daalo ko fully cooked karlena hai(jo oper mention kia hai) phir ek alag pan mein pehle pyaaz ko fry karlena hai jub brown hojae tou add chopped tomatoes,thora sa bhoon k add 1/2 tsp salt,lal mirch,haldi,lehsan adrakpaste aur thora sa pani add kark cook karenge itna k tomatoes ka paste ban jae.phir add hara dhaniya aur hari micrh aur phir is mei boiled daal add kardenge saath hi pisa garam masala,chinese salt aur kari patta.phir mix kark 3-4 min cook karein. daal tayyar..!! 1tsp Mixed italian herbs Mozzarella grated. Method: Mix all the ingredients for the filling together. You can adjust salt and chillies to your taste. Flatten a pera (ball of dough) slightly and put the filling on it (generous amount). Place another flattened pera on top Of it. Roll it out into a large paratha shape and place on hot tawa. When it is brown on both sides add a little oil To the tawa and fry it off. Remove and cut into 8 to serve. Russian salad 1 Carrot diced 2 Potato diced 1 cup Peas diced Mayonnaise as required 2-3Tsp fresh cream Salt 1 tsp Icing sugar (or normal sugar) 1 pinch White pepper Black pepper 2 pinch Mustard powder Kishmish All vegetables should be in equal quantities. Rida made the dough and let it rise for few hours. Then, she made small buns and put them in a baking pound cake tin. 180 degrees celcius in oven until buns are cooked. She said let them cool half hour before cutting and serving. Do not touch. Add spices. Once the tomatoes are mushy, then mix vegies..Let them saute by themselves. Do CUT-ACUT style mixing. Add garam masala pissa hua. Add kari paata leaves and cover and cook until vegies are tender. Add hara dhania and hari mirch on top also. Finally once cooked add 50 g butter and let it melt on vegies. Serve with pav buns. ** tip - rida also gave a tip to viewers, do not heat kari pata in oil for tarka. She said the paata loses its smell and flavour. Use kari pata dry in cooking (like a garnish).
