After speaking and listening to hundreds of wedding industry suppliers, we have put

together a wedding show package that we know you are going to want to attend. After

intense searching, we have chosen to work with a select few venues that we know will

offer a professional and inviting location for our wedding shows.

Our concept is quite unique although very simple, we organise professionally run shows

at affordable prices that get results for our advertisers. We believe it standard to take

care of our exhibitors and make sure they are promoted on the day.

With this philosophy in mind we invite you to come along to our show and see the

difference.

To make sure we entice brides to our events, along with a well structured advertising

campaign, we offer luxury bride welcome bags to the first 50 brides visiting the shows

filled with luxury items, samples and offers. All other brides visiting will receive a

welcome bag with offers and samples.

What is itsadoddle?

Itsadoddle wedding shows are run by itsadoddle limited the owners of the fastest

growing wedding directory in the UK with 1000s of listed suppliers. Our staff have been

involved in the wedding industry for many years and have attended many good and

many not so good wedding shows so you can be sure you are dealing with people that

understand your business.

How do we advertise?

With any wedding show it’s important to get the advertising right so we have set a large

advertising budget for each wedding show; we ensure that potential brides in the

surrounding area will hear of our wedding show and what is on offer.

We have adverts running on the itsadoddle wedding directory leading up to the event

and also using advertising avenues including Radio, Newspapers, road signage, leaflet

drops and other local outlets. We distribute during the months leading up to the event,

we ensure a constant stream of brides will be visiting the show and more importantly

your stand.

The original Queen's hotel was built by the architect

Augustus Livesay, in 1861. It was then known as

Southsea House.

It was an enlarged home owned by Sir John and

Lady Morris and later became the Queen's Hotel

when it was rented to William Kemp Jnr. Queen's

Hotel was one of the first hotels in Southsea.

Around the late 18th century the Queen's Hotel had

a yacht club that stood behind it called the Royal

Albert. In 1860 the Queens Hotel was surrounded by

woods, which were then called Stone Woods.

On December 8th 1891 in the early hours of the

Sunday morning a disastrous and fatal fire occurred.

Aided by strong winds it raged until the whole of the

premises had been completely gutted.

Queen's Hotel was rebuilt in 1903 by the architect T.W.Cutler into the splendid building that stands today,

complete with its Edwardian baroque style in brown terracotta.

We will have itsadoddle representatives available during the setup and packing down times to assist you so

please feel free to ask for a helping hand if you have anything heavy or difficult to move.

We have also arranged for complementary tea and coffee for all vendors and have limited the number of

vendors in each industry to ensure a good mix of stands for both the advertisers and also the public visitors.

requirements.

The Elizabeth Room

With space for 20 stands, this room allows for round table displays perfect for chair cover companies,

chocolate fountains and any other type of exhibitor requiring a round table based stand

Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation of your stand can only be made by payment of the due amount in full and by returning your

booking form fully completed, signed and dated. All payments must be made to itsadoddle Limited. Payment

methods accepted are by Debit Card, Cheque or Credit Card

2. Table placements are decided by itsadoddle. This is to ensure there is a correct mix of vendor types in

each area of the wedding show.

3. Refunds will only be made if the cancelled stand can be re-sold.

4. Although itsadoddle invests a large budget on advertising for each wedding show, itsadoddle cannot

guarantee numbers of visitors on the day of the wedding show.

5. All companies using electrical equipment are required to ensure their equipment is fully PAT tested. Proof

of testing may be requested on the day of the event. Any untested equipment will not be permitted in the

wedding show.

6. It is strongly recommended that each vendor ensures they have adequate insurance for any equipment

used at the wedding show. Itsadoddle accepts no responsibility for loss and/or damage to any items used at

any of its wedding shows.

7. Any special requests made by the vendor will where possible and practical be permitted. However, in the

event of any dispute, the decision of itsadoddle’s representatives is final.

8. No guarantee of any product or service sold or booked at an itsadoddle wedding show is made by

itsadoddle.

9. Any voucher offers made by itsadoddle for beverages and/or snacks are only valid on the day of the

wedding show. These voucher offers are subject to availability.

10. Any damage caused by the exhibitor, his agents or contractors to the premises, fixtures and fittings

belonging to the venue owners shall be made good to the satisfaction of the venue owner’s satisfaction at the

cost of the exhibitor.

11. The stand price includes the area detailed below, tables and chairs and electricity (where required).

Usual table size is either 6ft x 2.5ft, 5ft x 2.5ft or 4ft x 2.5ft although this can be subject to change depending

on table availability at the location. Table coverings are not included.
