I could list many reasons why I am asking you to support SunCoast Blood Bank. However, the words of one cancer patient we served said it best:

When nothing else can help, a blood transfusion makes me feel normal again. There is no substitution for the relief a transfusion gives a cancer patient. Normal is a wonderful feeling to share with my children. I hope people know how many lives they impact when they support the blood bank. It’s not just one life, it’s also the lives of the family and friends who love us.

Up to 40% of the blood products collected locally are used to treat cancer.
