AgencyGoibibo (India) Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter 'GOIBIBO') is only providing the servicesas agent of various tour operators (hereinafter 'Operators'). GOIBIBO'sobligations are limited to issuance of ticket, providing information as madeavailable to it and processing refunds. GOIBIBO is not responsible for theprovision of services by the respective operator.

No responsibilityGOIBIBO assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions or omissions ofthe operators including non-adherence of the scheduled timings, behavior ofthe operator's staff, conditions inside the buses, loss of life or property, delay,breakdown or inconvenience suffered by the user or passenger.

Limitation of liabilityWithout prejudice to whatever is stated hereunder or hereinabove, Themaximum liability on part of GOIBIBO arising under any circumstances, inrespect of any services offered on the site, shall be limited to the refund oftotal amount received from the user for availing the services less anycancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. In no case theliability shall include any consequential loss, damage or additional expensewhatsoever beyond the amount charged by GOIBIBO for its services.

In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained hereinconflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines containedwithin any particular GOIBIBO website, then these terms shall control.In noevent shall GOIBIBO and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect,punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damageswhatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data orprofits, arising out of or in any way connected with the travel or use orperformance of the GOIBIBO website(s).

Boarding DocumentsPassengers are required to furnish a copy of the ticket along with an identityproof at the time of boarding the bus.

Non transferableAll tickets issued shall be non-transferable.

Boarding timePassengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 min ofscheduled departure time.

JurisdictionAll disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction only.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMSGOIBIBO reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and noticesunder which the GOIBIBO websites are offered, including but not limited to thecharges. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms andconditions.

COMMUNICATION ON GOIBIBO SERVICESThe customer is aware that Goibibo provides various services like hotelbookings, holidays, Deals and would like to learn about them, to enhance his/ her travel experience.

The customer hereby specifically authorizes Goibibo to contact the user withoffers on various services offered by it through direct mailers, e-mailers,telephone calls, short messaging services (SMS) or any other medium, fromtime to time. In case that the customer chooses not to be contacted, he /shall write to Goibibo for specific exclusion at ([email protected])

Note :This cancellation policy is liable to change at Bus Operator's end. Partial cancellation or Rescheduling or transfer of tickets is not allow ed (Cancellation charges show nabove does not included ibibo service fees or promo code discount if used at the time of booking) .

Goibibo will charge Rs. 25/- per seat as cancellation fees apart from the operator cancellation charges in case user go & cancel the ticket ongoibibo website and Rs. 50/- will be charged in case user call up the goibibo call centre to cancel the same.If you cancel your booking directly with operator or your bus is cancelled directly by the operator, please inform us immediately to process yourrefund, You can email us at [email protected]
