  • Payment● Every family must do the following:

    1. Register your swimmer online ($30 Fee/Swimmer)2. Register a credit card, pre-paid credit card, visa debit, virtual debit, etc. on Team

    Unify/RAC website, to pay the registration and pay for all swim meet fees, fundraising commitments (if not met) and any other incurred fees (all of these fees will be charged on the 1st of the month after the event/fundraiser)

    3. Choose to pay the annual fee in one lump sum plus Swim B.C. (cheque/cash only) and receive a 5% discount OR pay with your card over 10 months

    With the exception of the September monthly fees, all other monthly fees and others will be charged to your card on file on the 1st of each month starting in October.

  • Late Payments● Swimmers with

    outstanding accounts of more than 30 days will not be allowed to register in meets and may not be permitted access to swim workouts until the overdue account is paid

    ● Fees charged 1st of month● Late charge $30

  • Club FundraisingAll families will be required to volunteer in 2 mandatory club fundraisers and provide $100/swimmer for the Swimathon. As each is completed, $200 will be credited to your fundraising commitment which will be credited in your “My Invoices/Payments” Fundraising tab. If they are not attended, you will be charged for that missed fundraiser.

    A parent/guardian and swimmer must attend each of the following club fundraisers to get the $200 credited back to your fundraising commitment:1. Fall or Spring Bottle Drive2. Raffle

  • SwimathonEvery swimmer will be charged a $100 Club Fundraising commitment for the Swimathon. (maximum $200/family)

    All other money collected will be applied to the swimmer’s individual account.

    Each swimmer must bring a timer with them in order to participate.

    Date: Friday, February 1, 2019, 3:30-6:30pm Bronze, Breakers and Wavemakers (3:30-4:30 pm). Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Plus (4:45-6:45 pm)Swimmers need to be on deck with a timer 15 minutes prior to starting.

  • Individual Fundraising● Flags- $250 each: club gets $125; individual gets $125

    allow existing flag sponsors to be contacted by original swimmer contact

    ● Purdy’s Chocolates *Christmas/Easter/ *YearLong● Swimathon- First $100 goes to club, all other pledges

    go to individual account.

    ● QF Grocery Cards- $4● Save-On-Foods Cards- $6

  • Practice Schedules● Each practice includes 15 minutes of dryland prior to

    swimmers entering the water. ● Practice schedules posted on website● Please bring running shoes and appropriate indoor &

    outdoor gear to every practice

  • Parents and Practices● Only swimmers and

    coaches should be on the pool deck.

    ● If parents want to watch their swimmers, they will need to view practices from the lobby and not on deck.

  • Team Gear ● Team shirts handed out at AGM *if registered in time● Team shirts and gear available to order for a limited

    time during season ● See Equipment Manager for more information
