The study material prepared and published by the Study Circle is prepared with a clear

intention to comprehensively yet in a focused manner impart only relevant knowledge

and skills required to crack the civil services examination. Study material in all subjects is

complimented with previous years question papers and assignment questions for self

practise. For further reading if required a list of Books Paper wise is also available on

our website for reference. However, it is highly recommended to all students to not get

lost amongst myriad reading options available because generally owing to the vastness

of the syllabus students at times get worried mid course of preparation, lose patience

and lose track of direction.

The study material can also be purchased directly from the office of the Study Circle

against cash payment or by demand draft/pay order, on any working day between 9.00

a.m. and 7.00 p.m.

FOCUS (Raus House Journal on Current Affairs Analysis): The entire study

material is ready and will be despatched in one lot. However, in the case of purchase of

study material for General Studies for Preliminary exam or General Studies for Main

exam, an annual issue of Raus house journal on Current Affairs Analysis, called FOCUS,

would be despatched to the students at their listed postal address with the institute

approximately one month before the respective examinations.

Please note that the study material is sent by Registered Parcel/Speed Post within two

working days of receiving the fee along with the Registration Form for Postal Guidance.

Hence, the candidates may expect the study material in 4 6 days time, after it has

been despatched by the Study Circle. Please note that the Study Circle does not send

any material through VPP.

The fee payment for the material is to be sent in advance along with the

Registration Form for Postal Guidance

to the Director, Raus IAS Study Circle, 309, Kanchanjunga Building, 18, Barakhamba

Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001. The payment is to be made by a Demand

Draft/Bankers Cheque only favouring Raus IAS Study Circle, payable at New Delhi.

No request for refund of the payment or change in the subject will be allowed.

It may please be kept in mind by the candidate that the Study Circle is not in a position to

help them in respect of their requirements of other publications or books, except its own

study material mentioned above.
