HIGHER RELIABILITY
High efficiency oil balance and oil return technology
In one combination, any of the outdoor unit can run as the master outdoor unit, to realize the equal lifespan among the outdoor units in the combination.
Alternative Cycle Duty operation of outdoor units
Any single unit can be set as the master unit in a multiple system when the previous master unit failed and other units left will keep on operating. This can be set on PCB by DIP switches at site.

Oil balance pipes among modules and individual oil balance by vector control ensure even oil distribution among the modules which keeps compressor running nomally. High effciency centrifugal oil separator(up to 99%)makes oil separate from discharge and go back to compressor.Auto oil return program by monitoring the running time and state of system ensures reliable oil return.

ENHANCED COMFORTIntelligent soft start technology
Nighttime silent operation mode
DC inverter compressor soft start function reduces strike to the electric network. This kind of high-performance and low sound scroll compressor operates at a faster rate when starting, reducing start-up time. It helps the unit to bring the room temperature up to the set level quickly.
Midea's Night Silent Mode feature which is easily set on the PCB board allows the unit to be set to varies time options during Non Peak and Peak operation time optimizing the units noise output. Extra silent operation mode can reduce sound level further, minimum 46.8dB (A).Nighttime silent operation will be activated X hours after the peak temperature during daytime, and it will go back to normal operation after Y hours.
-Model 1→X: 6 hours, Y: 10 hours -Model 2→X: 8 hours, Y: 10 hours-Model 3→X: 6 hours, Y: 12 hours -Model 4→X: 8 hours, Y: 8 hours

Installation is made easier as the communication wiring between indoor & outdoor units can be shared. It’s easy for the user to retrofit the existing system with a centralized control by simply connecting to the outdoor units.
PQE & XYE, just only one group of communication wire of PQE, achieved both of communication for indoor & outdoor unit and network. Reversible communication, central controller can be connected from indoor side or outdoor side as you wish.
Addressing indoor units are able to be done just by pressing the button of the controller.No need to set the address by the DIP switch one by one.Wired controller and wireless controller can enquire and modify every indoor units address.

Addressing indoor units are able to be done just by pressing the button of the controller.No need to set the address by the DIP switch one by one.Wired controller and wireless controller can enquiry and modify every indoor units address.

Wide operation temperature range
The operation range of the Mini VRF system works to reduce limitations on installation locations. The opera-tion temperature range for heating goes all the way down to 5°F, while cooling can be performed with outdoor temperatures as high as 118.4°F. Both these achievements are due to the employment of a high pressure dome-type compressor.
By using all inverter-driven compressors, Midea is able to significantly reduce the electrical and mechanical stresses that are placed on fixed-speed compressors during start-up. Current absorption on an inverter-driven compressor is smoothed out at start-up thus reducing the wear on the electrical and mechanical com-ponents and increasing reliability.
To suit the variety of rooms found in small offices and shops,the Mini VRF system offers wide range of indoor and outdoor units .mini VRF indoor and outdoor units are almost as easy to install as residential air conditioning systems , making them ideal for small offices and shops .

More convenient piping connector - branch box
New piping connection design
Easier and safer installation thanks to a branch box that simplifies piping work and the adoption of screw connection.
Both left and right pipe screw connection from outdoor unit to branch box is reserved, simplified the field installation.
Two sets of pipe size converter are packed with branch box to transfer the pipe size from Φ1/4in. to Φ3/8in. and fromΦ1/2in. to 5/8in.
The branch pipe is linear expansion design which regu-lates the flow of refrigerant and reduces the noise. By locating the branch box in the ceiling or outside ,noise generated by the branch box can be kept clear of living spaces, thus maintaining the noise level to a minimum.
All the piping leading to and from the branch box is connected using screw joints,which are easy to use and enable piping installation to be completed quickly.

MD-CCM03 is a multifunctional device which is able to control up to 64 indoor units. And the connection length can be up to 3,937ft. With the newly designed machines, this device connects to the master outdoor unit, making the centralized wiring quite simple.The 2 ways of connecting is as follows:
Centralized controller MD-CCM03 provides a superior way to manage the indoor units. Users are able to make their own choice from locking the wireless controller, locking the running mode or lock the MD-CCM03’s keyboard, as they wish.
The control object can be either single or all, making the controlling operation convenient and easy. With the operation signal feedback, users ensure their machines work at the precise working mode.
Indoor unit working status displayMD-CCM03 displays both the indoor units working status and the error codes. Via checking the error codes table in the user manual, users can easily find out the malfunction and call the repairman.
Access to network monitoringMD-CCM03 is able to bridge up to 64 indoor units to the network monitoring system and the building management system.

Weekly schedule
Three lock modes
MD-CCM09 allows up to 64 indoor units making the weekly schedule. Users can set up to 4 periods per day and select the desired running mode and room temperature. The operating object could be any indoor unit or all the indoor units.
Centralized controller MD-CCM03 provides a superior way to manage the indoor units. Users are able to make their own choice from locking the wireless controller, locking the running mode or lock the MD-CCM03’s keyboard, as they wish.
Indoor unit working status display
MD-CCM03 displays both the indoor units working status and the error codes. Via checking the error codes table in the user manual, users can easily find out the malfunction and call the repairman.

Running parameter display
3rd generation system is able to realize the remote control of indoor units. The command of indoor unit can be both the normal ones, such as changing the running modes, adjusting the temp., timer functions, and the higher class command, such as excluding the other controllers to realize unique PC control.
3rd generation system can synchronize both the indoor and outdoor units’ running status and parameters, to realize the visual control of the refrigerant system. Moreover, the 3rd generation system records the running status and error information of the refrigerant system, which helps the maintenance accurate and easy.
Electricity charge apportionment
The principle of the electricity distribution
With the appropriate devices, 3rd generation system can record the total electricity consumption and the on/off time of the outdoor units. And with the indoor units’ actual cooling power, the software intelligently distributes the power consumption to each indoor unit. Moreover, the software can generate the electricity charge bills and the bill of the indoor units’ on/off time, which is a basis of the power consumption.
