to register your thermostat with Power Hours.

Registering Your Thermostat WITH POWER HOURS

Before You StartYour central air conditioning system must be in working order, and your qualifying Wi-Fi thermostat must be installed and connected to your home’s Wi-Fi network. Then you’ll need your PSO account number and Honeywell Total Connect Comfort or Honeywell Home app user email and password.

ARROW-ALT-CIRCLE-LEFT 1. GO TO PSOPOWERHOURS.COM Click on Register Your Thermostat, then check the boxes to confirm that you’re ready. Click on BEGIN.

3. ACCOUNT CONFIRMATION You should see a screen with thermostat images. Select the thermostat model you’re registering by clicking on the matching image.

2. FILL IN YOUR INFORMATION Don’t use the dashes when you enter your PSO account number. Once you’ve filled in the required fields, click CONTINUE.

exclamation-square If you get a message that your account number can’t be confirmed, re-enter it. If the issue remains, call the customer support team at 855-227-2917, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST.

ARROW-ALT-CIRCLE-UP 5. SELECT YOUR THERMOSTAT(S)The available thermostats on your account will appear. Select the model(s) you want to use as part of the program, review and agree to the terms, then click on ALLOW.

6. CONFIRM REGISTRATIONConfirm that you’re logged in and are about to enroll the selected thermostats in the PSO Power Hours Program by checking the boxes under only the thermostats you want to enroll. Then click ENROLL IN PROGRAM.

7. ENJOY YOUR POWER HOURS BENEFITS!

THAT’S IT! Your registration is complete.

4. ENTER APP INFORMATIONYou’ll then be asked to enter the email address and password for your Total Connect Comfort or Honeywell Home account. If you haven’t yet created your account, you can use the link on the screen to do so and then add your thermostat to it.
