Getting Started: The Basics

Quicken Health is an online tool (web site) designed to help manage

claims and health-related finances – developed by Intuit

Two ways to access Quicken Health

– via myCIGNA.com (‘single sign on’)

– directly (using a login and password)

Requires a quick registration the first time you use it

Once you’re registered, up to 3 years of claim data is available

Offered at no cost to you

Subscriber access only (but dependent access is coming)

Data Your data is transferred into Quicken Health Expense Tracker only upon consent– Upon sign-up, data takes about 24 hours to be transferred into the tool – Thereafter, data is updated on a daily basis– Up to 3 years of claims data will be populated in the tool

Privacy Your data in Quicken Health Expense Tracker is never shared with CIGNA or anybody else without your consent

Security The tool is protected by Intuit’s high security standards– Quicken Health Expense Tracker uses the same industry-leading data security protocols
