‘Floral Matsumae’ is a sponge cake created for Matsumae, the town of cherry trees. The fragrance of the cherry tree spreads in the mouth with an elegant taste using syrup with cherry tree liquor.

‘Matsumae Hon-Maguro’ can be caught in the Tsugaru strait. Aomori-ken Oma tuna is famous on the east side. You can eat Matsumae Maguro-tuna dishes at each store in the town.

‘Kitamaebune-Matsumae’

The Kitamaebune was a ship that during the Edo-period carried the wealth of goods from Ezo （Hokkaido） to Osaka. The Kitamaebune-Mat-sumae Road Station was opend on the site of the ship’s harbor. Inside is a restaurant which features the special flavors of Matsumae.
