Invitation for “Expression of Interest” for Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Calibration, Commissioning and Acceptance of Spacecraft and Antenna Level New Compact Antenna Test
Facility [CATF] at ISAC.
ISRO Satellite Centre [ISAC] of Indian Space Research Organization [ISRO] under Department of Space, Government of India is the lead Centre of ISRO for Design, Development, Fabrication and Testing of all Indian made Satellites. As a Sequel to its mandate of spacecraft realization, the Centre is engaged in the development of cutting-edge technologies of relevance to its Satellite building activities and setting up of infrastructure for Design, Development, Fabrication and Testing of Spacecraft.
ISAC is planning to establish a New Compact Antenna Test Facility (CATF) at ISRO Spacecraft Integration and Testing Establishment (ISITE), Marathahalli, Bengaluru, to carry out antenna measurements, payload and system level tests on advanced communication/Navigation/MWRS/IRS&SSS satellites with deployed antennas. The baseline specification has been set up for an instrumentation measurement range of 0.5 to 110 GHz with a capability to extend it up to 200GHz.The facility is to be established at ISITE, Marathalli, Bengaluru.
The proposal is to invite Expression Of Interest (EOI) for Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Calibration, Commissioning and Acceptance of Spacecraft and Antenna Level New Compact Antenna Test Facility [CATF] at ISAC. Brief specifications are available in the ISRO website. Interested Suppliers may download the EOI documents from www.isro.gov.in under ‘Tenders’.
Potential Supplier[s] having sufficient know-how, experience/expertise and sound financial background are invited to express their interest for the Establishment of New CATF. It is mandatory that the supplier should have earlier experience of establishing at least one such facility with 5mx5mx8m Quite Zone. The EOI will be evaluated on the basis of Compliance to the Technical Parameters; Technical Expertise in Establishment of same/similar Facilities; Financial soundness of the Supplier[s]. Preference will be given to such of that Supplier[s] who has executed same/similar Projects for Global Space Agencies.
ISAC reserves the right to cancel/re-issue the process of EOI if the necessity so arises or to seek further information/details. Companies/Firms, if found to have indulged in any corrupt or fraudulent practices, will be debarred taking part in the Tendering process and their EOI Document will not be taken up for consideration. 3. MEASUREMENT CAPABILITY REQUIREMENT
3.1 General Requirement

7.1 General Requirement
The requirements noted here summarize the main
