Our names mentioned are working under infrastructure division. We are writing this appeal to indicate that we are invited to take part in the international Rail Industry Meetings 2016 to be held in Paris, France from March 16-17, 2016 and that we need the fascilitation of our participation.

Rail Industry Meeting is an international conference where various actors of the railway market will meet together and will share their capabilities, their needs and their experiences. A remarkable opportunity to identify potential partners, customers or suppliers and to network with key decision makers and purchasers is expected through the meeting. It is also a session where a great deal of knowledge transfer is achieved. There are opportunities to meet with personnel workng on various fields of the railway industry and also to meet contractors and consultants who have interest to take part in future railway

According to the invitation we got from the Project Manager at abe (Advanced Business Events), we will be provided with the coverage of our accomodation while we stay there with in the days of the meeting. Since getting part in the meeting is highly important to get in touch with important technical personnel in our fields and since it helps in achieveing knowledge transfer, we are highly interested to take part.
