OTHER PRODUCTS

EXPIt is a true non-contact bearing isolator. Utilizing double vertical internal chambers, centrifugal force adds energy to contamination to deflect it away from your bearing housing while effectively retaining lubrication. Two static internal coalescing o-rings exclude vapor ingress by breaking it down and directing it to the contamination exclusion chambers. Can be split for ease of installation. Common applications are pumps, gearboxes, oil mist applications, paper machine rolls, steel rolls and other rotating equipment.

EXP-FLAdaptation of the EXP for flange mounted application where pressing the stator is not possible.

EXP-PBSame technology as the EXP adapted to the housing of the pillow block specifically fitting the groove for the LER/LOR ring.

EXP-GBDesigned for applications where a positive seal is required because of flooded conditions. A positive seal is created within the EXP with no parts to wear on your shaft. Common applications are input shafts on gearboxes.

EXP-TBSteam turbines coalesces steam before it reaches the bearing housing.
