I am happy to recommend James Vera for admission to the Master of Engineering program at Stevens Institute of Technology.
I have worked with James for fifteen years. Specifically, I am the Area Manager for Verizon Communications Fixed Operations in NY State. James’s role at Verizon includes overseeing project management ventures within our telecommunications network infrastructure. In addition, he supports and assists in the achievement of all assigned KPI targets and tasks in sales and customer service relations.
Over the time that I have known James Vera, he has consistently performed his duties with competence and often goes the extra mile, doing more than expected. He has become an advocate for our customers by managing and coordinating customer care resolutions throughout the New York region.
James Vera is an excellent communicator and has the skills and personality needed to be a leader. He possesses a keen analytical sense and advanced project management skills.
