ARULMIGU MEENAKSHI AMMAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING VADAMAVANDAL GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL AND REVIEW COMMITTEE 1. Each Department has to depute two faculty members, atleast one from female faculty. 2. The grievance should be reviewed twice in a month. 3. Redressal Review meeting can be conducted at the time of class committee meeting. 4. The Grievance can be collected by the concerned department deputed members. 5. If the grievance is smaller issue it has to be solved by the department itself, otherwise it can put forth through grievance committee. 6. The mentor has to be appointed by the HOD in each department in the ratio of 1:10. 7. Each department has to conduct parent-teacher-student meeting with the help of college management. 8.
