horas antes de la primera clase.

Los reembolsos no se concederán días de clase o una vez a la clase ha comenzado.

Los estudiantes no pueden "probar" una clase.

Los reembolsos por razones médicas serán concedidas sobre una base pro-tasa, se requiere una verifi-

cación por escrito por un médico.

Cancelaciones por Conejo de Parques y Recreación del Distrito

Un reembolso completo se hará si una clase es cancelada por el distrito antes de la fecha de partida.

Los niños pueden ser expulsados del programa sin un reembolso debido a problemas de conducta.

Super Soccer Stars Grades 1-5 On Field Our high energy classes build confidence and ball control

through fun games and exciting activities! Learn to shoot,

dribble, pass, and defend like a champion!

Art Makes U Smart Grades 1-5

Students will create open ended and guided projects

based on age and ability! A variety of media such as

pastels, watercolor, tempera paint, paper, and air dry

clay will be used to create drawings, paintings,

sculpture, and collage. Techniques such as blending,

shading, highlighting, cutting, pinching, and rolling

will be explored!

Grades 1-5 Karate with

Jacob Flame's Tang Soo Do University Class focus on the basics of martial arts including bully

awareness and stranger danger as well as character de-

velopment. All new students to the program will receive a

white belt and have the option to test for a new rank at

the end of the session.

Stamp Club Grades 1-5 Do you want to be a "philatelist", aka stamp collector? Do

you like stamps, and want to start a collection?

If you said "yes" to either of these questions, then join

Mrs. Fry's Stamp Club. Earths' Stamp Club is affiliated with

the American Philatelic Society.

Instructor: Jennifer Fry

Spanish Grades 1-5 Learn to write and speak Spanish through songs, and

games. Read simple stories and acquire new Spanish vo-

cabulary. Learn to articulate sentences and use them in

daily conversations. This class is 75% in Spanish, all the
