ELIGIBILITYMembership is by applica�on and is open to corporate en��es and professions in the built industry. For corporate applicant, the object of the business must relate to housing /real estate development. Membership of REDAN is open to:

I. Limited Liability Companies, 2. Registered Socie�es, 3. Partnerships, and 4. Parastatals of State or Federal Governments who engage in real estate development.

This is only applicable to Members wishing to upgrade their Grade of Membership.

I. Wri�en Applica�on on Company Le�erhead Paper using the format a�ached. II. Copy of Cer�ficate of Incorpora�on, Memorandum and Ar�cles of Associa�on. III. Audited accounts for at least three years. IV. Company Profile including organiza�on structure showing the posi�ons of directors, key personnel, their qualifica�ons and func�ons. V. Project Brochures VI. Bank reference / Le�er of introduc�on VII. Bank cheque for Registra�on and subscrip�on fees. VIII. Tax clearance Cer�ficates IX. Evidence of Na�onal Housing Fund contribu�on (in compliance with the NHF Act and Na�onal Housing Policy) X. Evidence of Registra�on with the SPECIAL CONTROL UNIT AGAINST MONEY LAUNDERING (SCUML) in compliance with the Money Laundering (Prohibi�on) Act 2011 and EFCC (Establishment) Act 2011. XI.
