RULES: WKF rules will be used. The protective equipment are as in the WKF rules for cadet, junior and U21. For youth categories adjusted WKF rules: - The use of the facemask and the body protector is not mandatory for U12 and for U14. - In kata we will use five judges.
ENTRANCE FEE: 5 eur (kids 7-17 years 3 eur)
The organizer preserve the right to combine categories if there are less than two participants in a category.

SCHEDULE:Friday 10.1.2020 18.00–20.00 Registration and Weigh in for all participants in the Sport Arena.
Saturday 11.1.2020 09.00–09.45 Registration and Weigh in for all participants in the Sport Arena. 10.30– Competition starts. Flaming finals after the eliminations. Thescheduleandthecategoriesforthefinalswillbeannounced5.1.2020.CATEGORIES:
REGISTRATION FEE: - for U21, juniors, cadets and youth 30 € per individual discipline. - for kata team U18 50 € per team.- late registration 50 € per each individual discipline and team 70 €.
Cash payment at registration or via bank transfer latest by 5th of January 2020.

REFEREES: Qualified referees from other countries are welcome.
PROTECTING EQUIPMENT: WKF rules. The body protector and the chest protector are mandatory for cadet, junior and U21.
INSURANCE: All competitors enter this competition at their own risk and must have a valid personal insurance license.
REGISTRATION:Registration starts on 1st of September 2019 via www.sportdata.org.
VISA:Teams arriving from countries requiring a visa to / Schengen area / EU Finland, please submit your data in time in order to complete the invitation and other visa formalities. For more info please check from website www.formin.fi
PROTEST:Protests have to be justified and handed in to the referee committee in written form with a depo-sit of 200 euros. If the protest is approved, the amount will be returned.

PRIVACY POLICY:When registering their members to the competitions, clubs must ensure that the person accepts their name, club, belt grade and category information and the publication of the competition results on the internet. For a minor competitor, consent is provided by his or her guardian. The organizer has the right to publish information, pictures, videos or recordings collected from the event in their own publications. Personal data collected during registration will not be used for other purposes.
ACCOMMODATION:The competition hotel is Sokos Hotel Original Hotel Vantaa. It is near a local railway station. The address to the hotel: Hertaksentie 2, 01300 Vantaa. There will be special prices available until 10.12.2019:
