I am writing in response to your access request made under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the Act). You are seeking access to the following information:

Any and all records of any kind in regards to any and all lawsuits which have named either or both a CAS and/or the MCYS (or prior to the 2003 establishment of the MCYS, the MCSS) as the respondent.

On July 12, 2012, you clarified your request to include a comprehensive listing of lawsuits and further reiterated your request for a fee waiver due to financial hardship.

The ministry has considered your request for a fee waiver and has waived all fees associated with this request. Enclosed, in their entirety, are the ministry records responsive to your clarified request. Please note you may wish to contact the courts specified in the enclosed listing to request any further records.
