  • CONCLUSION

    • Sales target of RM4 billion is on track with RM1.7 billion sales secured as at 31 May

    2017 + another 3 projects still to be launched

    • Completion of major corporate exercises in 1st half of FY2017 (Two JVs with EPF,

    private placement & EWI subscription) has strengthened balance sheet &

    significantly increased project pipeline

    • Handovers progressing well & customer engagement being taken to another level

    through EcoWorld Class & EcoWorld Residence Club commitments to outstanding

    service delivery

    • RM6.3 billion effective share of unbilled progress billings will underpin growth

    prospects going forward
