Safety & Compensation Commission3.5 No less than 2 and no more than 12 members At least 50% of the OH&S Committee must be comprised of worker members A suggested formula for worker members is: workers workers = the employer shall provide and pay for training for all members of the Committee workers = the employer shall provide and pay for training for the co-chairpersons of the Committee
