The smallest injection molding machine for LSR

Three ConfigurationsThe Babyplast LSR machine reduces the costs for equipment and moulds. It can be supplied in three different configurations:

- Cartridge system with a premixed 0.5 Kg cartridge;

- Loader mixer system with two 1 Kg cartridges (A+B components);

- Loader mixer system system for two 20 Kg containers (A+B components).

PrecisionWith Babyplast 6/10P LSR it is possible to obtain very precise parts, thanks to the reduced diameter of the injection piston (12,14,16,18mm) which gives the possibility to inject accurately and constantly very small grammes of material. It is also possible to move the injection unit off centre so as to obtain the best position for injection.
