The Clock is the perfect venue to host any occasion; from birthday celebrations, engagement parties, product launches, corporate functions, farewells and more. Our spaces are exclusively reserved for your celebration and all have access to our award winning cocktail bar.

Our dedicated functions team is on hand to assist you in creating your perfect party. Our chefs have created an array of canapes served platter style to compliment your celebration; from light to substantial offerings, our team can work with you to tailor a package suitable for your style of event.

BEVERAGES

Bar tabs: Bar tabs can be arranged prior to your arrival and coloured wrist bands will be given for bar tab management. We require valid identification and credit card to be held for security. Payments can be arranged via another credit card or cash at the duration of your function. Bar tabs can be set up with select beverages and a monetary limit alternatively you can arrange an open tab for the duration of your event.

Cash bar: The Clock Hotel can facilitate a cash bar and pay as you go option.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings & Confirmations

Function bookings are confirmed upon a receipt of a signed and completed function booking form and full payment of the deposit has been received. Bookings must arrive at the agreed time to secure the space. The area will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes and at this time will be released to the public and deposit will be forfeited.

All food choices must be confirmed and paid for at least 7 days prior to the function. Food charges will apply for the full amount of food ordered and may not be reduced after confirmation.

Cancellation within 7 days’ notice will incur a fee of 100% of the deposit. Cancellation must be made in writing.

License, Restrictions & minors

The Clock Hotel practices responsible service of alcohol and requests that guests respect and adhere to the laws relating to intoxication and responsible behaviour. The Clock Hotel reserves the right to request valid identification. Proof of age in the form of a valid Australian driver’s license or passport must be carried at all times to enter and re-enter the venue. No other forms of identification will be accepted.

Minors under the age of 18 years are permitted to be in the venue until 8pm, at this time they will be asked to leave. For safety reasons minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. They are allowed on the balcony level and courtyard area only.

Decorations

All decorations require approval prior to your function date, anything deemed inappropriate including dress up parties will be at the manager’s discretion. Decorations may not be pinned or stuck to the wall, free standing items are welcome.

The Clock Hotel will take due care, however does not accept responsibility for any items bought into the hotel by the client or their guests. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the security of the equipment and their guests possessions. Gift & presents in the form of alcohol will need to be held in the office for the duration of the function. The items may be taken off the premises before 10pm otherwise will be held overnight and can be collected the next day or another suitable time can be arranged.
