Quick News June 9, 2014 Superintendent’s Message John P. Kronour, Ph.D. As I witnessed the mad-dash out of our schools for summer break, I reflected on how much our students grew and accomplished during the 2013-2014 school year. They excelled academically, in the arts, and athletically. We had winners in science fairs, Invention Convention, Destination Imagination, Quiz Team, History Bee, Power of the Pen, speech contests, poetry writing, music competitions, and fine arts. Our youngest students learned to read and write; our intermediate students organized a record-setting Relay for Life; our middle school students embraced unique learning opportunities. The Class of 2014 boasted a national merit finalist, commended scholars, and admission into outstanding collegiate programs. They organized fundraisers, completed service projects and earned more than $2 million dollars in scholarships. These achievements reflect staff commitment and perseverance. Their daily contributions make the positive impact that helps us maintain excellence in Tipp City Schools. I hope your children had a wonderful year. If you have any comments or suggestions, please call me at 667- 1357 or email me at [email protected] Congratulations To Our Retirees Congratulations to this years retirees!
