NbfinfflH$ To whom it may concern I am most pleased to write in favour of Nicholas Beau Maymann, to support his international exchange application to Copenhagen University in 2014. ln2012, Nicholas was a student in my Introduction to Legal Theory course in the Griffith Law School. Attentive and courteous, Nicholas achieved the highest rating for the course - a High Distinction, evidencing excellence. His written and oral work evinced a capacity to put interesting, independently-reasoned questions, and to offer perspicacious, effective answers. Nicholas is currently a student in my Equity course. Nicholas's academic record demonstrates continuing high achievement and breadth. That combination indicates that he is an excellent candidate for an exchange to Copenhagen University. His emphasis on criminological, sociological and cultural studies in his first degree fits well with the emphases in his Griffith law degree, a degree that stresses the value of socio- legal perspectives and the expansion ofgeographical and intellectual boundaries. Nicholas's Griffith results and prior experience will translate effectively to his proposed Copenhagen University courses. For instance, his experience in business and the shipping industry is an obvious fit with Copenhagen University's International Transport Law, International Sales Law, and EU Intellectual Property Lqw. And this suite of commercial law courses aligns with Nicholas's fufure career aspirations. Finally, both Copenhagen University's reputation and Nicholas's ties with Denmark have inspired his enthusiasm to pursue this most rewarding exchange. Nicholas's proposed legal or commercial career would be greatly advantaged, in terms of portability, insight and competitive edge, by Copenhagen University's international flavour. And Nicholas is alive to the opportunity of the expansion of his horizons from international exchange, and of the opportunity for his personal enrichment from contributing to the comity and good fellowship. Given his academic and personal attributes, his commitment to participating well, and his valuing of an international education and career, Nicholas would be an asset to any Copenhagen University course and an excellent Griffith representative. I wish him well! To whom it may concern

I am most pleased to write in favour of Nicholas Beau Maymann, to support hisinternational exchange application to Copenhagen University in 2014.

ln2012, Nicholas was a student in my Introduction to Legal Theory course in the Griffith LawSchool. Attentive and courteous, Nicholas achieved the highest rating for the course - a HighDistinction, evidencing excellence. His written and oral work evinced a capacity to putinteresting, independently-reasoned questions, and to offer perspicacious, effective answers.Nicholas is currently a student in my Equity course.

Nicholas's academic record demonstrates continuing high achievement and breadth. Thatcombination indicates that he is an excellent candidate for an exchange to CopenhagenUniversity. His emphasis on criminological, sociological and cultural studies in his first degreefits well with the emphases in his Griffith law degree, a degree that stresses the value of socio-legal perspectives and the expansion ofgeographical and intellectual boundaries.

Nicholas's Griffith results and prior experience will translate effectively to his proposedCopenhagen University courses. For instance, his experience in business and the shippingindustry is an obvious fit with Copenhagen University's International Transport Law,International Sales Law, and EU Intellectual Property Lqw. And this suite of commercial lawcourses aligns with Nicholas's fufure career aspirations.

Finally, both Copenhagen University's reputation and Nicholas's ties with Denmark haveinspired his enthusiasm to pursue this most rewarding exchange. Nicholas's proposed legal orcommercial career would be greatly advantaged, in terms of portability, insight andcompetitive edge, by Copenhagen University's international flavour. And Nicholas is alive tothe opportunity of the expansion of his horizons from international exchange, and of theopportunity for his personal enrichment from contributing to the comity and good fellowship.

Given his academic and personal attributes, his commitment to participating well, and hisvaluing of an international education and career, Nicholas would be an asset to anyCopenhagen University course and an excellent Griffith representative. I wish him well!

Yours sincerely.
