Established in 1967, Samgong Gear specializes in manufacturing gears for

commercial vehicles of all makes, with the philosophy of customer satisfaction by

supplying high quality goods at reasonable price in the shortest delivery time.

Samgong Gear makes transmission and differential gears for not only for aftermarket

but also for OE manufacturers of commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment and heavy equipment.

With 45 years of accumulated technology, skillful employees and modern machines and

facilities, our products have a solid reputation in the world market. Especially,

Samgong Gear continues to invest in automation and upgrading of all facilities

and owns more than 200 units of the latest processing machines with 3000 kinds of tools.

In addition, we own in-house heat treatment facility with a carburization capacity of 600 tons

per month, providing perfect guaranteed quality.

Since Samgong Gear acquired ISO/TS16949 in 2007, the Samgong Brand is nowadays

BIRTH OF

ELECTRIC VEHICLE BLUEON

In 2008, Samgong was involved in the birth of

BLUEON, Hyundai Motor’s new-generation

electric vehicle, by supplying prototype production

gears and tooth ground gears of grade zero class.

This achievement is followed by the successful

supply of Master Gears, tooth ground gears, and

grade zero class gears to Hyundai Motors from

2005 in customer’s satisfaction.

The BLUEON is a subcompact 5-door hatchback

electric car produced by Hyundai Motor Company.
