NC Division of Workforce Development Youth Services Provider List
Effective July 1, 2010
North Carolina
Program Year 2010 Youth Services Provider List In accordance with 665.200 (b)(4) and (c) of the WIA Final Rule, North Carolina must develop a list of eligible providers of youth activities as described in the Act at Section 123 of Public Law 105-220, August 7, 1998, Workforce Investment Act of 1998, and must assure that this information is widely available. To comply with this requirement, the Division of Workforce Development has compiled a statewide list of youth service providers based on information provided by Local Areas. The list identifies agencies selected by local Workforce Development Boards to receive contracts based on the recommendations of the local Youth Council. The list is effective July 1, 2010.
