How does a REBT session goes?

• From 6 weeks to 6 months• From 5 to 20 weekly or fortnightly sessions• Between 30 and 60 minutes per session
- Individually,- with a group of people in a similar situation,- from a ‘do-it yourself’ book,- from a computer program.
• First 2 to 4 sessions: the therapist will check that the treatment well suits to you, depending on how you feel comfortable with it
How does a REBT session goes?

• First 2 to 4 sessions:CHECK the suitability of the treatment,BE ASKED questions about past life (background)
• Next sessions:BREAK problem down into sub-parts (ABC Model)
• Each session:AGREE on what to discuss with the therapist
