• The amount of staff and the number of hours they will be

required, will be dictated by the style of service conrmed.

This will be agreed between the client and Radisson Blu Durham

prior to conrmation and signing of the contracted Terms and

Conditions. Minimum of one member of staff per fteen guests

• £10.00 per staff member, per hour, each member of staff must

work a minimum of 4 hours

Civil Ceremony Arranging the Ceremony

Once your chosen date is provisionally booked with the Hotel,

please contact the Registrar at Durham City Council to discuss their requirements and book the ceremony. Your local area

Registrar will then need to be informed of your arrangements.

The Registrar will discuss all required details directly with you.

Requirements for the Ceremony

The Registrar will advise whether photography and / or video

recording can take place during the ceremony.

Readings and music may be included in the ceremony provided

there are no references of a religious nature.

Please consult the Registrar to ensure the acceptability of an item

for inclusion.

Ceremony Fees

A fee of £200.00 is charged by the Hotel for the use of your

chosen room for your Wedding Ceremony

The Registrar’s fees are paid directly to Durham City Council and

will be advised to you at the time of booking the ceremony with

the Registrar’s Ofce.
