mistakes and inattentive sullen service3. Cease dependence on inspection to achieve Quality4. End the practice of awarding business on the basis of the price tag 5. Constantly and for ever Improve the System of production and service 6. Institute training on the Job 7. Institute supervision to help people to do a better job8. Drive out fear – many are afraid to ask Questions or to take a position
