Readers predict what the problem might be by noticing places where the main character has negative feelings. (feelings of being grumpy, frustrated, worried, scared, concerned, etc.)
1.They pay attention to the places where the character goes when the negative feelings start.
2. They watch for actions and words that show the character’s feelings so that they can predict what the problem is.
