GXP DREN 8+8 membrane is laminated on both sides with Typar® geotextile composed of thermally bonded continuous polypropyl-ene filaments. It gives the same performance on both sides of the geocomposite and provides effective longitudinal drainage when pipes of different diameters are used.

The mat is fitted in its lower part with a special pocket made of non-woven geotextile to install and protect a drainage pipe.
