QA’s Academy offers expertise across many leading technologies, enabling scalability and stability of our customer’s delivery teams.

The QA Academy

Our consultants are the key to our business; that is why each

and every one of our consultants go through our Academy.

The Academy is designed to give our consultants the technical

education with industry-standard certifications and professional

expertise that will allow them to deliver an exceptional service

from day one to our customers.

We provide our customers with consultants across a wide vari-

ety of roles, from assisting new enterprises, bridging skills gaps

in existing teams and the delivery of new projects.

Each Consultant entering the Academy agrees to work for QA

Consulting for a minimum of two years. This approach provides

customers with the continuity of service and the ability to scale

at speed. Most consultants stay well beyond their initial commit-

ment and go on to provide QA Consulting’s senior capability.

Creating the Consultant

At QA Consulting we pride ourselves on having the high-

est possible calibre of consultants; that is why our selection

process is rigorous, we only select the best candidates to go

through our Academy, ensuring our customers receive the

strongest consultants possible.

Our recruitment strategy involves a combination of:

• Building strategic relationships with universities

• Head hunting top STEM Graduates

• Attending university career fairs

• Social media advertising

Our recruitment team personally screen each candidate.

Successful candidates are invited to attend one of our weekly

Assessment Centres. These are specifically designed for the

Academy to evaluate each candidate’s ability to work/integrate

within a team as well as their technical and interpersonal skills.

If successful they are then invited to join the Academy, where

there is continued assessment milestones throughout their jour-

ney at the Academy.

Core SyllabusFollowing on from the recruitment process,

each successful candidate will begin up to 12

weeks of training at our Academy where they
