• Flow rates up to 14 gpm on the lowest pressuremodel.

• Power pack can incorporate any SC air drivenpumps

Air operated power packs are compact and robust, self-contained units designed to meet the demanding needs of today's offshore oil and gas industry, where reliable sources of hydraulic power are required. Typical applications include hydrostatic testing, operation of hydraulic valve actuators, clamping and tensioning tools.

Each unit contains the pump complete with air filter, regulator, lubricator, air gauge, on/off valve, hydraulic pressure gauge and gauge protective cover, outlet pressure connection block, release valve and interconnecting pipework. The equipment is mounted inside a robust steel painted framework together with an 8.5 liter fluid tank having filler breather and strainer.

The new high-volume hydraulic power packs provide a compact, self-contained power source that is reliable and robust. These packs are ideal for applications such as pressure testing of large ID pipelines, hose umbilicals, wellhead control valves; chemical injection including methanol and glycol; pre-charge of hydraulic accumulators; operation of Sub-Sea Valves; and re-fill and pre-pressurisation of high pressure and high volume test systems.

Our double diaphragm pump skids are primarily fluid transfer units that move fluid from one place to another. Standard Graco Husky pumps are built into stainless steel frames complete with ATEX rated air controls. These pumps can be customized per customer's needs.
