• implementation of pilot innovation voucher scheme• workshop with responsible politicians led by external

experts (from 2 succesfull „voucher regions“)• pre-final draft of the scheme including focus, eligible

activities, subsidy rates, conditions, etc => all approved by RA

• hired contractor for preparation of PR campaign (logos, website, press release, leaflets, workshop, etc.)

• development of SW application module (on-line)• close cooperation with S3 strategy preparation

• promised to have allocation of 50.000 EUR by RA• setting up the scheme with intention

• to avoid fulfillment of R&D activities (in order to simplify the process of evaluation)

• to unify subsidy rate for all applicants (75%, max. 6.000 EUR)• to avoid personal preferences within evaluation -> drawing lots

• first call to be designed „for all“ to encourage and getting a feedback

• next calls will be adjusted with bonification for „eco“ projects

• mechanism of funding via „value transfer“
