about this medicine, and what do I do when they occur ?

• Providing a model of counseling based on the questions
• Encouraging patients to ask these questions
• Providing advice, help and support to patients who want to know more about there medication.
• Urging all commercial companies to structure their communication to the patient based on these 5 questions
• Displaying posters and providing relevant literature
