Our BeginningsJeff Kalteux founded Recruiting Solutions in 1996 in Cleveland Ohio and provides recruiting services on a National level. His career has involved every position from an hourly employee to a Division Vice President. Having worked with many search firms throughout his career, Jeff had a strong opinion of what separated the average from the great. When Recruiting Solutions was formed Jeff knew exactly what he wanted his company to be about- a strong commitment to doing business the right way while providing maximum value to all of our customers. 20 years later the goal is still the same.

Philosophy of Success

The team at Recruiting Solutions have either an Operations, Sales or Human Resources background. We believe that the team we have doing interviews should have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by companies when trying to bring on the best candidates. That is the reason interview guides are developed for every company we provide services for. Each search is company specific for qualifications being sought and is treated that way. We are committed to putting only the best candidates in front of our clients.
