Three ConfigurationsThe Babyplast LSR machine reduces the costs for equipment and moulds. It can be supplied in three different configurations:

- Cartridge system with a premixed 0.5 Kg cartridge;

- Loader mixer system with two 1 Kg cartridges (A+B components);

- Loader mixer system system for two 20 Kg containers (A+B components).

PrecisionWith Babyplast 6/10P LSR it is possible to obtain very precise parts, thanks to the reduced diameter of the injection piston (12,14,16,18mm) which gives the possibility to inject accurately and constantly very small grammes of material. It is also possible to move the injection unit off centre so as to obtain the best position for injection.

MAXIMUM performance MINIMUM space The Babyplast LSR machine reduces the costs for equipment and molds. It can be supplied in three different configurations:

0.5 Kg CARTRIDGE PREMIX

• 0.5 Kg cartridge system with pre-mixed material

• It does not require a loader mixer to be installed on the machine

• Unique Babyplast solution allowing those who already own a loader mixer to fill the small cartridges, to produce small batches or samples at low costs

1 Kg CARTRIDGES (A+B)

• Pneumatic loader mixer with two 1 Kg cartridges for two components (A and B)

• Allows the use of Babyplast LSR with an autonomy of approx. 7-8 hours of production

• Optional coloring system

• Small mixer chamber with disposable mixing elements

20 Kg CONTAINERS (A+B)

• Pneumatic loader mixer for two components (A and B) with 20 Kg containers

• Allows the use of Babyplast LSR with an autonomy of a few days of production

• Optional coloring cartridge
