This is a letter of recommendation for Vicki Rostis who has applied for a full time nursing faculty position at the University of Tampa. I have known Dr Rostis for about fourteen years and have worked with her in various positions as faculty for the Community College of Allegheny County at California University. As faculty in the classroom I find her knowledgeable, energetic and dedicated to the students. As a Department Head she worked hard for both staff and students.

Dr. Rostis is an exceptional individual with drive, enthusiasm, a zest for learning, and helping others. She consistently strived to update her knowledge and expertise when in the position as a nurse educator. She is innovative and applies new technology and advances to the content she was responsible for teaching. While working with her, I have always found her to have insight to solving problems and initiative to move forward and work as a team to promote optimum learning situations for the students.

With confidence, I highly recommend Dr. Rostis as an employee of the University of Tampa. I sincerely believe that she will be successful and an asset to the students and University. Dr. Rostis consistently follows through with her responsibilities and is dependable, knowledgeable, organized and efficient. It is without reservation that I strongly recommend her for a faculty position.
