Easy Links By using the Easy Links you can access parts of the application quickly and easily. Customizing the area can be done by selecting adjustable spanner from upper right corner of the easy link area. 4. Learning Status: Curricula and Learning History In the Curricula section, you are able to see the completed trainings that have been assigned to you as a part of curricula. 3. Training Catalog Search

Training Catalog Search can be filtered from the left handside bar by Category and Subject Area.

The different Categories are

Instructor-Led which shows all courses created inthe system. To see only Scheduled Training tickScheduled courses only box.Online which shows only online courses in thesystemOther Not in use.Curricula which shows possible curricula training.Not in use.

A sub selection of Location and Course Dates areavailable under Category.

4. How to Register to a TrainingRegister to training: Search for the training from the trainingcatalog. When you find the right offering from the catalog,view more details of it and register. Note that your enrollmentis completed only after your manager has approved yourregistration.

After your manager has approved your registration you get aRegistration Notification email from the system. This emailincludes calendar attachments for each training day. Youcan save these to your own Lotus Notes calendar by doubleclicking the attachment you want to save into your calendarand select “View”. Then select the right entry from thepreview list and click OK.

You can also add training to your to-do list and register laterby clicking Add To-Do List. Also your manager orcoordinator can assign training to you.

If you need to cancel your participation, you can do it inyour To-do list. By moving the mouse cursor (without clicking)on top of the training, a yellow pop-up window will appearwith options: “View Registration”, “Withdraw” and “ViewDetails”. By clicking the Withdraw you are able to cancel yourregistration of the selected training.

5. How to Complete an eLearning Course

6. How to Give Feedback

Most of the learning activities include a feedback form. Afteryou have completed the training, the feedback form will beavailable in your To-Do list. You can access the feedbackform by moving the mouse cursor on top of the feedbackform.

You can select and complete eLearning Courses at any timethat is suitable for you.

Find the eLearning courses from the Training Catalog bychoosing Online as Category and clicking the right course.Click Go to Content for the content of the course andcomplete them in said order. When you’ve completed all theparts of the eLearning, the completion mark will show up inyour Learning Record automatically.
