A Delaware State Parks annual pass allows your vehicle and its occupants to enter most state parks without paying a daily entrance fee. Purchase your pass at any park office, at our central office in Dover, Delaware, or from a participating retailer. Or, for the ultimate in convenience, buy online at www.destateparks.com. • The removal, injury or destruction of any flora or fauna is not permitted.

• Hunting is permitted by Division-issued permit only. Contact each facility for local maps and program restrictions. Rifled firearms are prohibited.

• Fires are restricted to grills and fire rings and may be no larger than needed for cooking purposes. Fires are not permitted in Delaware Seashore State Park campgrounds.

• Alcoholic beverage restrictions apply based on location. Contact the specific facility for local restrictions.

• The sandy dunes found along the coast are fragile and protected by law. Vehicles and pedestrians must use designated dune crossovers. Trespassing on the dunes is prohibited.

• A full list of park regulations can be found online at www.destateparks.com.

• Parks are open from 8 a.m. to sunset, unless otherwise posted. Entering or remaining in a closed area is prohibited.

• State park entrance fees are in effect from March 1 to November 30.

• Pets must be leashed at all times unless in a designated off-leash area. Pets may be prohibited in specified areas.

• Use of metal detectors is not permitted, except for east of the dune line at the ocean parks. Excavation, collection, or damage to prehistoric or historic artifacts is prohibited.

• Operation of any vehicle on, over or across the sand dunes on Division lands is expressly prohibited except at
