Upon conviction, such underage person shall be subject to a fine of T.wo Hundred Fifty (gzEO.OO) Dollars for a first offenEe and Tbree Hundred Fifty ($oso,oo1 Dollars for any subsequent, offense; at the diecretion of the court, perfortr connunity service for a period not to exceed one hunctred eighty (1gO) days; at the discretion ot ine-court, have a New ,rersey driving privilege suspended or postponed for six (6) nonths; andl if considered necessary by the court, be referred to an afconolic treatment progran at the defendantrs expense.
