“I first met my mentor at the Dinner with REDbird Award Program Mentors. Later

she arranged a visit to her company and made time to share her experiences

with me out of her busy schedule. Through the visit and sharing session, I have

developed a better understanding of the environment in a financial institute and

gained insights of the real business world.”

“My mentor helps me set up my goal for the coming year and continues to give

me assistance and advice on how to realize my goal. Although the mentorship

has just begun, I can feel her zeal towards this mentoring relationship. Her

valuable experience sharing is very helpful to my career planning.”

"The trainings offered by the REDbird Award Program

are definitely diversified and useful. I have learnt a lot in

the previous years, such as dining etiquette, delivering

community services, MBTI personality types and

teamwork skills. The upcoming trainings in 2010-11 will be

just as exciting, if not more. Come and join us!"

“As a Year 3 student, I look forward to meeting Ms Tina

Liu in the Image Building seminar in the coming year.

Last year’s Personal Branding sessions provided me with

numerous practical tips which will be particularly useful

when it comes to job hunting. And it is never too early

for Year 1 students to learn how to make themselves

presentable in any event or occasion!”

“To l ive out REDbird’s commitment to serve the

community, I have joined many community services in

Hong Kong. But conducting service projects in the US

would be an entirely new experience! I really look forward

to this opportunity in the coming year where I can apply

what I have learnt in the last two years, and get a taste of

community service outside Hong Kong.”
