Refurbishment of Seven Offi ces for the Telecoms Sector

Initially, this project was a

tightly contested tender between

four companies to supply a

range of building services for our

customer. During the programme

it was imperative to ensure that

at each of the sites continued to

provide a safe, comfortable and

compliant working environment,

with minimum disruption to

employees. Antac’s high level of

repeat business and referrals is

testament to our commitment

to delivering great value and

service quality.

The Challenge

Antac was given a tight six week

schedule to complete the works,

to minimise the disruption.

A range of refurbishment and

rennovation tasks were needed

across the seven buildings. These

ranged from deep cleaning,

carpet cleaning, decorating,

safety fl ooring and emergency

lighting replacement and

refurbishment for kitchens,

toilets, showers.

The Solution

Antac’s experience is combined

with attentive client engagement

and rigorous processes. This

were assigned the contract on

its ability to deliver a value

for money package with use

of its own direct labour with

specialist skills from its building

services and cleaning service

teams. Through repeated tool

box talks with operatives along

with regular review meetings

with the customer facilities

management teams, Antac were

able to keep all personnel well

informed of work in progress

and status to pre-agreed

programme of planned works.

Antac successfully completed

the whole refurbishment project

with minimum disruption.
